3.5 stars but I can't bring myself to round to it 4 stars. This particular location is wonderful. It's spacious, clean, friendly, and there's plenty of parking. My husband LOVES 5 guys but I don't see the hype. I do think the fried and burgers are tasty but it's so expensive! We spent over 40 dollars for 2 drinks, large fries, a bacon cheeseburger and a little cheeseburger. I like how there's tons of toppings to choose from. I like adding hot sauce to my burger, that's pretty unique. I like the free peanuts. I like the customizable soda machine. It just pains me to give 5 guys any higher than a 3. They're reliable tho! So I wouldn't protest coming here again if my husband asked for it.

The bun was so soggy I couldn't even eat it... turned into a paste... yeah their burgers are more on the wet side, but I have never had it sopping wet. Huge disappointment and probably won't come back ‍

    Half my order

Waited 35 minutes to receive my order, I ordered two burgers and two little fries. After my extensive wait, I grab my food and head home, only to realize at my dinner table that my wife's burger and fries were completely missing! (My fault for not checking the bag, but I really shouldn't have to if people did their jobs.) It's one thing to be slow and methodical in your work, but to be slow and miss an entire half of a $50+ order is just incompetent!

Five Guys turns out a tasty burger featuring unlimited free toppings. The Little Hamburger came with one perfectly-grilled patty on a soft sesame seed bun, and I topped mine with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, green peppers, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapeños, hot sauce, and A1 steak sauce. The bulging burger was wrapped in foil and had lots of bite variety--my favorite toppings were the grilled mushrooms, hot sauce, and tangy A1, a luxurious addition to a fast food burger! Another cool part about Five Guys is that they offer free roasted, salted, shell-on peanuts for snacking--such a cool perk!

Cheeseburger- Yes the price is expensive but its better to compare it to a burger restaurant and not fast food. Cause the burger tastes awesome. Buns were a lil floppy, less substance to them, but the patty was deliciously high quality, the whole burger was a big size but just big enough where you dont have to dislocate your jaw to bite. I got "all the way" (which is all the ingredients, pickle mayo mustard mushrooms etc, and no extra cost), and burger was saucy and delicious, surprised they even got mushrooms! I'd say the burger is worth the price. Regular fries- When I got the bag, it was very satisfyingly full, mostly because the regular fries filled up like 90% of the bag, awesome. Fries are a nice length and good slight chewy texture to it, fun to bite. Got so full and still have a full cup of fries and more left Extra I forgot they just got free peanuts too! In the middle of the restaurant and just get however many you want self serve. Bathroom is clean, paper dispenser in there looks pretty kitchen is super stripped down and theres this one guy I think the chef who sounds like he really got the whole kitchen down, very efficient. Wait time was a lil long around 10 min. Every worker (besides my cashier) got like a mexican accent. Dispenser area for ketchup, other seasonings and malt vinegar. 5 star for 5 guys

Five guys. Not a ton to say, great fresh burgers and fries that fall out of the bag due to the massive quantity. Nice staff and Absolutely delicious food. Just be sure to take a loan out before ordering

Good burger and good hot dog! Price seems a bit high for cheeseburger ($11). It was intense (like about to have a heartache) but in a good way. lol. The place wasn't crowded on a Friday lunch hour. Service was nice. They make all the food to go even for dining in. Causal dining for sure. Suitable for family, teens, big gathering for after sports practices. Happy eating!

She needs to fix her attitude before somebody else does it for her.

