This will be my last time visiting Five Guys. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously while the prices continue to rise. I am always down to pay for quality, especially since I recently flew to Vegas for a $100 burger. But when the service and the quality are bad, I will not continue to waste my money at the establishment. My burger was mediocre at best, and the fries which are usually very good were drowned in salt. Luckily I only purchased one pop to share with my child because the Freestyle machine was out of the majority of brands that I like. The customer service was also lacking, but not as bad as the food. 12:30pm on a Saturday and no one was in the dining room had us a bit worried. We're used to Five Guys being packed. We took a chance and weren't disappointed! The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! I've seen a couple comments about a lack of extra fries at this location but we ordered a large fries and had enough for four people. Positives: The restaurant was immaculately clean, even the bathrooms. The food was out fresh. The expediter was VERY friendly and obviously likes her job. The negative: The guy taking the order needs to listen to the guest before asking clarifying questions. Every time I tried to give him the toppings list for each of the 4. Burgers, he'd interrupt to ask me what I wanted on the burger just as I was about to tell him. This made for a painful ordering process. That's it for negatives. Five stars! read more

Five guys has a decent burger no doubt but the overall experience is just meh for me. The employees at this location and friendly and move as quickly as one can given that everything is cooked to order. The downside for me is just that the food is very pricey at almost $10 for a little cheeseburger and a regular soda. Although tasty, it something I only treat myself to if I'm really craving it. We were hungry and someone mentioned burgers, so I swung by here to bring some home. Sweetie likes 5 Guys, and though lately when she has wanted something from there I try to pick someplace nearby for myself, I was in a hurry. I don't know... Over the years my opinion of 5 Guys has dropped. It was good at first, but maybe it's just that there are so many good burger options now. Seriously, it has fallen in my rankings to near-fast-food levels. And it is not fast. Oh, no, it is not. Yes, I get that cooking the burger takes time, but as I sat and waited I saw no rush to get the burger started, and no rush to package everything when it was done. The service is friendly, at all locations, but certainly doesn't seem rushed. And if they took their time and made something awesome, I wouldn't complain. But... I got a bacon double cheeseburger. The burger itself was flavorless. The bacon was almost nonexistent. The cheese was goopy and messy. The bun was generic. The tomatoes were plasticky and far from fresh. The pickles were okay. All in all, it filled a hole in my stomach, and that's it. And I was still a little hungry. I got fries, so, yay, and there were a ton of fries. Soggy, tasteless fries. As many as you want! I don't know, again... this review is not just for this location, but 5 Guys in general. I am pretty much done with them. For the price, they are not great. The menu is limited and I've had everything on it, and am not interested in having any of it again. I always wanted to visit this location, as it is on my way home. As I walked up, I became worried because there were only 2 customers inside. I ordered my food (waiting surprisingly long as the 2 people ordered over 5 burgers) and sat down. As I waited for my food, more people came pouring in. Now there are 7 full tables around me *and* more people in line. This location is hopping! For how busy it got so very quickly the staff were friendly and helpful. All the orders appeared right, no one complained and everyone around me had smiles on their faces as they scarfed down their food. Kudos to the small staff for getting orders out quickly and efficiently! Now- let me back up to discuss the menu. If you havent' been to a Five Guys there really is only one thing to worry about- condiments. (waves hand in air) Reason being, you are going to get a burger and fries (cooked in the most wonderful peanut oil sprinkled with Cajun spices! if you ask). Personally, I get hot dog instead of the burger, because I can almost eat a whole bacon cheese hot dog in one sitting (but I am not like everyone else). Their burgers are good, they are large, and if you eat a whole one, fast, you *will* get a tummy ache. So, again- you need only to worry about condiments. With 15 toppings to chose from- you should start there (see pic). Oh- for you Vegans- they have Veggie sandwiches.. I think they are actually made from veggies, as they advertise "Note: Veggie Sandwiches do not contain veggie burger patties." I will have to try this out on Friday! read more

Today, was an experience I would never forget. I'm not going relay the whole story but it was very disappointing and unprofessional experience. As our order was being taken, there was attitude, and she was also making negative comments under her breathe. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but we just let it slide, the moment she decided to make a comment towards me as women; who owns a home and manages a business, calling my boyfriend and I children and just saying things that were uncalled for and unnecessary, when we showed no type of disrespect and never once raised our voice or even doubted her abilities to do her job. Our order was taken, but I decided to leave. Employees should never be disrespected by customers & Customers should never be disrespected by employees. Very clean. Hard to find anything to complain about ... no spills, no trash littering the floors, no stickiness. Very honest. You get to see exactly how they make the food. They're not hiding anything frozen here. Very good food. The burgers are famous and deservedly so. As far as corporate chains go, you can't do much better than Five Guys. Five Guys is a great go to when you got no idea what you want. Great burgers as usual but they really fell apart. We ordered 2 reg fries but they ended up at the bottom of the bag with all the ketchup packets. For me that's gross. No way to know how many people touched those packets. So the fries didn't get eaten. Eating in seems to be the best way to go. read more

Music is way too loud!! Not being an old fogey but you can barely have a conversation in the place. I have visited 10+ locations and this one by far is the loudest (not customers) and also the smallest portion of fries I have ever gotten. I normally get a regular fry and can't finish them, got a regular Cajun fry here and they barely filled up the little cup.
