Ohhh I'm so happy to have a Five Guys open near our house! It's a blessing and a curse. I mean... it's just so easy to go grab a tasty burger, fries and milkshake for dinner. We've been a few times and my one complaint is the burgers have been a little dry. But I love the crispy crumbled bacon, soft bun, grilled mushrooms and melty cheese. Burger was good. Fries were good. Restaurant was clean and bright. Food came out at the typical time for Five Guys. No complaints!

I've ordered online at least ten times (prob more) and never had an order ready at the time I was provided. I usually have to wait between 2-7 additional minutes, which is not a huge deal but inconvenient. Why not just provide a more accurate pick-up time. I think they wait on the fries until I announce I'm there. Wish the order would just be ready to go. read more

This is my favorite spot for Burgers. I often do the Mobile Ordering and I love the fact that they don't make the fries until I arrive to make sure they are fresh! Parking is not a problem at all as there is a huge parking lot next to the store. read more

Pros: solid burgers and fries per usual at a somewhat reasonable price Cons: as soon as we walked in we should have known it would take 25 min to get 1 Jr. Cheeseburger, 1 hamburger and 1 small fry with very little concern about the wait from anyone there (including the manager) - we are standing in line and there is no one behind us. One guy at the register is taking a veryyyyy long phone order the other guy at the register finishes his order and then doesn't acknowledge us and heads right to the grille to cook. At least acknowledge that we are standing right in front of you - were they busy? Honestly there was only 5 orders in front of us that didn't have more than 4 burgers so not really. Was that the excuse we were told as to why it was taking so long? Yeah - the "manager" looked about 17 and had no idea about customer service - 1 employee came and offered us free milkshakes for our time ... no other offer or even fake concern TL;DR - if you enjoy waiting 25 min for fast casual go ahead! I keep coming back and every time the service is getting slower even when there is practically no one there. Anytime I order a shake with a burger ...I either need to remind them to make the shake or they avoid it until the last minute while my food goes cold. Very frustrating given the food is so good but enough to reconsider going back to this location. read more

It looks like this location was entered twice on Yelp. I'll start by saying that in many respects, this is just like any other Five Guys in the NoVA area (Northern Virginia to ya'll not from here). The burgers are good, the restaurant is clean, and the service is fast. They are also well staffed, so there are plenty of employees there to keep the crowds at bay. I even watched as one of the young employees (brunette girl) ran to the door and opened it for a large family walking in with toddlers, that was a nice gesture. My preemptive attempt to silence naysayers: Early reviews from the other listing have people citing long wait times for their order. Ya'll do realize that they are actually COOKING it for you right? As I once said in another previous review of an upscale burger joint, if you want cheap, fast, and disgusting...go to McDonald's, the Dane Cook of burger joints. I've heard of people complain of the price...as though it is different from another Five Guys...see above comment. It is primarily staffed by what appear to be Robinson High School students, in my experience, they've done an excellent job. read more

Great service and it's better than the Five Guys in Burke. They're a lot friendlier here and the food is of course good. They got the order correct and it was quickly out. The fries were hot and I liked the fact that the Cajun fries weren't so overwhelming like they are in other locations. The fries were plenty spicy though so don't worry about that. Why do you preorder on line when the order is not ready at the time they say? Preordered at 5:35and said order would be ready at 5:53pm. I always give restaurants an extra 5-10mins because I understand things happen. It's now 6:27 and they are just now giving my order to me. The First employee told me she had to add fries to my order when I asked for it then nothing for 5mins so I asked another employee and she said there was no order under my name. When I pulled out the order number and another employee said they were making the order. 10mins after that I get told they had given my order to someone else earlier??? So I don't know what to believe? There is an order number on every receipt that needs to be checked when you're handing out someone's they just paid $50 for. read more

Five Guys recently opened this location where Friendly's had been previously been located. It is a typical Five Guys but more modern and cleaner than other locations in the area. There is plenty of seating. They have the Coke soft drink machines that dispense most Coke soft drink flavors. I love Five Guys fries and this location produces the same good fries. I was there on a weekday late afternoon and the place was very busy. It appeared to be an after school crowd of students and parents. I'm sure I'll return for the fries at least. I'd recommend the location to Five Guys fans and those interested in a value hamburger meal. read more

This was one of the better Five guys I've been in. The staff were well organized and sharp. Food was quick, hot, and just as ordered.

