It's been a while since I've been here, so I wanted to come back and try something new on the menu. This time, I ordered the chicken lo mein without cabbage. The lo mein itself was really good. I'm a huge fan of lo mein noodles because they're thick, chewy, and have a great texture. You can tell the noodles were stir fried in a wok because they had that nice charred, smoky flavor. I also added some chili oil on top, which brought everything together with the perfect balance of savory and spicy. My only complaints were that there was barely any chicken in the dish, and the chicken were a little dry. Other than that, it was a flavorful and satisfying dish. This is a smaller spot, but with seating arrangements for up to 4 people in 1 table. I think we went on the busiest time which was around 6 PM. Food took about 20-30 minutes to come out but they let us know in advance. The actual food, fried chicken 2 piece leg and thigh, as well as the fried chicken rice came out fresh and was not bad in taste, but nothing I was blown away by. the portion sizes were a little less than I woud've liked. The crispy chicken was thin, maybe over tenderized? My friend got the chicken sandwich and praised it. I got the chicken sandwich another time and it was good. Had read a lot of good comments about this place so I was excited to visit yesterday. I ordered two 8 piece GuGu Sweet & Spicy Chicken, 2 orders of French Fries, and Egg Rolls. Boy was I disappointed!!! It turned out that the best items were the French Fries! What a let down and waste of money. The egg rolls tasted as if they were sitting in oil for hours, they were terribly greasy but the kind that has been sitting in the food. The Chicken was just so-so, the Fries were great. The restaurant is very clean and new, we were greeted right away. There are 6 booths for dine in and two chairs if your waiting to pickup your order. The prices are affordable and decent for what you get. We ordered cheese sticks, you get 5 pieces and they come with sweet and sour dipping sauce. I actually prefer this sauce over marinara any day! My husband ordered #5 Shrimp Fried Rice Combo with Chicken Nuggets and a Diet Coke (can) I ordered the fried whole chicken, it is very temperature hot and delicious, so make sure you let it cool a little before tearing into it. The creamy cheese is disgusting and not cheese at all but a very off putting mayo. Personally the breading is not my favorite but that actual chicken part is so good very juicy. It takes 10 min for wings and 20 for the leg and thigh but it comes out burning hot and it's good just order ahead. Always greeted and serviced pretty fast. The chicken was edible but not anything special and the price cost too much for the size of the tiny pieces . the beef fried rice had no flavor at all and tasted pre-made . Onion rings reminded me like store bought frozen and had minced onion , not real onions . Cheese sticks and the wings are incredible! The cheese pull on the cheese sticks is on par with chili's and the wings are up there with wingstop. Definitely try this out if you're in the area. Hidden gem for sure! Owners are the most kind people. Makes me happy to see the business grow. read more

Got the combo #6. Waited for a bit but that's what I was expecting when it's freshly made. The fried rice was served first along with chili oil. The fried rice was really good with the chili oil. I'd buy the chili oil if they were to ever bottle it up and put it up for sale. A couple minutes later, the pistol chicken which was a thigh and leg in one came. It was also good with the spice packet provided. I wonder if I can ask for the chicken to be spicy. I'll try to ask next time.
