I'm definitely a fan of this place. What sold me before I even tasted the food was the amazing and hilarious customer service. Everyone that was behind the counter was friendly and funny. They will start off by asking if you have ever been to a 5-Guys before, and if not, they'll teach you how to order from their menu (it helps, trust me). Their food is fresh and you'll never get stale fries (I've ordered a regular cajun fry and it's enough for two people). Burger meat is always juicy, fresh ingredients and crispy bacon. What more could you ask for? They also have complimentary peanuts for those that want to snack while their food is being cooked. One small order of fries is probably enough for two people. The selection of burger options is a bit taunting and could be pared down in my opinion. The music is too loud and not everyone is going to like their playlist. Sunday lunch time was not very busy and it was mostly couples, a family with kids couldn't afford to eat here. 1. I don't like, nor do I need to be yelled at from across the entire establishment the minute I walk in the door. Give me a minute to get my bearings and read the menu. 2. When you're asking a customer questions, speak slowly and clearly. YOU may be familiar with how things are, but I was not and I had to ask the employee several times to repeat what they'd said. 3. Change the menu! A "Little Burger" sounds like a kid's meal, but it's not! Their little burgers are a regular size burger anywhere else, and their Burger is on the large size. Or, if you must note sizes, switch it up! Burger for the regular size and BIG Burger for the others. I don't expect this to happen because then you wouldn't get the extra $$ you get every time you trip someone up with this poor tactic. 4. Speaking of money. Good lord!! $14 for a small burger + fries + small (regular) soda is outrageous and ridiculous. Throw some combos on the menu and lower the prices! Again, ridiculous! 5. For the $14 I spent I don't even get a plate or tray to eat on?? Whether you're eating in or out (Ahhhh.... In & Out!! Mmmmm!) your meal is handed to you in a brown bag that's quickly getting soaked with grease from the food within. Completely Unappetizing! 6. Turn down the damn music! Way too loud for lunch time. I have eaten here 5+ times and service and food quality has consistently been great. Keep in mind this is officially considered fast food, but it is definitely at the upper end of fast food. Burgers are flavorful with lots of fresh toppings to choose from at no extra cost. Fries are delicious and served plentifully. We were on our way back home from a baseball tournament weekend. We were tired and hungry. I thought I would order online for pick up so I didn't have to wait. I got to the location and the food wasn't ready. Burger patties weren't even on the grill. There were about 5 Grub hub and Door Dash people waiting for their orders. The guy working there told me he was on break and he's usually the one grilling and they had new people workings. I could clearly see the new people were the ones working hard and the others not doing anything. I asked for a refund and the guy that I assume was the manager said he had to call the direct manager to see how to the process the refund since it was an online order. I gave a tip on the online order and he told me he didn't know how to refund the tip and he needed to call the direct manager again. He never apologized for the wait. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience today. read more

Went in on a Friday during my lunch break and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman that made my first time ordering very easy. He was patient as I stared at the menu and gave me some additional info about the size of the burgers. The entire restaurant was sparkling clean (THE SELF SERVE KETCHUP DISPENSER WAS CLEAN. IT WAS SPOTLESS!) and even the cooks seemed to be in a good mood. They promptly took my order and made it perfectly. It was the best burger I have had, possibly ever. Way better than In N Out. Been to this location about three times and out of those three times they've messed up twice. Both times I used the internet to put in my order to save some time. Lets just say I didn't save any time, I actually wasted time at this location. First time they messed up was due to the fact that two people had the same name (what a shocker, people having the same name OMG). Anyways they gave my order to the other person so i had to wait another 20-30 minutes to get my food. Not a big deal to me at least the food was good. Second time (and last time) I go to the register and tell the worker i placed an order online and he gave me a receipt and told me they had to cook the fries. They call two order numbers which were not mine, but I didn't mind because these two people were there before I got there. Six orders later and they still have not called my number so I go up and they had the audacity to ask if I had informed anyone I was there. No shit Sherlock, why would I have a damn receipt if I hadn't checked in?! I waited 30 minutes for a cold burger and extra fries to supplement my wait time. My husband and I eat here regularly and get the burger bowls. Its a great and easy way to eat the burger without the bun and without having your burger slip out of "lettuce wraps". There was one time where we ordered online for pick up and when we got home, we were missing an extra patty we had paid for. We called customer service online and they sucked!! I love this place! I've been there now about 5 times and have only ordered online for lunch. I choose to order online because it's so convienient and the lines can sometimes be long inside and I only have about 1/2 hr on my lunch. Each visit, I've been pleasantly greeted when I open the door and have not waited more than 2-3 minutes and that's because they don't drop your fries till you arive. So the fries are always fresh. Get their Cajun Fries, they are soooo good! The restaurant is always clean and full of happy customers and the food is off the hook good! read more

Customer service over the past months has gotten worse. I placed an online and it gave me the time to pick up. I get to the location 5 minutes after the time it stated my meal was going to be ready and the unprofessional ass lady tells me we don't have your order so there is nothing we can do. I show her my order confirmation and she straight tells me well make sure it's the right location and call them. I verbalize to her and show her this is my order this is the place I chose for pick up. With a nasty ass attitude she tells me well there is nothing we can do, we don't have your order so basically keep it moving and leave. I will never come to this location again. Despite what the hell the world is going through right now you could have politely told me, sorry for the inconvenience, I can take your order again, however, you have to call to get a refund for your online order. After reading on Facebook about Five Guys Burgers for a long time, I check YELP to see where one was close to me. Headed to the mall in Fairfield and stopped at the one located there. Just after the lunch rush, I ordered and found my seat. Order was up in a timely manner. The gal taking my order suggested the Cajun fries. Burger was a double patty with cheese and many yummy fixin's. I left stuffed and will return again. A great lunchtime find. read more

Used to eat at this location very often until one meal I found a small curly hair in my fries. Very disappointed will not be coming back.
