I have always had good experiences at Chick-fil-A but this location is not on par with the others. I went around 9:30am on a Thursday. It was not super busy. Only five cars total but the drive thru was very slow. I have been to other locations during peak time and the service was much faster. I ordered the chicken biscuit meal and a chicken burrito. I didn't look in the bag until I was home. There's usually salsa that comes with the breakfast burrito but not today! No ketchup or even napkin...very disappointing read more

Worst experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-A. I did a mobile -curbside order. Waited outside for over 30 min. As I'm seeing the employee walk out with our orders. To not only LOOK, but walk right back inside. My co worker had to go inside and STILL had to wait another 10 min for our order. Smh. read more

It's always the same at any location what it's meant to. Fresh food, same taste and QUALITY SERVICE. Last part is what makes it get 5 . This store has pretty much faster on serving. Parking is a little hassle though but doesn't hold me from going there. Love it. read more

I come here occasionally during my lunch break or after working out. And the service here is really good. I don't visit other Fast food chains anymore like McDonald's, but based on my experience here and past experiences at other chains the employees attitudes here are much better than the piss poor attitudes at other places. The employees seem happy to work there which makes a huge difference in how they treat customers. The restaurant is also cleaner than other chains and the difference between bathroom cleanliness is like night and day. More importantly the food tastes a lot better than other fast food chains. Sure they may cost more but the quality of food is so much better. My favorite thing to get from here is the Spicy Chicken Wrap with lemonade or sweet tea, but their chicken sandwiches are good as well including the spicy chicken sandwich which I get on occasion. I also sometimes visit here for a quick breakfast before my Saturday football games and I usually either get the sausage and egg biscuit or the bacon and egg biscuit. 3/17/2014 Time for another update. On 11/17/2014, I wrote an update about how this place seemed to go downhill about them constantly messing up my orders and how the staff wasn't as friendly as they used to be. Well I am happy to report it seems that this issue has been resolved and everything appears to be back to the way I remember. I paid three visits here recently and all the visits have been excellent. The staff is friendly again, and orders are correct. The cashiers are always smiling and greet you appropriately. I don't know what changes were made, but keep it up!! Back to five stars. read more

This is convenient, but usually busy. What led me to write this review might seem really petty, but it's happened more often than not -- they are so stingy with condiments that I end up coming home with breakfast or lunch for several people and only one chic fil a sauce - even after I ask repeatedly for it. I don't care for it at all personally, but I am getting food for kids and friends and this is simply ridiculous. No one wants to hold the line counting condiments at the window, but I guess I'll have to. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this particular chick-fil-a location. They have kids night every Tuesday night, and my kids beg to go. The food is, of course, so yummy. And the staff are always friendly and conscientious. They remember my daughter's name, even when we hadn't been there in a couple of weeks, and always make our children feel special. read more

The 2 stars are just because it's Chick-fil-a and I love Chick-fil-a but this particular location should get no stars. I work in the area and have constant issues with them messing orders up, not giving me everything I order, etc. Finally, I called the manager who sent me promotional cards to use for free sandwiches. I'm gluten free and can't eat the bread so I tried to use the card for a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun and they argued with me about not being able to use it for that. Another location told me that I could use each card 3 times and this location took the card and told me I could only use it once. I love Chickfila but avoid this one like the plague because it's always a frustration. read more

This place is so clean, fresh, and shiny - you wouldn't have any idea it is a fast food restaurant. In fact, the staff actually bring the food to your table. Great food. I trust their quality over any other similar fast food place. Their spicy chicken sandwich is incredible. read more

The Staff is overwhelmed at this location. The lines are way too long. The food isn't as good as other locations (e.g., I usually get extra gristle in my chicken and it's weird). I really think they could open another CFA across the street and both stores would still be too crowded. I don't necessarily blame the store for these problems, but I'm avoiding this CFA from now on. read more

I usually don't write reviews, in particular negative reviews, for restaurants, but after my experience today I feel that it is necessary. I live in Alpharetta so I frequently dine at the location off of Windward. I am a nurse and I have recently moved over to a different practice in the Gwinnett area so this Chik-Fil-A is convenient location for not only myself, but my fiancé. Today my fiancé offered to pick up lunch from the Chik-Fil-A off of Satellite Blvd. I was informed by my fiancé that he dropped his fries on the ground and the manager, Yvonne, refused to give him fresh fries. Instead she decided to make a smart remark saying that if he wouldn't have been playing around he wouldn't have dropped his fries. Side note: I could care less if my fiancé had the bag of food on top of his head and was doing jumping jacks..when a customer's food falls on the ground it should be replaced, no questions asked! That is called good customer service. My fiancé being the kind and gentle individual that he is decided to just buy more fries rather than go back and forth with her. The cashier, Carmen, who was standing there at the time gave him a free chicken sandwich coupon and apologized for her Yvonne's response. When I was told what happened, I was extremely upset and decided to call and speak with the manager myself. I spoke with Yvonne who apologized and lied and told me that she was not on duty at the time. I then asked for the district manager's contact information and was provided with Morgan's contact information, who apparently is the "district manager." When I called Morgan, I asked her if she was the district manager and she informed me that she was and her attitude towards the situation was kind of like "you're telling me this why?". Once I got off the phone with her I felt like something was not right so I contacted Chik-Fil-A corporate and they informed me that the location I went to does not have a district manager which really upset me. I do not appreciate being lied to. I called the "district manager" yet again and she did not answer so I then called the Chik-Fil-A and I spoke with Yvonne and just to see if she was lying to me I told her that I lost the district managers name and phone number and she gave me Morgan's contact information once again. I politely informed Yvonne that I do not appreciate being lied to and that I will be sure to let corporate know about my experience. Once we got off of the phone the "district manager" called me and said that she had missed a call from my number which is funny because it was right after I got off the phone with Yvonne. These two ladies were trying to mend things because they got caught. I asked Morgan, the "district manager," once again if she was the district manager and she stated yes and I let her know that I do not appreciate being lied to. Morgan then went on to tell me that she is actually the general manager which is practically the same thing. I then told Morgan that they are not the same thing. Anyone with common sense knows that a district manager and general manager are two completely different things. To conclude the phone call I let Morgan know that just how upset and offended I was and that I will be contacting corporate. Overall this has been by far my worst experience at a restaurant and I feel extremely disrespected and I do not appreciate being lied to. The customer service at this Chik-Fil-A sucks and I will be sure to let all of my friends and family know to not go to this location read more