I went in last week and told the young female at the register my order, before all that I was asking her if she had certain items on the menu and she had a nasty attitude and told me no. So I continue to look at the menu and finally order a few meals for me and my kids. So when I was done ordering I told her to go over my order so I know she got it right. She went over it and made a few mistakes so I correct her and told her what to put in and take out. By this time she was huffing and puffing and was rushing me even tho there was nobody behind me. So after a few times of her fixing my order because it was so "hard" for her to put in my order, she prints out my receipt and throws it as me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The bun was a decent size to hold everything, but a little too much bread. The American cheese was standard quality, thin but melts well with the heat of the dog. All the toppings were fresh (Lettuce, Tomato, Diced Onions, Pickle Spear). I think the lettuce isn't needed, I'll skip that next time. The Bacon Bits are fresh made good quality smoked bacon, decent size cut, good stuff. The Yum Yum Sauce is their secret sauce, but it was very light and I didn't notice the flavor that much. I assume it is a mayo and paprika based with other spices, not sure. Maybe I'll order on the side next time. The fries are decent restaurant quality, the kind that has a coating of potatoe flour to give some extra texture and crunch, served hot. I think they fry them fresh for the order, nice touch! Raspberry lemonade (min bottle simply company) it was decent, nothing special. Until next time...

I was shocked to see the restaurant pretty crowded for so late on a Thursday night. It was loud and busting in here. We sat at the bar. At first the bartender was attentive. Got our first order of rinks and food. Once the food came out she came by to ask if everything was fine and it was. We noticed a lot of regulars came in as she knew people by name. However, we finished our first drink and wanted a 2nd, but she never came back. We see her attending her regulars and neglecting us on our side of the bar. She walked by a couple times and we tried to get her attention by raising our hand and saying "excuse me" but she ignored us or did not notice. 20 mins of this and we were frustrated. The regular next to us noticed and saw us this whole time. So he said "JULIE!" and she came over and he said they need you. And at this time we just said give us the check and a box. We did not want another drink anymore and just wanted to get out of there. The guy said to just call her name next time if this happens again. I just felt like she enjoyed talking to her regulars a lot more and catering to them. The food was only okayyyy. The chicken lettuce and too much of that cheep crunchy thing and not enough meat and other stuff. I liked the tater tots though. Maybe I will go again, idk. We will see.

Not sure how long this burger joint has been here, but I've always known of it by passing by many, many times over the course of 30+ years. But only tried just recently. There's seating both inside and outside. Inside the walls are totally covered with pictures of classic cars/trucks and interestingly enough of horse racing culture, since the county fairgrounds are super nearby. Pics of horses from past generations and their jockeys and owners. I thought that was an interesting local imprint. Mushroom Swiss Burger ($11/4*) So 'giant burger' is in their name. Even though the patty itself isn't monstrous, maybe a 1/3 lb at most, it is quite sizeable, much bigger than most fast food versions. After scarfing down my burger, I'd say I was slightly fuller than eating a double at In & Out. But this was also almost double on what I'd pay at In & Out. But since I'm a quintessential old schooler myself, I'll pay this price of admission here, no prob. The Burger Patty: Nice and juicy. Good quality and just flat top griddled. I had to season my patty with a little salt n pep from those packets. There's a special sauce that flavors the sandwich, a mayo/ketchup blend is my guess. The Produce: They use shredded lettuce and everything was quite fresh. Just very messy as lots of things will spill out on each bite. The cooked mushrooms were a little light but still noticeable in most bites. The Cheese: The 'swiss' labeled is basically a white colored American cheese, super soft and gooey. Not my fave, but a burger may be the only time I welcome American cheese. The Bun: They use basic sesame American buns. Super factory quality, but again for the basic American burger experience, I think this is fine. Just wished they toasted it more, as it became a mushy mess after even just halfway through. I'd say the bun was my least favorite aspect of this burger experience. Onion Rings ($7ish/5*): My friend said he saw them use a frozen product to drop in the fryer. But damn this was one of the best onion rings I've ever had from a burger joint. Super crisp, just oily enough and no artificial factory flavor. I could taste the onion and the crisp batter, and that batter stayed crisp for the whole meal, even after it cooled a bit. These are a must here. Fries: I tried a small handful from my friends bag as we were sharing our sides. They are of medium thickness and they crisp them nice. They also salt them with a good shake, and the oil they use seemed very clean. Even at Mc Donalds I'll often get grossed out by fries cooked in old oil. Blech! Not here, quite proper. I'm throwing them a fiver, just to show that a fiver doesn't have to be mind-blowing or life changing. Just has to fulfill expectations with a smile, and make me leave satisfied and happy. Check, check...and check!
