Five guys restaurant

I came with my family to eat and I was amazed of how much SALT they use on there fries, and there burger meat was saggy, we ask to replace the fries with something else they said no! Ok no problem one less customer! Thank you but no thank you!

In my opinion , you can never go wrong with 5 guys burgers . The service is quick and the staff is friendly . Yes the prices have increased but still worth it! Usually go for the bacon burger!

I agree with most of the reviews of this place that it is kind of a souped up Wendy's. It you can overlook that analogy this place is worth checking out. They have a very short menu which is fine by me and if you do it well kudos. There are some positives and some negatives of this place that are obvious. The cost is a bit pricey but the food you get is well made and will stuff you. I got the regular burger with the works and the regular fries. I think the little burger and the regular fries would have filled me up but if your going to splurge why not go over the top. The burgers are all fresh and are cooked well done. I don't have an issue with that because the idea of eating raw AKA rare ground beef just doesn't appeal to me. The works comes with the usual fixings plus carmelised onions and mushrooms which add some nice flavor. Besides nacho cheese I'm a sucker for some good house cut fries that are cooked to perfection. All in all a good burger and some great fries but you can find a nice griddled burger at alot of diners for cheaper. Granted the fries probably won't be as good but you can save a few bucks a get a shake.

Best burgers and fries in town! I gave three stars because it's expensive and it takes a long time to get your food.

Really love that they have gluten free fries. The burgers are great. (Small, but good tasting) Staff is always friendly.

Ok so I've found a new amazing smashburger spot…read more Came in a was immediately greeted by the person behind the counter. After ordering he asked how we found the place. My wife told him social media. Had a small talk about that. He said they have a small menu so they focus on quality. He wasn't lying! It was one of the more favorable smash burgers I have had. Crispy on the edges but so tasty and juicy inside. The place inside is pretty basic. Good tv setup for sports. They also have two arcade games with free play setup. I give this place 7 stars out of 5

I requested no cheese on the OKC, but they put cheese on it anyway. I'm surprised how many burger places use American "cheese" (that is, processed cheese product) instead of offering natural cheese like cheddar. Also, it was so greasy that it made the bottom of the bag soggy. That said, the burger was pretty good overall. The beef patties were thin but smashed nicely. The jalapeno peppers added a nice kick. The onions could have been more caramelized. The bun, as implied earlier, was soggy from all the grease. The interior was nothing special, but nothing objectionable. It's fine for young males, the target audience. Service was fine and pricing was fair.

The hype didn't match the experience…read more My oldest daughter has been OBSESSED with the idea of visiting a Jollibee after seeing people try it on social media. She LOVES trying to foods and Jollibee did not disappoint her. She definitely experienced Chickenjoy. The rest of the family did not share her experience unfortunately. Initially, the ordering process was very cold, the person who took our order had the MOST flat affect imaginable. We were excited to be trying a new place and our excitement was not reciprocated lol. We Ordered a chicken meal, chicken nuggets, both flavored fries, both pies, and mashed potatoes and gravy. They were out of mac n cheese which was a bummer. Luckily we did find seating in their extremely small dining space. The Food. The kiddos seemed to like the bone in chicken MUCH more than the boneless. The fries were good but get old fast, not something I would go back for. The mashed potatoes were probably the only thing universally liked. The pies were fine, I had such High hopes for the Ube pie and it underwhelmed. Consensus, our oldest daughter was the only one in our group that had any interested ever returning. I would hope there are better locations that are run better, are cleaner, and have nicer staff. I personally wouldn't recommend Jollibee, especially in the area with so many options.

I was finally able to check out Jollibee. Ive heard of this place of a long time now and, well,…read morelast time I attempted it, it didn't go ideal. When they first opened, I arrived about an hour before closing and people were complaining that their food was taking an hour and still was waiting more. We decided to leave. However, today, I attempted this place again after dropping off my daughter at her grandparents house. The place opened for the day about 30 minutes ago. Inside, there were only about a handful of people. It was clean but again, it just opened up I ordered the Spicy Chicken, with cheesy seasoning fries, and a soda. The chicken was freshly cooked so there was a little of a wait. However, it arrived hot and crispy and still little moist. Unlike other places, this chicken was not dried out. I was surprised to see some sliced (maybe sautéed?) jalapeños on the burger instead of pickles. It did have some sort of mayo but there was so little and it did not add anything due to being so little. I tried a little by itself but I didn't taste anything. Overall, minus the little sauce, it was a decent chicken sandwich. The fries were also freshly-made. They were crispy and soggy. However, I did not really teste the cheesy seasoning. if I didn't order them that way, I would not have realized there were any seasoning whatsoever.

As a long-time customer who has been coming here for years, sometimes getting tacos every single week, it's disappointing to see how much the quality and overall experience have declined. This used to be a place I genuinely enjoyed and felt was worth visiting, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. One of my biggest frustrations is the declining food quality, including being served stale tortillas that take away from the overall taste and freshness of the tacos. For a restaurant that specializes in tacos, fresh tortillas should be a basic expectation, not something customers have to worry about. Another major frustration is how stingy the woman who appears to be the owner is with the salsa. Salsa is a basic part of the taco experience, and customers shouldn't feel like they're asking for a favor just to get a reasonable amount. What makes this even more frustrating is that the restaurant offers unlimited salsa when you dine in, but that same courtesy doesn't extend to takeout orders. If customers are paying for tacos to enjoy at home, why should they be treated differently? It feels cheap and unfair, especially to loyal customers who have supported this business for years. My recommendation: Save your money and consider other taco spots!
