The slaw was more of a vinegar base, so it didn't weight it down with a heavy creamy flavor. Also the pickles were heavenly and I want to eat them on EVERYTHING. Moving onto the handcut, double fried fries. They were crispy and such a delight to see on a food truck, as far too often you get sad, pre-frozen fries. These were phenomenal and we ate every single one of them! You can practically taste the quality through the photos, they're everything and more than you'd imagine. The fries are what I would go back for since they were really the best part of the meal. The chicken sandwich was just okay for me. My husband had the Nashville hot chicken and said that it was just not as hot as he had hoped.
