However, I felt the prices were very pricey since I only ordered two burgers and two bottles of water for my friend and me. I paid $34. Though the service was good and very professional. The cashier was funny and encouraged us to buy two bottles of water which I didn't mind since it was hot that day. We ordered the bacon cheeseburgers. I asked to put almost everything in it since it is free! I love a big sandwich. The bathroom was very clean. The cleanest bathroom room for a fast food restaurant. Love it! read more

As a loyal customer for 12 years, his nonchalant attitude is going to run your business into the ground !!!! His negativity & condescending attitude when addressing the declining quality of food when he is present are driving away dedicated patrons and harming your business. It's important to recognize that this isn't the first complaint about his dismissive attitude and lack of effort to resolve issues. If you care about retaining your customers, consider addressing this situation. A little bit overpriced for a burger but the quality is good! I got the bacon cheeseburger (which was almost $13) and fries. The burger tasted homemade and I could actually taste the beef unlike other fast food places. I was also impressed by how friendly the employees were. The person taking my order helped didn't get annoyed when I couldn't decide and helped me by making suggestions. One thing I wish they could improve on is the texture of the fries. The Best burger I've had in a while!! Every time I go to five guys, I am never disappointed. I got the cheeseburger and added lettuce, tomato, onion, and bbq sauce. I also order a small fry because if you go to five guys often then you know that they always hook you up with a lot of fries. The service was amazing! I was 20 mins away and they made sure to wait to cook my fries so that I had hot fries instead of Luke warm fries. The ambiance was just a regular burger spot but It did not totally disappoint. If you're allergic to peanuts avoid this place at all cost. Five Guys fries all its food with peanut oil, and offers peanuts for customers while waiting for the food. The burgers are cooked to order, and all the ingredients are super fresh. They have regular fries or Cajun fries and both are so yummy. Their milkshakes are okay. Honestly I prefer Steak and Shake or Chick-fil-a's shakes. The place can be expensive but totally worth it. If you know you're getting fresh, and good food with big portions of it why don't pay a little extra? I don't eat here too often but I enjoy it every time I do. I got a to go order and the bag they put the food in was more than half covered in grease, the burger was very greasy, the onion were grilled but were still half raw and so very bitter, just terrible. the french fries were greasy too and i literally threw away 3/4 of the food. They should drain the meat and fries more before preparing/bagging...the onions should be sweet onion..also I asked for lettuce and tomato and there was a very little piece of lettuce and 1 little tomato..if this bad preparing of the food continues this location will close too. read more

I haven't been to Five Guys in a while and recently I started the Keto diet. I ordered the cheeseburger with everything but without the bun. The guy asked if I wanted it in a bowl. I didn't know they had that option but I was happy. It was great to eat it with a knife and fork. They also gave the condiments in small containers on the side. I was pleased that they cater to keto friendly options. Other than the bowl, you can also get a burger wrapped in lettuce but it was messy. We will be back! read more

