I often see this place when I drive between St. Charles and my home. As a big burger fan, I decided to try it out. I went around 9:40pm, and it was empty no line, although some people came in after I left. I ordered three sliders with fries, the smauce, and a drink. When I got home and tried them, I found the burger lacking flavor. The fries were tasty, but both needed the smauce, which improved the meal significantly. The burgers weren't as filling as I expected, but that's probably because I usually eat bigger burgers and not sliders. I recommend checking out the place and forming your own opinion. Finally tried Small Sliders now that the hype has died down. I was able to order my food and be out of the drive thru within 7 minutes. I ordered four sliders, made it a combo so i got fries and a drink. I added queso. The meal itself is pricey. Wasn't expecting the meal to be around $20. The fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The queso was good, and was the perfect consistency. The burgers were just ok. To me it felt like something was missing. The flavor of the burgers were ok. I do feel like they were a little dry. I have been wanting to try this place for a while, but I'm not a huge fan of waffle fries so I wasn't overly thrilled about that part but gave it a chance. As popular demand states, it was a pretty decent waiting time. I believe we were in line about 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the food but I know that everything is cooked to order so no issues there. As far as the flavor of the food goes, I'd say the size of the burgers are decent, but I think they are a little pricey for the portion that you receive. This place is always packed so we knew what we were getting into All the reviews complained about long drive thru lines so we decided to park and order from the walk up window. They offer cheese burgers with the option for other toppings but unaltered they come with pickle, cheese and sauce. Tried the new Small Sliders recently and was hoping for something "more". While it was good, I did not feel it was worth the hour+ wait in the drive through. The location in Bridgeton, MO is challenging. If you arrive from Natural Bridge, you cannot (or when I was there) make a left into the parking lot/drive through. You had to go past and turn around. The line coming off St Charles Rock Road is the one to get in. I do feel sorry for those trying to reach the other business that shares the access off of those two roads as well. First time at this location and the service went pretty fast! It was raining, but they still had people outside taking orders just like another popular chicken brand. The staff were friendly and got us through the line pretty fast. The second I got my food. I opened it up. The burger was nice and hot. I have been to Smalls 3 times so far and each time the wait is unnecessarily long (despite only a few cars in the line), and every single time my order has arrived incorrectly. I have ordered my fries smalls way (with queso and smauce) every time I have visited and have had to request a refund or have my order corrected every time. I have learned by now to ALWAYS check my order before leaving the parking lot. The employees are nice, but have given me vague instructions each time. Clean area surrounding, friendly efficient staff. Food was still hot throughout, although fries lost some of their crunch (not sure they even had any honestly). I hoped the new partnership with GrubHub would help but it seems there's an order limitation there too. Like others I have trying to get in here since their grand opening but they were lined up down Rock Road every time we tried. I had family that waited and told us it was good so today we drove by and found we could actually get in the lot to park and walk to the window. The burgers were slightly greasy but ok. I do enjoy pickle and onion on a burger which the menu said came on it but you get one pickle (unacceptable) and no onions. I also had fries with queso, none of the Smauce because I never like sauces like that.
