Hidden gem! You get to pick your burger and grab your own toppings and condiments. I enjoyed the fresh turkey burger with fries. All ingredients are fresh. My boyfriend had the black and blue burger and came back the next day. We also tried the chicken tenders and nothing here was not good. Next time i have to get a shack but I'm leaving full! My husband and I visit this location tonight. The customer service was great. We sat outside because it was a nice evening. Between the two of us, we have burgers, cheese, fries, chili cheese, dog, and onion. The burgers are great no complaints there. I loved the fact that you were able to add whatever toppings you like. The chili cheese dog was average. Nothing big about that. I can't speak on the fries because I didn't taste them however the onion rings were definitely good. What I like about this burger joint is that it stands out in a few ways. I like seeing my burger cooked in front of me, knowing it's fresh. Another thing that really stuck out that I haven't seen anywhere else is that once your burger is ready they give it to you and you put whatever condiments you want on it at the the condiment bar (see pic). Love this. This is a nice size burger joint with plenty of seating inside and out. It was very clean and well kept. Service was friendly and helpful. Being that that was my first time there, they were very helpful in picking out my new items that I may be interested in. I also got my burger for free because I ordered a side and drink. The restaurant is really cute and clean. The topping that were out looked and tastes fresh. However, the burgers themselves were underwhelming and lacked flavor. Even after adding the pico de gallo, it still tasted bland. The burger I ordered was the Smokehouse Burger. The BBQ sauce on the burger lacked flavor as well. With that being said, the ice cream was as good! It was just all around not a good burger to me. This is the best place for burgers! I like veggie options, and the Impossible Burger is awesome. There are many ways to customize your burger. Personally, I enjoy a burger with a fried egg, which is something not typically offered at other restaurants. They also have a veggie bar where you can serve yourself. Social distancing, and face masks are a requirement. All the food here is extremely fresh. Cold soft drinks, teas, shakes, ice cream, Hot dogs, chicken fingers, and plant foods are served here, as well. :-) This is our first time at this restaurant, and it was well organized and very clean. A young lady took our order and she was really pleasant. I had a single special with mushrooms and my Husband had a bacon cheeseburger meal 1/2 a pound. They have a section where you can put seasoning, condiments, and vegetables on your sandwich. You don't have to worry about using he same utensils, because they have one side for the clean side and one for the dirty side. Once you finish using the Utensil, you place it in the container and move on. I love the organization. :-) The sandwich was pretty good. I try and stay away from oily food, so I really should've stayed away from the mushrooms. It made the burger really greasy. Next time I will just order the burger and no mushrooms. I haven't been here since Covid and thought this place had shut down. Guess they closed for awhile. Went in the other day after going to UPS store. So, the burger tasted roughly the same as I recall. They have all the toppings laid out buffet style. No complaints there. However, what happened to the fries?? I recall these awesome handcut fries and lots of them. The fries they use now are shoestring like McDonald's but, were not good. Don't know if these is cost cutting but, please go back to the old fries. read more

