It took about 5-10 minutes from the time of placing my order for it to be picked up. They don't cook the fries until you come in to get your food. When i arrived, there were no customers just a few workers cleaning up for the night. I was greeted once i came into the door. The young man that was making my food made my fries right away and i waited about 5 minutes for my fries to finish cooking. My burger was cooked to perfection. It was seasoned well, with the right amount of toppings. The bread wasn't soggy and overly wet. Those Cajun fries were absolutely delicious. The inside was clean and well organized. The workers were sweeping and wiping down all surfaces. There's plenty of tables for seating and also an outdoor patio for the warmer days.

Burger, double burger, triple burger and a couple of specialty sandwiches and a minimum of sides (One strip of lettuce + one tomato slice = another .75c? I guess they've got to find a way to get some extra income, so I'll let this one slide). But you know what, specialty shops do specialty menus. The owner did say he had a bigger shop with more options.. but again. we're working this "small packages" theme Takes a few minutes to get my Frisco Melt done and the onion rings. (Only 6 onion rings to an order? Ehh.. maybe a little chintzy?). So those don't make it the ride home. But the Frisco Melt, that survives (trust me it's not car-eating food!) and WOW!! 1) It blows away the 'small" theme for the day, 2) Is messy as it can be, and 3) absolutely incredible in taste! (And yet somehow I forgot to get a picture of the wonderful mess of the burger!) So while this is one of my shorter reviews.. like we said. sometimes the best things come in SMALL PACKAGES!
