OK. I've never been a big fan of wings in the past. Maybe that's because while I like getting my hands dirty while making food, I don't like getting my hands dirty while eating it. What a difference a glove makes! I'd probably eat a lot more wings if I always carried a spare glove on me, lol! Here's something else I didn't know about wings: both Wing Stop and competitor BDubs have gluten free wings! Most (not all, so check carefully if you or a loved one is GF) of the bone-in wings here are GF. Brilliant. So GF people can get their chicken on without worry, just like anyone else. Fries are also good. Love the hickory BBQ sauce, am not that keen on the lemon pepper, and think the garlic parmesan is aaaaiiiight. Really like that the dipping sauces we ordered (ranch, honey mustard, and blue cheese) seem to not just be the standard-issue Kraft-for-foodservice jugs. They're nice. Like that. We ordered online, and I didn't notice that they apparently are famous for their bourbon baked beans as well...or I'd have ordered some. Next time. For some reason, I have a hella huge craving for baked beans lately, and I have no idea why. (Should really just make up a big pot and nom on them for a week.) We both got a 10 piece bone in combo and we had the worst experience ever at this wingstop location for multiple reasons. The reasons are as follows: 1. Ordered Wing Stop for delivery and 1) they were made very quickly which props and 2) didn't not take long for the delivery driver to pick them up and get to my location. I had ordered the 8 count meal with half mild and half of some korean style. Mild are my go to and today they were probably the best boneless wings i've had in a while. The fries are always bomb with the ranch so no complaints. 4/5 because the korean style i think was more teriyaki tasting than i was expecting, just not my cup of tea but they weren't bad. This is by far the worst location around the HP/ Streamwood area. I stopped going for a couple years because of this fact but decided to give them a try as it's way closer to my house. Mistake. The chicken was pale. All the sauce was loose, falling off and oily. The boneless looked like tenders just ripped up and very small. Even the traditional was small. Usually I don't fault them for that. But go down the street and their chicken supply is of par. I ordered delivery and called the restaurant to please give me a soda that wasn't an option on the app. The kid seemed less than thrilled but promised it would be done. It wasn't. Nor were the drinks I received the ones I actually picked on the app, like at least give me that. When I called back to have them re made he automatically just wanted to refund me. I applaud that but at the same time it's like letting me know you know you sent out bad food. The Roselle store caters to people that pay extra for only flats and sends all the drum pieces to everyone else. I ordered for the last time from this location. The passed three 75 pc orders contained 60 drums and 15 flat pieces. When I talked to the manager, he basically said it is what it is. Never again. read more

Ok, let me get this straight. My go-to place for this place is still the undisputed champ - Buffalo Joes. This place however has some really good flavors that I love. That being said, their Lemon Pepper is simply KICK ASS. Who knew lemon pepper could be so good????!!!! I'm also a big fan of their Parmesan garlic. It can be a bit greasy, but it is so worth it. I've tried all the other flavors. Their Buffalo is ok, not blow your socks off. Same with their BBQ. It's ok. Not great. Lemon Pepper and Parm Garlic is all I mess with here. Don't sleep on their boneless (basically chicken tenders). Only if it's LP and PG for me though... Their fries are good, though they don't travel well. read more

The kids that worked at this wing stop on August 12, 2019 around 10pm was gone outside of the store, there shod have not been any reason I had to dit and watch them talk for about 35 minutes of doing nothing, sat my food on the rack when it was finally cooked and done no one was there to give it to me, my daughter yelled "hello" to have someone come from outside in the back to pass my food. Love Wingstop and this location wasn't bad. We most recently went on Super Bowl Sunday and they were so much more organized and more friendly at this location Than the first one we stopped at. They had signs that designated online orders and walk ins. They were behind but it's to be expected since everyone wants wings during the game. Staff was all friendly and attentive. The wings were good. I got the boneless bbq and garlic parm. BBQ could've been more crispy and the garlic parm were really greasy but overall still good. As my son and I ate the buffalo and teriyaki flavors we commented that they were just ok, but we probably wouldn't order from here again as we agreed we preferred BWW. Wingstop is what could be considered the Mecca of wings, outside of Buffalo, NY. They have a nice variety of flavors as well as several forms of wings, from traditional to boneless to strips. Their wings aren't overly sticky nor overly sauced, kinda the perfect combination of messy yet dry. On top of this they have this honey mustard that I'm addicted to - I can't stop dipping the wings and fries in the stuff! As for the sides, I can only really recommend the fries and cole slaw. The fries have a genius blend of salt, spices and sugar on em making them irresistible. I keep meaning to try and replicate the coating at home but fuck it, I'll just order Wingstop. Their cole slaw is nothing to write home about, let's just compare it to KFC's and be done with it. Their "famous" baked beans are kinda sour, there's something off about them. Skip em, order extra fries. Cost-wise they're a bit expensive but I feel they're worth it. The only real downside to Wingstop, the thing to take a star off, is their lack of delivery. With their prices not exactly bargain basement, you'd think they could hire a delivery driver or three and save me the trip down Lake Street. First things first - my number one place for boneless wings is B-dubs. Hands down. However, in a pinch Wingstop can easily satisfy my boneless cravings. I dig their wings. I dig their sauces. I dig their baked beans ((even if they are Bush's, right out of a can)). I do not dig their customer service. Are they the friendliest? No. Are they fast in getting your food out? Hell no. I get that the wings are made to order, but nearly 20 minutes to prepare some wings and fries seemed a little excessive. The prices are somewhat ridic as well. Go with a combo meal - that's your best bet. If you buy the "a la carte" way, you will get charged for everything individually, even your ranch or blue cheese dressing. As long as you're not asking for an entire cup of it, your standard ounce of dressing should at least be included. I feel the same way about the celery sticks. Who eats wings without celery or ranch??? Not me. As for the sauces, you have 9 to choose from. If you order 10+ you get to choose more than one sauce. I'm a saucy kinda gal, so one type typically doesn't cut it. I'm a big fan of the hickory smoked BBQ and teriyaki. The mild sauce has great flavor, but no kick whatsoever. For some reason my order was messed up and instead of 10 hot/10 garlic parm, we got those flavors and teriyaki. The second time I ordered some regular wings and some boneless sauced wings. Their regular wings (I see already mentioned in other reviews) are awfully small.
