Ordered the Market Salad. The first time I got unbreaded chicken. The next two times I got breaded chicken which had a funny taste. Besides that not getting the correct salad dressing. This location should be called "Chick-fil-B" because the B-Team was definitely working tonight. All of the young ladies working the front of house seemed more interested in giggling among themselves than taking care of customers. One in particular, Isabella, was very distracted by two young men that kept showing her pictures in one of their phones while I was waiting to order. I believe the Spicy SW Chicken salad comes with grilled chicken. At least that's what the menu says. Second time I've ordered drive thru and receive breaded chicken cut into pieces. Awesome neighborhood and great service during such heavy traffic hour. Lunch time is probably the most fast paced inside and Chic Fil A workers know what's up when it comes to that. Very calm and collective and all organized by making sure which car your in and getting your order right. From the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out it was approx. 7 minutes which is fast for how many cars there were. I had ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwhich Meal with a new drink of there's called Cloudberry Sunjoy. It's lemonade, tea, and a berry taste to it. Not bad but it is sweet. My meal was a 10/10 per usual they always do a great job and I've started to become a fan of the honey mustard that goes on the sandwhich. read more

My daughter has turned me on to their food. I have pancreatic cancer and I'm very careful what I eat. I ordered their chicken strips which are crusty and flavorful. I get tired of getting french fries but their Mac and cheese is some of the best I've ever had. I would order the large size because the medium leaves me wanting more. I've also had their chocolate shakes and find them to be absolutely delicious. Just do yourself a favor and give them a try. If I could give zero stars I would. Friday night I ordered an 8 piece nugget for my daughter. 6 of the 8 were raw inside, completely pink! I called to speak to the manager, not so much to complain but to alert them that they are serving raw chicken. He seemed apologetic, blamed it on the "machine" whatever that means, and asked if I had a rewards account so that he could credit my meal and send me some rewards. I waited a day, no rewards or credit. I called and left a message for the manager on duty Saturday night, no reply and again no compensation. Of course Sunday they are closed but I called yet again on Monday and got the answering service again, left a message, no response. At this point it is principle. I didn't ask for compensation but they offered it, took my name, and now are unresponsive. I come here fairly frequently because the manager so generously adds free food to my mobile app account. You can't pass that up! Recently I had the grilled nuggets, which I love, but I also decided to try the Cloudberry Sunjoy drink and.... I'm not a fan. Like someone on Reddit said, it would be ok if you could keep sipping it indefinitely, but the aftertaste is strange. I've heard many things about the Chick Fil A sauce and I will have to say that I'm not a fan of this great sauce that's their signature sauce. The spicy chicken burger is not bad though. Definitely spicier than KFC or Popeyes since McDonald's doesn't have spicy McChickens. Their waffle fries are alright. I would still prefer Popeyes curly fries. Consistently good fast food has made its way to my old neighborhood. When running errands in the area, I just has to visit. My thought was waffle fries can make any thirty plus traffic ride that much better. I pulled up expecting quick service with a plan to continue on my way, but I received so much more.
