Today 6/5/26 My order was 2 double cheeseburgers with lettuce tomatoes onions and without pickles. Instead they put mushrooms. After noticing I called to inform them of the mistake and asked for it to be corrected the manager got very sarcastic and tried insulting me, going back and forth with me about the menu when all I wanted was my meal corrected. Walked in to the restaurant, no one at the counter or grills. I stood there for a few moments and was about to walk out when someone came out with their phone and earbuds, set them on the counter then took my order. All tables and the were dirty. I am guessing this place is pretty slow most of the time since the peanuts were stale. The sandwich was pretty good, fries were not good, I was looking forward to them... no need for me to return to this one. read more

Finally stopped at the local Five Guys later one afternoon recently. The place was almost empty just a couple table with guests, but was clean and inviting. Was greeted promptly by the friendly man taking orders. He explained the combo special that was available and the fries vs Cajun fries. I ordered the combo with Cajun fries and proceeded to fill my drink while they prepared my meal. While waiting I noticed there was a sign posted where the potato's came from for that days fries which I thought was fun! There were sacks of peanuts and I am just guessing they may be free?? Didn't see anyone with any and no one mentioned them, but they were at the door. My meal was ready after a short wait and I headed home. After my short drive, the bag was spotted heavily with grease spots and I wasn't expecting that. The burger had a great taste and the fries were good and a few had an "earthy" taste.... Very bad and disappointing about five guys first this very racist white guy there he didn't call the name of the order even they ask him if he did and he didn't and he also serve the food and gave me very very little fries when come on five guys is not like that they do better but of course a white racist guy. We were to Five Guys in Bridgeton. The place was clean. The red and white theme is a nice touch. The cashier greeted us. The burger was great. The fries were excellent. I love that the pur the extra fries in the bag. I had a cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, mushrooms, and jalapeños. The jalapeños was just the right spice. Walked in only one other person 3 employees standing behind counter cooking 2 hamburgers on the grill. The one lady had to open an already wrapped burger for an online order to add the A-1 she forgot. Looked like she could barely stand up straight and was in no rush after 5 minutes at the counter I left read more

As soon as I walked into to this location the employee Nicole G. Did not greet me instead she aggressively asked me "Are you here for pick up or to order?" I proceeded to place my order and she insisted that they did not have a "grilled cheeseburger" that every other five guys serves. She continued with her poor nasty attitude. "We only have grilled cheese! You can add a patty to it but it's still not a grilled cheeseburger!!" She was very rude and argumentative. Nicole was not pleasant at all this is my first and last time at this location. Spending $15 on a burger and fries to get this kind of service is very disappointing. I didn't get the young man's name that cooked my order but he was very sweet my food was delicious but unfortunately I will not be returning due to Nicole's poor and unwelcoming attitude. Some customer service training might help but until then she needs to be in the back peeling potatoes! read more

First off pros: bag fries I love the bag fries keep it going with the bag fries. Cons service is kind of slow and the food is way too expensive. Two people cost $40 and this is not a fine dining restaurant. It's an average burger from a fast food restaurant Again this is not a sit down fine dining restaurant where you may expect to pay a lot for a cheeseburger there's no way these burgers should cost anywhere near $10 for what you get. It's the equivalent of a 6 dollar burger from most fast food restaurants. read more

I have eaten at the Five Guys in Creve Coeur, and I have eaten at the Five Guys in Winter Haven, Florida. In both instances I was happy with my food order as well as the price for it. The quality justified what they charged. Tonight, my wife and I decided to try the recently opened Five Guys in Bridgeton. We ordered 2 hamburgers and 1 regular sized French fries. The total price with tax was $25.14. For two seniors living on a fixed income, this is a significant amount of money for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. But, we decided we would splurge since it had been quite a while since we ate at Five Guys. We said, "If it's good, it will be worth it." It wasn't good, and it definitely wasn't worth it. When we entered the restaurant there was one woman placing her order ahead of us. When it was our turn we gave our order and then waited for it. There were no other people in the place. I mention that because the 5 employees behind the counter were anything but rushed by the lack of customers at that time. The woman ahead of us got her order and left. Five minutes later we got our order and as we left the restaurant that same woman returned, holding the bottom of her bag. We didn't know exactly what was wrong, but obviously, something was since she was coming back inside with her food. We took our food to our car and headed home. By the time we got inside our garage we knew what the problem was. There was so much grease in the bottom of the bag, that by the time we got home, it disintegrated the bottom of the bag, and grease soaked French fries were literally falling on my wife's lap. As more fries fell from the bag, she managed to cradle the bottom of the bag with both hands to get it in the house. Look at the attached picture and you'll see how the bag looked when we put it on the kitchen table. Besides that mess, our hamburger buns were soaked and fell apart as we tried to eat the sandwiches. I have gone to the corporate website and filled out a complaint. This is easily one of the worst meals we've ever had. We were both too tired to drive back to the restaurant to deal with the manager. Disappointing on so many levels, starting with a waste of $25. read more

Dont get me wrong, the service was good and the people were nice....but the price is very high. 3 little cheese burgers for kids (there is no kids meal), 1 regular cheeseburger, a large fry, and 2 drinks was $60. And the bad part about it, the burgers compare to Dairy Queen, they were good, but not $15 burger only good. For the price and average food, we wont be back. read more

My husband and I went into this location last night around 5:30. First we were a little shocked at the prices(as with most places these days) but decided to order. First the place was very clean and the smell in the air was amazing goodness. The total was almost $50(49 and change) for 2 reg cheeseburgers, 2 reg fries and a shake. Now I was really regretting the price but I need to continue. The staff were super friendly and they had an amazing system with one another getting our order ready. They were all smiles and upbeat. You can watch them making everything clear as day(another positive) we ordered our food to go and took it home. Each order was individually bagged(love that) we were in shock to find our regular burgers had 2 patties and huge! Next the fries!!!! The regular orders of fries were a huge portion!!! I was loving this! I mean I felt like I ordered a bucket of fries! We sat down and ate and lemme say WOW!!!!! We looked at each other and said ok the price was worth it!!! The food was amazing! I could only eat half the burger and half the fries which for me was shocking lol it was just so much food. We both were so full and happy! Btw I forgot to mention when you are waiting for your food they have shelled peanuts you can munch on while you wait! We can't really afford to go here a lot but highly recommend! Service was very friendly. Fries were fantastic, one order split. Shake was delicious! But $12 for a double cheeseburger???? For two people, our lunch was almost $40 at a fast food restaurant. Came here after a long day or work 12/10/22 at 925 order me two doubles and two milkshakes. Already knew what I wanted, pay for it and went to the restroom. Came out grab a bowl of peanuts as I watch them Cook my food I realized I have forgotten something the Fn fries. Jump to the counter and was man I sorry I forgot to get sone fries knowing they cleaning and getting ready to close. Guy politely says not problem what size larger try to pay and was like we got you. Now most people would be like ok so but after I hard days or work and you come to exceptional hospitality it feels different good job keep up the good work. Made the horrible choice of ordering online. Once inside, I followed the signs pointing me to the online pickup spot. Was unable to get anybody's attention and after waiting for 20 min, I noticed that so many people who came after me already received their food. Finally caught a worker and asked when my orders will be ready. They pulled my order off a shelf. It had been sitting there since before I got there. Should I have tried harder to interrupt a worker to ask for my order? Probably. But what's the point of having a specified location for pickups if customers are just going to be ignored when trying to follow protocol? Absolutely ridiculous read more