I've been on a burger kick lately, and was hangry for a good burger. Five Guys was right around the corner from the gym so thought I'd try it. It has been at least 6+ years since I last ate at Five Guys and couldn't recall how it was. This location sits off Old Peachtree and Satellite, not far from 85. Parking lot isn't big but additional parking is available in the rear. They do have outdoor seating. The inside is full out 60s style. You walk up, place your order and then wait for your number to be called. I liked that it had two coca-cola freestyle machines and also multiple malt and vinegar bottles for the fries. The ketchup ramekins are also over sized. I liked the fact that you picked your own toppings and that they are all free. Best part! The burger was a decent size and their small fry was huge. So why the three stars? The burger was huge but very small on flavor. The fries were bland as well. My entire meal was $15. $7.50 for the burger, $3.60ish for the small fry and $2.79 for the drink. Burgers, Fries and Shakes! I love everything about Five Guys. The burgers are made to order and you can definitely tell. I usually go with the bacon cheeseburger. It's 2 patties, cheese and bacon. You can dress it up how you like; lettuce, tomato, onions, condiments and more. Usually the add ons are free, however there are some that cost a little extra. The fries are pretty good. I usually go with the Cajun fries and I like them crispy. I like that a large fry usually feeds 2! My boyfriend and I couldn't even finish them all. More bang for your buck. I haven't had the pleasure of trying a milk shake but it's definitely next on my list! I have also noticed that not all locations do not sell milk shakes so make sure you check before arrival. I've heard it up to my balding head in the rave reviews department from my friends about Five Guys. However, I have issues with waiting and I never felt the need to rush in during the initial craze. So, I've never eaten these burgers in NY. One day for lunch, my colleagues asked me if I liked burgers... why not? Initially I was disappointed in my DoorDash order from Five Guys: I received plain fries (but had ordered Cajun) and toppings were missing on the burgers. So I called and asked to speak to a manager, the phone was given to Sampson. He was so polite and patient as I explained the issues with the order. I told him I was on a quick lunch break and had meetings all day, which is why I didn't pick the order up myself and would not be able to make it back. So he offered for me to come in anytime later that week, he'd put my order on his desk, and they'd redo the order when I was ready to come back and get it the way it was ordered. This was on a Tuesday. Anyway, I called that Saturday during lunchtime and asked to speak with him. He remembered me and I confirmed that it was good for me to come in at that time and have the order redone. He said yes, said he'd get on having the order made, and asked if I wanted the burgers with the same toppings as initially ordered; I asked him to make sure the fries are Cajun. (That's a really big deal!) He'd kept my receipt from the DoorDash transaction on their end, so I wasn't tripping in saying my order was incorrect. So when I got there, he asked if I was Toni, I said yes... He said give them a couple more minutes on the fries and asked if I needed a drink or anything. I said no I was fine...but I really appreciated his kindness, excellent customer service, and attitude. This is my favorite Five Guys, despite the DoorDash mishap but otherwise, they are usually always on point. And all the employees I've interacted with over the years have been very friendly. If you haven't had Five Guys, you really need to stop what you're doing and go right now. They literally have some of the most amazing burgers that I've ever eaten, ever. They are cooked to order, and can come with a list of different toppings that just put the icing on the cake. Plus, have you had their fries!?!?! Wow! This location in particular is just top notch. I went in on my break from work and was just exhausted and starving. The cashier greeted me with a smile that put the photogenic guy meme to shame. He was kind enough to let me know that if I wasn't super hungry, I should get the little burger because the regular burger had two patties. I'm really thankful he told me that, otherwise I'd have wasted about half of my delicious burger because my stomach wouldn't be able to hold it. They have one of those awesome futuristic drink machines where you can choose from over 120 choices, which I'm totally in love with! When I got my bag of food, I opened it and saw that the cashier had thrown some fries in for me "as a snack for later" he said. Well, after a long day my girlfriend and I came here. I forgot to ask for Cajun in my fries, that's on me. However, when I asked for them to throw Cajun on at the last minute, the cashier promised me that us dipping it in the Cajun spice was better. So I took the little containers he offered, but after rethinking it and wanting to eat the fries in the car we wanted them to shake the Cajun spice on the fries for us. Comparing with them, I'd rank (1) Habit, (2) In-N-Out, (3) Five Guys in order, for the burger itself. But only for fries, Five Guys is the champion. Then let me tell you something about this specific location. Why do they stock up their supplies in the hall? And I saw a open peanut box on top of the supplies in the middle of dinning tables. I'm not a big burger person, especially when it comes to fast food. When this place opened, I had heard so much about the chain that I had to try it. I have to say I was pretty impressed. The hamburger was very flavorful and juicy. There seemed to be a very home made element to it. It was much better made than your regular fast food hamburger. Besides, other fast food joints don't have boxes of peanuts for you to eat! I've been back a couple times since and it isn't quite the same, but it is still good. It might not be the best burger, but it deserves a 4 for 1) friendly service and 2) great taste for a small price. I think I'd eat these burgers more if they weren't so bad for you. After more than 20 years of not eating red meat and having to try The Cheeseburger at Five Guys, I've gotta say it's one heck of a burger I've been missing out on! The cheeseburger comes with two 2 ounces of meat patties each and you have the choice to add whatever you want. In my case I had them out grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and omg... We visited this location yesterday and ordered 3 burgers and 2 were completely wrong. One was supposed to be mustard lettuce and pickles but instead had mayonnaise (a lot!) and lettuce on top and bell peppers and more mayo on the bottom. The other was mustard, tomato, pickles and grilled onions but it also had raw onion, jalapeño and some type of hot sauce on it. Enough to make the child that tried to eat very uncomfortable. (I did check the receipt and it corresponded with what I ordered not what they stuck in the bag.) Very disappointing. For as much as we pay to eat there, I feel like a little more care should go into making orders correctly. Someone should also speak to the older gentleman working the register. They weren't soggy like they are at some Five Guys, they were perfectly fried and were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's your typical Five Guys. Amazing burgers. If you haven't tried a Five Guys burger yet, you really should. The employees are very courteous, and service was speedy as well. With that said, this location is really stingy with the fries. I usually go to Five Guys at Suwanee Town Center, but I do visit here when I'm in Duluth sometimes. Never have I ever thought the Little Fries serving was "little" at the Town Center location; they fill up your bag with a mountain of fries there. But this particular Five Guys just fills up your Little Fry cup, and puts a handful extra fries in, and calls it a day. Are the fries delicious? Absolutely. And so are the burgers.