Burgers all always awesome. Best in town in my opinion and you get to put your own toppings on. Fries are always awful though. Someone needs to learn how to cook them better. Brown on outside but raw inside. Shakes are awesome too. Just have to wait a while for them as they hand make them to order. Recently started visiting this area and was craving a turkey burger after work. I saw on Yelp that this business had them on their menu and decided to visit. Service: The cashier was kind and helpful. When I told them it was my first visit, they took the time to run over the menu with me. To make a burger double is extra and so are fries or a drink. Environment: Here, you decorate your own burger. There is a topping bar for you to use at your discretion. I did not use it on this day because there were no grabbers in the 'clean' bin. Food: I ordered a turkey burger - made it a double. Then added fries. My order, without a drink, came out to be $12. The burger was okay, bland but I could tell it has just been cooked. I'm glad it was fresh, I don't think it'd taste good after sitting a while. Fries were hot and crispy. There wasn't a wow factor that would encourage me to return. I have gone here for burgers for awhile and they are decent when it comes to that. This last visit I decided to try there chicken tenders. It comes with fries Texas toast, cole slaw and a drink. The cashier asked me if I wanted two pieces of Texas toast or slaw. Should of took that as a warning. 20min later when I get the food I noticed the Texas toast wasn't a a fully slice or was smashed so skinny it could of been Texas crust. The chicken tenders are more like chicken nuggets they are so small. And they must of given me bottom of the barrel fries because they were small and burnt to a crisp. I ordered the "Bucket List" Burger and topped it was as many condiments as I could and it made the burger as delicious as I imagined it would be. The only reason CB's isn't getting a full 5 stars is because the Custer machine was broken and the peach tea and sweet tea was watered down ( not really a big soda person). For many years I have tried to be loyal to this franchise and I understand the crisis that everyone goes through, shortage of ingredients, lack of staff, but regardless of that, I believe that the restaurant is in optimal conditions to operate better than they are doing now. When we paid Cheeseburger Bobby's a visit for dinner, we'd both heard of this chain but neither of us had any first hand experience, so zero expectations going in. I'm happy to say this was a pretty good experience! We ended up getting some of their specialty burgers. I specifically grabbed their black and bleu double burger meal ($9.89). In addition to that, we got a side of onion rings ($3.49). How'd it go? So once you actually get your order placed, things move pretty quickly, as we waited maybe 6 or 7 minutes to get our food. They present the patties to you, and you can dress them with their toppings bar. This thing has fresh chopped/sliced/diced toppings for you to go all out on. As far as sauces and spices, again, they have a large selection, that I think you'd be hard pressed to walk away not satisfied (pics included)! The patty itself is sadly nothing special. Not particularly juicy or flavored, but no less quality than your fast food 'premium' burgers. The toppings you add on it also make a difference here, taking tame burgers to very nice ones. With the burgers came a side of fries. These were seasoned well, and were also just okay. The side of onion rings had a nice crunch to them, and I preferred them much more than the fries. Remember when I said once you get your order placed, things move quickly? Well, just know that sometimes Cheeseburger Bobby's can get VERY busy. If not busy, in our case a couple of guests were in front of us, and they were both very indecisive on their orders (i.e. ummmm....ahhhhhh....let me have an ummmmmmmm), so it took us about as long to get our food as it did to stand in line! Not a Cheeseburger Bobby issue...just a human nature one that can slow things down. While this place has cheeseburger in its name, there's way more than cheeseburgers here, including hot dogs, chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, "impossible" burgers, and ice cream! Interior is spacious, bright and clean. There's also several tables outside too. Customer service was good, and for the price, it's pretty standard with other competitor chains. At least for our visit this first time, our experience was good, especially for a to go order. May be worth checking out if you want a quick bite! read more

This is the only review I have ever left. First time at Cheeseburger bobby's and I don't think I can eat at another chain. The patty and bread were pretty good. No complaints there, but the magic lies in the toppings bar. I am thoroughly surprised at how fresh and well stocked all the ingredients were! The quality, variety, and freshness of the toppings are definitely unrivaled. And don't even get me started on the seasoning and sauce bar... A personalized haven for any picky eater! The customer service was just as marvelous. I have never been offered complimentary custard sample after my meal! Definitely extra brownie points for that. Visited Cheeseburger Bobby's for my lunch break. I've seen a few friends check-in here, so I wanted to try it since I love burgers. I ordered a single Bacon Cheeseburger ($5.69) and an order of fresh cut French fries ($2.89). Once it was ready, I visited the condiment bar for toppings. I added onions, pickles, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. The burger was AMAZING. Honestly, the bacon was the main attraction and REALLY made this burger. A couple of crispy slices of bacon did the trick. The fries were also good. I'd definitely recommend sharing, because it's a HUGE amount. You may be able to finish the onion rings by yourself, though. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Now that I have a "Frequent Muncher Card", I'll be prompted to visit more frequently. read more

At first glance I didnt know what to expect here. When I came in I was cheerfully greeted my staff who told me the special of the day and waited for me to order...patiently...like...bery patiently since i had no idea of the concept until I finally asked what that was. *note, probably best to tell new customers about the build your own burger concept when they are starring at the menu for 5 minutes*. Moving on, this is a build your own you get a chili cheese or bacon burger etc as the FOUNDATION and they have a station of toppings (veggies basically) and another station of sauces (where the magic happens). I got the bacon burger and loved the way it was cooked. The patty was actually seasoned on the outside but could use some love on the inside either way inwas really happy with it. I used this spicy mayo at the station and it made the difference! Normal toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos is what I went with. It's hard to really judge a burger place like this because if the burger turns out bad its kindve your fault lol. I can however say the buns were toasted and seasoned ad the patty was actually pretty good. I will definitely be back around. Never again. Used to love this place. Now the place is filthy, the workers are surly, and they are out of multiple items. My burger was over-cooked and the fries were limp and greasy. No wheat buns, out of many condiments, just a reall mess. Final straw? Finding a piece of paper in my fries when I opened up my take-out order. Tried to call the store (it's 4:00 Friday afternoon) to speak with a manager. No one answers, and there is no way to leave a message.
