But as I'm sure you'll see in the other reviews on here, this place has gone downhill in an awful kind of way. It's not even recognizable anymore. The last time I was here was a year ago and I remember thinking the prices were higher than I'd remembered and the service wasn't so good. I just chalked it up to a bad night. Well, last night my family and I decided to visit Glory Days to treat some family from out of town. The food was just terrible (dry and cold) and the service was even worse. I literally didn't eat my food and I never even got a refill on my drink (not because I didn't ask, however). And what's up with the worn out cushions on the seats? They're just laying on the bench (not attached) with all kinds of crumbs and grossness down in the cracks. Absolutely unacceptable to expect someone to eat in those conditions. I never thought I'd be saying this, but I can promise you that this is the last time I will ever walk inside this establishment. If things don't improve, I honestly don't know how they can stay in business long-term. Glory Days used to be a place I looked forward to taking my family to wind down from a hard day's work and spend quality time together. Now I just consider it a disgrace.

We were charged 5 times $180 ($900) due to the credit card machine failing constantly. We informed the waitress, and she advised that it will reverse. 3 days later and no reversal, we contacted the manager, and he advised that he reversed it and will email us the proof, needless to say another 5 days later and still no email. And this is after we drove there and he disappeared for a while to send the "email", still waiting. The bank sends you back to them and they send you to the bank in an infinite loop.
