Now the layout of ordering food and paying area was tight. Meaning when you place the order. You have to step aside to let the other person go so you can get out of the way. This fast casual cafe is underrated for the quality of food served. Think Mediterranean Chipotle... What makes them special? 1. Fresh made pita bread, made in house in a huge oven on premises. And, you can watch the entire cooking process. Not only is the bread made fresh, but it is CHEAP. 2. Fresh made falafel to order. The falafel and fries are made as soon as you order, so let them know up front. 3. Dips are delicious. Regular and spicy hummus, and babaganoush are all insanely delicious and under $5 for a tub. Pairs perfectly with their bread. My only complaints is that meals are served in a flimsy bowl that sucks all of the moisture out of the hummus. I'm also not a fan of their reheated meats and slop-bowl serving style that America loves these days. Too bad, because the meat quality and flavor is good, but once it's reheated so many times, the beef, chicken, lamb, loses it's appeal. The ordering counter is crammed into the corner of the restaurant and is very stressful to maneuver if there is more than one customer. My first time at Bezoria and I was pleasantly pleased. I had a chicken shwarma combo on saj with all the veggies and Sahara sauce. I ordered falafels for the side. I would order this again, though I might go for a different sauce. It was all quite good. The folks I was with ordered bowls and were well pleased too. The shwarma was filling and I took some of the falafel's home. The bowls looked huge. This is a place I would return to. The restaurant itself is not fancy and is laid out kind of poorly in that when you get your order, you have to then walk past all the people behind you and the space is a bit tight. Bezoria is definitely one of my favorite fast food Mediterranean places to go to! I was happy to see that there was one in Duluth and wasn't too crowded on Saturday evening. It was a little smaller than the Alpharetta location but still a decent size with plenty of parking outside. I got a flatbread wrap with the chicken shawarma along with the veggies and garlic sauce. The wrap itself was large but think and came with plenty of chicken. I loved the garlic sauce and overall taste of the dish. I also got a side of fries which was enough for two people and well seasoned and came with a special sauce which was delicious. Looking at the menu, I wanted some of everything. Well almost, I'm plant based. Great options for vegan and vegetarian folks. I got half rice half salad bowl. Choose grilled veggies as my protein. Most people miss the mark when it comes to grilled veggies. But once again, they did not disappoint. The veggies were well seasoned!! A lot of places rely on the meat for the flavor so they often ignore seasoning the vegetables. I also love the chunkiness of them, adds to the flow of the bowl. Added Kalamata olives (extra scoop for $0.75), tomatoes, beets, cucumbers, pickles, cabbage slaw and hunmus (extra $0.75). Topped with garlic sauce and little of the spicy sauce. Ordered a side of falafels. 5 for around $5 and comes with tahini sauce. I got the yellow sauce, amba instead, which was very tasty. The falafels were just ok for me. I like that they cook them fresh. They could use less time in the fryer. They came out really crispy and don't have much flavor to them. There were good bit of other reviews that absolutely loved them. I probably wouldn't purchase again. Mango Lemonade - tasty! More sweetness than tartness if that matters to you. Berry Hibiscus Tea - super sweet. Too sweet for my taste but was good. With it having hibiscus, I was expecting more bitterness. Yoooo!!! Overall , this was really good. So glad I stopped by. As a new Atlantan, finding reasonably priced meals seems to (unfortunately) not be that common. I work in Duluth and happened to come by to familiarize myself with a potential lunch spot. The location is in a strip mall with private parking. I came during a pretty peak lunch time (12:30ish) and had no wait. The ordering was incredibly fast and everything tasted fresh. There's no other Mediterranean place I can think of that does it fast-casual and tasty like this place. My go-to is the salad with shawarma, all the veggies (love the beets!), and hummus. The falafel is fried to order so it's hot and delicious when it's ready. Portions are huge particularly with rice bowls that there's guaranteed leftovers. There are plenty of fast-casual bowl places like Chipotle (bleh), Cava (meh), Gusto (ok), and Bezoria is probably my favorite. The guy who runs this location is personable and funny too. read more

