Never disappoint. The best burger and fry combo. Service is always courteous and offer helpful suggestions. Table and floors are always clean.

In the last couple months, have ordered Five Guys a couple of times. The first, the restaurant had an odd smell. Not like food cooking (or burning), not mildew but some nondescript stank. Food order was correct though. Last night, got my burger (Ordered with pickles, mustard and grilled onion) and it was wrong. Pickles, ketchup and mustard. How disappointing. I don't care for ketchup on my burger and it was saturated. I got out bread and "made it my way"

I honestly don't know what the hype is. Everyone talks about how great the hamburgers and fries are here. I found the fries to be well below average. They were way over seasoned, to the point that it was difficult to eat more than a couple in a row. Additionally, they were limp and soggy. I had a hamburger the one visit and a hotdog the other visit. Both were overpriced for the amount of meat and toppings you got. I felt the hotdog was twice the price that it should have been. Sorry, but in my opinion, find somewhere else to get a hamburger or hotdog at that price. For a couple dollars more, Red Robin is much better.

    Hamburger my way, plain.

A bit pricey for what it is but the burgers are extremely good and the seasoned cajun frys are in my book amazing.

All of the above can be ordered with various fixins like bacon, veggies, sauces, jams, and several cheese choices. There's also soup, fries, onion rings, and other sides. You can't go wrong with the Silverback Gorilla Bowl--mac & cheese, bacon, and crispy fried onion--or the Figgy Stardust, which is a burger with fig jam, bacon, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze. Heck yeah it's messy, but they've got napkins! The best part of Steve's? It's a cool bar with good draft beer, cocktails, mocktails, and sodas and such, fantastic vibes, and awesome people. And the owners do great things in the community, so it feels good to drop some change there.

We were taking to-go as we had one more stop to make on the way home. He took our order at the counter and answered a few questions with ease and a great attitude. Beyond the chili cheese fries, I ordered a hot dog plain with a side of the smokey, pepper mustard I love. I took a bite of the hotdog before I put it away for my next days lunch. We tried the chili cheese fries, and they were really good. I like the chili and could order that on its own. We know Steve's has the best fries! Next time I will get my hotdog with fries and a cup of chili to eat and dunk the fries in!

The service was still good, and…read morethe relaxed atmosphere works, even though the booth I sat in was getting a little worse for wear with a hole in the back, and a lack of support. An odd sign in the entry notes that are no longer accepting their previously issued gift certificates (wait, so you took money for these and are no longer honoring them?), but it didn't impact me. The food was where things went south. It took 30 minutes in a half full restaurant. I ordered the namesake Tattooed Dog, as I've had it before. It arrived with onion rings... 4 of them, from medium down to small. The dog was mostly warm (not hot), but withered like it had been cooking for a while. The meat was placed atop chili that was cold... cold enough to rob the warmth from some spots of the dog. The bun was a soggy mess, and none of the cheese was melted, so it couldn't have been under the heat lamp. It looked fanciful when served, but it was very underwhelming eating compared to past experiences. My wife had the chicken wrap, served with French fries. In a day and age when competitors give out fries like they need to clear an overstocked situation, it was a small handful that would normally be found in a Happy Meal from the famous clown. The wrap itself was shy on the chicken, and heavy on the dressing inside. What used to be a nice place, appears to be sliding downhill, as if the kitchen has given up. If they've checked out, so have we.

We both tried the old fashioned and instantly regretted it. It was pink and tasted harsh. That being said, their food was good and the place was filled with families and groups of friends enjoying themselves. We tried a couple of burgers, fries and a side salad. The fries were really good - definitely worth ordering! The side salad was fresh and a nice option to have with their sandwiches. Overall, we would return for the food, but avoid the cocktails!

I got this bloated mess of a hot dog (if you can call it that). Everything on the menu is just so convaluted. The buns are so thick and gives off more sub sandwich/burrito experience. Even the most basic order: Hot Dog (ketchup/mustard) somehow misses the mark. ***No issue with the service, vibe, ambience. All those things worked for me. We were greeted immediately by the hostess to take our order, and my daughter liked that she was able to build her own burger from the menu and order it easily on her own (while the hostess patiently waited and helped her out). My daughter got a cheeseburger with bacon, while I got one of the special burgers- the Taco Burger, with seasoning in the patty and special sauce. It was all really good! My daughter wasn't a big fan of the seasoning on the fries (I think she prefers typical fast food), but I thought they were great. Also- the soft drink machine dispenses Excel/Ski products. Fun local touch! Service was fast and friendly. They came out to our table with our order fairly quickly, and they came back around a second time to see if we needed anything.
