The order was way too fast paced, She was incredibly rude to me from start to finish. When I asked for extra sauce she rolled her eyes at me. I don't think it's too much to ask to be nice when doing your job. Don't go this location I'm sure based on her attitude the other staff isn't any better. I wont be back. There are a lot of Chik-fil-A restaurants in Atlanta. I'll be honest, some of these are CROWDED. The drive through line can easily be up to 15minutes long sometimes, especially on Saturday mornings. What this place is known for is their breakfast biscuits (IMHO). I've yet to find biscuits as good as CFA. However, after eating at some of the other locations in this area, this one has BIG biscuits. PROS: - everything came out hot, even for delivery! - LARGE biscuits! Some of the other places are super small :( - generous with the filling (be it bacon egg cheese, chicken patty, chicken egg and cheese, etc). - they are generous with the sauces too (although if you order on DoorDash or online, you are limited) CONS: - none. I would like to remind people that the earlier you go or put your order in, the chances of your food being bigger, hotter and more fresh is higher. At least that's what I feel. I would definitely get the chicken egg and cheese biscuit again. This with honey is AMAZINGLY good. Throw in a hot coffee and that's a good southern breakfast (minus the grits). Line is always extremely long here especially during lunch hour (try to come before noon or after 2pm.. think it slows down around 1:30..). Yes, space is tight between drive thru and parking for people going inside the restaurant. But the staff do a great job in guiding cars to the 2 drive thru lanes. There are some assholes who cut others off to get ahead in line (not chick fil a's fault), but it is pretty organized with people taking orders outside and people delivering the food from the drive thru window to the cars.. this saves a tremendous amount of time. There have been cases when they would forget your drink, sauces, and/or the most important part FRIES or they would drench the fries and chicken in salt. This new location sucks horribly. This my second time going and I use the mobile app to get 5ct grilled nugget and 12ct grilled nuggets with a fruit cup. That's all. It takes SOOOO long with me sitting in front of the line with no one behind me just waiting for grilled nuggets while the regular drive thru gets there food so the timer is good for them and they completely ignore the mobile line as of the standard line Is more important. 5 cars left before I received 17 grilled nuggets. This happened twice I don't know I want this to happen a third time. They either need better management here at this location or better staff. I used to like coming to this location especially since they had the mobile order drive thru lane but I went there this morning, scanned the code and people were wondering around like they hadn't gotten my order. This Chick Fil A stays very busy they cannot seem to give me my salad dressing when I order a salad. Once they didn't give me any salad dressing which I didn't discover until I got to my destination. And just recently they gave me salad dressing but they gave me the wrong salad dressing & I glanced in my bag & it looked like the one that I asked for but again I didn't discover that it was the wrong one when I got to my destination. Chick fil A is certainly king when it comes to fast food service, and this location exemplifies that dedication to customer satisfaction. It's very convenient for me, with its vicinity to Infinite Energy Center. Located off satellite blvd and sugarloaf pkwy, this location stays busy and for good reason. Easy access for morning drive through stops and very friendly staff. I stop by for breakfast at least 1-2 times per week via drive through, and they are typically always quick. On heavier days, they have staff expediting the drive through process by taking orders on iPads before you get to the normal order spot (which they then have somebody stationed to swipe your card). They also take your name with your order. A couple occasions I have noticed people paying for the person behind them. The drive through is coned off and they have traffic flow handled pretty well for a tight spot. The last time I went, I made my way inside since it was free chicken minis day. The order process was fast, even with the heavy traffic, and they brought my food to me. When I was done eating, one of the ladies took my tray for me. I love their breakfast burrito with jalapeño salsa and the bacon/egg/cheese biscuit with some grape jelly on it (mouth watering right now, damn it Sunday!!). My only two complaints - they did accidentally charge me for my free chicken biscuit minis (my fault for noticing later when I added the expense to my budget) and their coffee isn't that great. Be aware of any events going on at Infinite Energy Center (especially kid-friendly) bc this place will light up like a gasoline-infused fire. I really enjoy this Chick-fil-A location. I really enjoy going through the drive thru and using my Chick-fil-A app because sometimes the owner will send you rewards! The parking/ drive thru situation can be a little tricky since the building was not originally designed for a two lane drive thru. I definitely do not recommend parking and trying to go inside of the building, especially if it's during lunch or dinner rush. It can be extremely difficult to navigate parking. I came here recently for chik fil a as my 5th and final stop on my journey to conquer all the chik fil a's. It was nuts towards 7 p.m s don't do Chik fil a day between 6:30 to 7:00. Wait otherwise on most days is not bad. The playground and settings are clean. The people who work here are usually high schoolers going for that 2 year scholarship deal so most are young, active, alert, and friendly. I think their salads are not bad; certainly they made more attempt to put like blueberries and actual antioxidants instead of just fiberful space like romaine lettuce with a slap of blue cheese and croutons. THey actually put like walnuts and actual real stuff with darker looking leafy stuff in their salads so I will give them props for actually make a REAL salad. Chicken nuggets/tenders are a hit are miss. If you're lucky you get some tender well seasoned fat ones but if you're unlucky you get the scrape of the barrel which are some dried breaded crumbs and 10% chicken bits. More like Chicken flavored cheetos if you're really that unlucky so I tend to avoid the nuggets/ tenders b/c there's so much variation you can go with this. The staff are really nice at this location and they usually get my order correct 90% of the time. I have been to other locations and the staff just don't have it together. Sometimes I pick up chick-fil-a before I go to work and I go to this location. There is one way closer to my work, but the service is not that great there. The dude who handed me the drink used the same disposable gloves that was used to count the quarters and dollars in the car in front of me. This is so far the best Chik Fil A I've been to. Manager took my huge order and was very patience with me since I was very undecidable. I even ordered lunch during breakfast time and he made it for me. Just had to wait few extra minute. This location is clean and each table had flowers in a vase. I thought they were fake but they were real. Manager brought out our drinks and food to us personally. I felt very welcomed. I definitely recommend this location. Oh as for food, seriously? I walked up and management was rude about me not being able to order. They asked me to stand outside in drive thru with cars!! They would not take my order even though i am at the restaurant. I was refused service because i did not have a car at the moment. I figured they would help me out and get my food prepared but instead i was forced to stand outside in the middle of the night!! I ended up cancelling my order and getting Carrabba's next door. I would recommend avoiding this Chick-fil-A at all cost. The management & employees have been horrible for years. It seems like there is a new person working everyday that does not know what to do. The management told me I have to WALK through a DRIVE through in the middle if the night, drive through employee told me to go to the drive through window, and the people in the window told me to go back around to the front!!