This great spot is right off of pleasant hill next door to Applebees. (If you're facing Applebees this is to your far left). My view is from a gluten free perspective. But everyone loves this place. It was SO easy to eat here gluten free. I had half chicken half steak shawarma on rice. With all the toppings. I also had a side of falafel. Which was spectacular. Don't miss the pickled turnips, THEY ARE INCREDIBLE EVEN IF YOU DONT KNOW YOU LIKE TURNIPS. The food was piping hot, fresh as can be. My dad enjoyed some FRESH juice that they make. So basically this is a Mediterranean style "chipotle" and it's located in the same plaza as Red Lobster, Iron Age, Matcha, etc First thing you'll notice is the gentleman assembling the bowls for you are incredibly nice and welcoming, their customer service itself is 5 stars. I got the chicken shawarma bowl with all the toppings and a scoop of baba Ghanoush, garlic and Sahara hot sauce. Everything was so simply made but tasted nicely crafted and not generic or canned. Everything is fresh tasting. I want to add that these bowls are incredibly filling. I'd say one bowl is like two meals. I'd probably try one rice or salad bowl and one hummus bowl and share that with a friend so we can try everything out at the same time. The food is very fresh and the portions are very generous. Everything I like in one bowl. But what I liked the most was the customer service! Mehdi, or as he goes by, "Eddy," is the nicest person you would meet. Extremely attentive and polite, Eddy makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I got the steak rice bowl with all the toppings and a scoop of hummus (~$11). For being a fast casual, Chipotle style, the wait was honestly kind of long. The guy scooping out the food also had to saute the meats and vegetables, so the meal we thought was going to be a quick in and out ended up taking 20 mins longer than what we thought. The food was okay- the hummus was REALLY good and don't miss the rice. Unfortunately, the rest fell flat. The steak was super dry. The veggies didn't have a ton of flavor to them. I usually get the pita: the first was with chicken and the second was with lamb. I honestly prefer the lamb but I'm all for that chicken price. Each time the pita is filled to capacity with hummus, slaw, lettuce and tomatoes. What I am seriously addicted to is their curry sauce that comes with fries. You can't really do Middle Eastern food like you would a Chipotle. It has to be done right and Bezoria... makes a decent attempt but there are something that they lack. I wanted to try this place every single time I pass by it but it wasn't until I had time in the morning to grab a bite to eat that I knew I had to just bite the bullet and get it. I order the rice bowl which comes with their signature rice that most Lebanese/Mediterranean places use. With it I order the steak shwarma and made it a combo. It included a drink and a side of which I ordered the lentil soup. What can I say? Middle Eastern food whether it's Lebanese, Persian, Iraqi, Israeli, or Turkish foods, all need to have robust flavors that can be distinctly identified with each other. Hodgepodging it only confuses the pallet and with this place, they did that. By adding a hummus and another sauce to it muddied up everything in terms of both textures and flavors. I really couldn't make out the distinction between the rice and the steak as it was drenched in both the tahini and the hummus that was slathered all over the bowl. The pickles were able to cut through slightly but the tahini and pickles provided didn't help and my pallet became cloy. I simply couldn't sit and enjoy it and with Middle Eastern food, it's to be enjoyed and savored. I simply wanted to finish it and frankly, that's not what you want to do with these types of food choices. Overall, I can't say I can recommend this place and say it's great. The flavors are there but you'll have to ask for light sauce so everything doesn't blend together into a hodge podge mess of ingredients. It's not bad... but it's not that great either. Try it once but know that there are better options. Especially at the price they're having you shell out. I dropped $15 for my rice bowl combo and to be honest, I know another place that has more authentic Lebanese at the same price for more food just down Pleasant Hill so take it for it is, a quick fix type place. read more

My fiance was very excited they were opening this location. I have never had Bezoria before. I now know why she was so excited. THIS FOOD IS SOOOO GOOD!. Though it may seem at first that there is a limited menu, that isn't the case. The combinations available are quite broad and distinct. I had the pita sandwich with the chicken shawarma. I have been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally made it in. We have a big family so I try not to go during busy times. The service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The two male employees acted as if they could not take my order or be bothered. I had to repeat multiple times what I wanted and after that I just gave up and settled for whatever they did. I know there are off days for every business. But I surely would not want staff that was unfriendly to paying customers representing my business. It was completely unacceptable. It was super clean and colorful inside, with ample seating. It can be a little congested while ordering/paying for your food when there are more customers. I had the lamb kefta pita, and it was fully loaded! They are very generous when it comes to toppings. It was so flavorful and My husband tried something new on their menu: the spicy double cheeseburger with fries. He absolutely loved it as it was not a traditional burger. The fries were very thin like shoestring fries, and they were super crispy! It was $10.95 on uber for the Bezoria Feast (3 falafel, steak and chicken, and tomato/cucumber, cabbage slaw, robust hummus, tahini sauce). I ate Vegan GF and had a pretty strong reaction to my food halfway into my hummus bowl. If the dishes are truly supposed to be V/GF my guess is that there is definitely a lot of cross contamination. That said, if you don't have food allergies and aren't strictly vegan, the food is ok. read more
