Horrible, I just went and we got a chick deluxe, chicken strips, nuggets and fries and the chicken was horrible. Dry and obviously made earlier in the day and sold to me as the driest chicken in the state of GA. On a good note, my kids like the yogurt and ice cream they had. read more

I walked up and management was rude about me not being able to order. They asked me to stand outside in drive thru with cars!! They would not take my order even though i am at the restaurant. I was refused service because i did not have a car at the moment. I figured they would help me out and get my food prepared but instead i was forced to stand outside in the middle of the night!! I ended up cancelling my order and getting Carrabba's next door. I would recommend avoiding this Chick-fil-A at all cost. The management & employees have been horrible for years. It seems like there is a new person working everyday that does not know what to do. The management told me I have to WALK through a DRIVE through in the middle if the night, drive through employee told me to go to the drive through window, and the people in the window told me to go back around to the front!! I went the day I originally wrote this review. I dined in because I had a free entree coupon that someone gave to me. No money spent, can't beat that. As I was wrapping up lunch, an employee, who so happened to be a middle aged lady, approached me and offered me a mint. Her smile was genuine, bright and white. She went around the dining room offering that smile and mints. WHAT!!!! I have never had that at any fast food restaurant. I don't want anything else fast except Chipotle and this Chic-Fil-A. My first visit to a chain that has table service was great. This very kid friendly spot was above par for whatever my expectation of a mass market chicken outlet could be. Service was polite and gracious about everything from cleaning tables to preparing kids mats. I have never been to a fast food place like this in the Northwest part of the country. I love In-N-Out as a regional chain more only because I like burgers more than chicken. As usually Chick-Fil-A is on point. I walk into a crowded restaurant and am greeted from someone behind the counter. I head to the right to go to the restroom to change clothes quickly before my friend arrives. I enter the restroom and I think is this Nakato, the Ritz, Ray's on the River? When did CFA get a "Fabulous" bathroom???? Anyway I probably stayed in there longer than I needed too just looking at the nice sinks and fancy bathroom decor. Nice clean and big enough to handle large crowds quickly. The rest of the restaurant was just as nice and clean as well. First time in Georgia and my coworker told me that this was a chain that I had to try before we left for California. This was my last meal before I went home to CALI! This was a different fast food joint I have gone to, we paid the same way, but the workers actually brought our trays to our table and asked if we needed anything else? So nice! Southern Hospitality? I ordered the fried chicken nuggets, grilled nuggets and came with waffle fries. The nuggets weren't rubbery like MCD nuggets, it tasted like real chicken chunks but deep fried,. anything fried is good to me. The grilled nuggets weren't as tasty but the waffle fries were delicious. Normally waffle fries are hard to eat, they usually cut the top of my gums, but these were crunchy but soft and I was able to put a whole waffle fry in my mouth. They also have tons of sauces, but my favorite was their prepackaged Texas Pete hot sauce! Also had my first sweet tea in Georgia,. pretty darn good! read more

Don't get me wrong, I love chik fil a. The workers here are very friendly as always and service is great. The one thing I would say is that they always get at least one thing wrong whenever I order. I get that they are very busy, and a mistake every now and then is okay. But it is literally every time. This is the only complaint I have about it overall though. read more

Cleaner than most other chains. Employees are always friendly and courteous at this location. When you dine in, they take time out and ask if you are having a great day and if in need of anything. It feels as if you're in an actual restaurant. Fries have only came out cold once at this location. Food is usually consistently well prepared and fresh at this location. My go-to meal is usually the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with fries and iced vanilla coffee. Make sure to try their chic fil a sauce and Polynesian sauce as well! This is a chickfila that I love. They have great service and the employees are very kind and caring. They greet me and thank me every time I am in the store. They are always busy, but they seem to work at a fast and accurate pace. If you are expecting a high class restaurant and you decide to judge chickfila against your experience at a stake house you are judging incorrectly. Chickfila is an upscale fast food restaurant. Go to Burger King and you will see why chickfila is one of the better choices. Not only in food, but service too. Okay I am obsessed with this chick fil a. Like these are literally the sweetest most adorable people ever who work here. I go here pretty often because I work nearby and every single time they are just so nice and helpful. They even ask me how many sauces I want when I ask for sauce. Excellent service, food, everything. As with most Chick-Fil-A's, especially during lunch, this one was BUSY. When I arrived, there was a super long line. However, I went to the bathroom and when I got out, there wasn't anyone in line. The bathroom was relatively clean. I quickly got my food. As is typical for Chick-Fil-A, service was not only fast but friendly. A lady came around several times to make sure that I had everything I needed. She also took my tray and provided napkins. I ordered my food at 12pm for delivery. I received no updates about my order until it arrived at 1:36. I contacted the driver (Evelyn) and she sounded very rude over the phone. I asked what the eta was and she said "yeah soon im on my way" in a mean tone. This call was at 1:14. It appeared that she was driving away from my house so I decided to call the store. Lindsey was very nice but said pretty much the same thing as the driver "she is on her way!" I waited 20 more minutes and finally hear my doorbell. The soggy bag was just sitting on my doorstep. I check my ring doorbell and the driver practically ran back to her van (probably to avoid confrontation). When I opened the bag I see my two boxes of medium fries barely halfway filled and soggy, my original chicken sandwich open, and my nuggets crushed. read more

This Chick Fil A never disappoints. If anyone could model how running a business should be, it would be them. I work next door and see daily how extremely busy this Chick Fil A gets but they get people in and out and through the drive thru so incredibly fast while maintaining such a bright, positive attitude. I always venture out to this location for a juicy, spicy chicken sandwich & there tasteful lemonade that's gone in one sip. However, today the chicken sandwich was not to my liking. It seems that they cooked the chicken too long. It was dark and extra crispy. Not very tasteful! Of coarse, I was back at my desk when I opened the silver package it comes in and realize that they had jacked the sandwich up. Instead, I made the best of the over crispy sandwich, by adding extra ketchup and mayo. Think goodness I had the lemonade to wash it down! It is great customer service that is expected from a Chick-fil-a. I would love to say that, that is exactly what was received. From experience, trying to keep up with morning rush can be pretty tough. Although, as I sat there enjoying my breakfast, I realized nothing seemed to break their spirits. Every customer and ridiculous request was served with care and a smile, which is greatly appreciated and impressive.
