We visited this location yesterday and ordered 3 burgers and 2 were completely wrong. One was supposed to be mustard lettuce and pickles but instead had mayonnaise (a lot!) and lettuce on top and bell peppers and more mayo on the bottom. The other was mustard, tomato, pickles and grilled onions but it also had raw onion, jalapeño and some type of hot sauce on it. Enough to make the child that tried to eat very uncomfortable. (I did check the receipt and it corresponded with what I ordered not what they stuck in the bag.) Very disappointing. For as much as we pay to eat there, I feel like a little more care should go into making orders correctly. Someone should also speak to the older gentleman working the register. Very short with people and not friendly at all. Every time I ordered an item he'd cut me off with "will that be all?" Every time. read more

Of course the food at five guys is always delicious! Today they get three stars because when I called in advance to ask if everyone was wearing masks, I did it to ensure the safety of myself and others. When I walked in to five guys most of the staff had their masks fully on some of them had their nose and mouth exposed. What was most disconcerting was that none of the men rolling the raw meat had on no masks. This is plain dangerous in age of COVID-19. I will not be returning to five guys. read more

I've visited a few Five Guys restaurants and they've all been top notch. The food was great as usual but this place has an exceptional staff and this is the reason for my review. We showed up late on a Thursday evening and they were still very friendly and kind. When we got to eating my kids ate more fries than i thought they would so I went to order a small order for me and the young man working said not to worry about it. I told him I would gladly pay for more and that I didn't expect a freebie but he said that since I ordered the large fries the first time there should have been enough for all of us and he comp'd them. When we were done it was closing time, they had shut off the "Open" sign and ready to lock up when a couple walked in and they told him they were already closed. He was quite disappointed because his wife made him stop by Starbucks next door before going to Five Guys. They proceeded to let him know that they would still help him and took his order. This guy was happier than a puppy with two peters! I was astounded that these guys were willing to stay later and prepare another couple of meals even though it was past closing time. Most people working at a fast food "joint" can't wait to leave work and wouldn't stay 1 minute later even if the customer was just a tad bit late. For example the Starbucks next door the guy went to before Five Guys was already locked up and lights were out at 10:10pm. Either way this place went above and beyond more than once that night and I'm sure the staff is like this regardless of who's on duty. Five Guys has great juicy burgers made-to-order. The bacon cheeseburger was everything one would expect. Their hot dogs are excellent too. They split the hot dog longways so that you have more room for toppings--great idea! Massive amount of fries for one serving but ohhh so good. Five Guys cares about its customers! They have a perfect 100 health inspection score! The food is served hot! I ordered cajun fries, and got regular fries. I've been to many 5 Guys and this place equals if not exceeds the others. The service was excellent and the food was cooked and prepared perfect. I had the single bacon cheese burgers with all the toppings and their Cajun fries. I've never had their fries like this and it was a perfect add-on to the burger. My daughter and I went here to order dinner and the employee team was outstanding and very accommodating. I stood by the counter waiting for my order while the employees had to call and call for the customers to pick up their food. The customers were not paying attention. The gentleman cooking the food was so apologetic while we waited for our order. I told them that it is not a big deal yo wait. They gave my daughter a small shake while we waited. If you are wanting a burger that's cooked fresh (unlike Wendy's) with fresh/never frozen beef...Five Guys is the way to go. Yes, it is greasy and it's not what you need to eat every day, but it is goooood. The fries are expensive for some reason at $ 2.50 per cup. Outpost of the DC chain that has been expanding rapidly across the U.S. The originals in the D.C. area were family owned local's spots (there are really five guys in the family). So far, so good, we've been to several outside of DC including this one and the quality appears to be holding up. Pretty straight-forward concept, think Fuddrucker's meets In-N-Out. Fresh made juicy hamburgers and fries with lots of topping choices in a fast food setting. Hard to beat an animal style In-N-Out, but this is pretty close. Where else do they list the potatoes (type and source location) they are pealing and frying that day. If you have peanut allergies, skip this place entirely. They're the diversion to shell and eat while they make your burger to order. read more

My boyfriend and I go here fairly often. The food is delicious, the service is great, and they have a really neat soda machine that give you all kinds of drink options. They also have peanuts sitting out to much and crunch on while you wait or with your meal-- which I love! The give you a mountain of fries, and overall, it's a just a pleasant experience. :) My only quarrel is that it can get a little expensive for a burger, especially if you're on a college budget. However, the food is top-quality, and I suppose you get what you pay for. read more