Very clean, friendly vibe, good food. Really not much to dislike. I didn't have to wait at all and the meal came out pretty fast. Been to several 5 guys multiple times, this one should do better. They either do not toast their buns or barely toast them so the bun is mush when you try to eat it. If you ask them for extra crispy fries you are wasting your breath, they cook them only one way which is just barely. read more

I LOVE Five Guys...but not this time. I always love the food, and it was great this time. I love the mobile app so I can order ahead and not wait as long for my food. The service is usually great...but not this time. The team members responsible for bagging and fries let my order sit while they were busy jawing with each other. But let me set the scene. I used the mobile app to place my order so it would be in process when I arrived. This worked flawlessly. A team member greeted me and looked for my order on the prep table. He confirmed my order was being made, even showing me the order. So I settled in and had a few peanuts while I waited. Numbers were called out for orders placed before mine, and customers gleefully collected them. Soon the kitchen slowed and I began to wonder why my order hadn't come up. They knew I was there. They showed me the order was being prepared. When I went to the counter again and told them I was waiting for my online order, the finish team members sheepishly looked at me, at the bag on the shelf and back at me. They quickly loaded up fries that had been sitting the warmer, not fresh from the fryer, pushed the bags towards me and slunk away. Disappointing. I'll probably go to the Burke location again, but I'll definitely keep a closer eye on my order. read more

If you order on line expect to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes longer than your provided pick up time. The design of the place is terrible. Long tables sitting right in front of the order pickup area. Loud and chaotic. There's really not enough room for the business they are doing. Can't speak for the food at this location, BUT I was out on a late evening run along Burke Center Parkway, and had a bathroom emergency (#fibregetstoomuchhype). I was seeing red and there seemed to be no viable options within reach except Five Guys. Despite the fact they were closing, they let me in! (insert angelic music) Thanks Five Guys! Great staff! This location is great, besides the parking! I came and it wasn't busy yet (11:00 a.m.) and the parking lot was already full. I can only imagine at a busy time. The service was great. Everyone was really friendly. The restrooms were clean and they were gender neutral. The ambiance was nice and I loved reading the articles on the wall while waiting. The only reason for the missing star is the food took awhile. I hope to go back and see if it improves (it is still new) but it took over 10 minutes and it wasn't busy yet. On the plus side the food is very fresh! The parking lot is also a downfall but it is the perfect area for a Five Guys. read more

Came here for lunch on a weekday. Knowing how long it typically takes for burgers to be made at any Five Guys locations (because they make their burgers fresh when you order) I placed my order online. This place is abysmal. Ordered food for three people, they sent less than half of the order, took all my money, and said it wasn't their problem to correct. In the olden days I looked forward to going to Five Guys, having a juicy hamburger, eating their delicious peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor. That's not the case at this location, however. On a recent visit, my wife and I received hamburgers that were not only overdone but were totally bland. There was no juice in those burgers. We casually mentioned this to the manager, who blamed it on new trainees. I quickly realized that apparently Five Guys no longer allows peanut shells to be thrown on the floor. Not knowing about the policy, I threw some shells on the floor. Immediately, one of the staff came with a broom and dustpan and cleaned them up, giving me a "what the he** are you doing" look. read more

Got a carry out order last night to eat while watching Caps game (whole 'nother story!) First time I ever got a 5 Guys when the middle of the burger was bright pink! And they said it was well done, NOT! Additionally, I ordered relish, and the relish was confined to one side of the sandwhich. Fries were good, but the main idea is to have a great burger. Gotta admit, this location not up to par at all. My husband and I wanted to go out for a burger so he suggested the 5 Guys in Burke Center. Well, our first trip will be our last trip. Not only was the burger tasteless (I had to put salt and pepper on it to have some taste) but it cost $31 for two hamburgers, french fries and one strawberry shake (I had water).
