I had placed an order online to be picked up. By the time it should've been ready, I was still waiting for at least ten minutes. Another customer had walked in, was then given MY order (me of course not knowing it was ready since the employees didn't tell me it was ready after i checked in) and I still stood there waiting for food they knew was already given away. There were no other customers in the restaurant. Maybe if the employees hadn't been playing the music so loud, goofing off in the back, they probably would've noticed I was still standing there waiting for an order that they weren't making??? Then I find out they tried calling the person who took my food to bring the food back to give to me, is disgusting. The food had already left the building. They don't know what that person did with the food after they left. I don't think anyone really likes the idea of knowing someone else's hands had been all over the food they're about to eat. The fact the employees expected me to be okay with that is unacceptable. After all of this, and them finally realizing they messed up, they then tell me it's going to be another 20 minutes after placing my order 30 minutes ago. I asked if there was anything they could do after all of this and the "best they could do" was to give me a free order of fries. That is a slap in the face and NOT customer service if you ask me. I'm a paying customer expecting to have my food ready in the time I was told. A customer paying for food that another customer hadn't already touched. A customer who thinks the service they are paying for, is not to be completely ignored and forgotten about. And an order of fries is supposed to make it all better? I will not be coming back to this restaurant and instead, go to the Buffalo Wild Wings with much better service. read more

Stopped by here the other day for a quick lunch. The service was terrible right as we walked in. There was no friendly greeting as the employees seemed very straight-to-the-point: they just wanted to get their job done and didn't care for service. The wings are okay as to be expected, but the service in general was poor and left a bad taste in our mouth. One thing we found odd was that there were no visible area to get napkins to wipe our hands with and that none were given to us; we had to go to the restroom to pull a bunch of papertowels to use instead. The wings were ok. The online ordering and sign up was a joke. Call in order get there to pay with a $50 dollar bill to find out they don't accept larger than $20 which is clearly posted on the bottom of the register once it is pointed out. Even though they had change in the register they sent me to gas station to break my 50. I decided to walk a way due to the joke of establishment. I love wings, but Wingstop put a terrible taste in my mouth as soon as I walked in. I ordered a boneless combo with two flavors. "I'll have... Hot and Atomic." The guy behind the counter mumbled something I couldn't understand, so I continued ordering. "HAVE YOU HAD THE ATOMIC SAUCE BEFORE?" he screamed at me. I told D-Bag that I haven't had Atomic before and he brought me a little cup to try. I took a lick and it tasted good and definitely tolerable heat-wise, so I said "Yeah, that's fine." FYI, this was my first time at a Wingstop as you'll usually find me at Buffalo Wild Wings. Wingstop's Atomic is definitely less hot than Blazin'. In case you were wondering. Anyways, D-Bag then gave me the worst glare EVER. I looked at him the exact same way and we did this for about 5 seconds (pretty long, in glaring time). "Is that a problem? I like hot food," I said. "No," he said and rolled his eyes. So be warned: the guy with blonde curly hair and earrings at Wingstop on Lake hates his life. I just don't understand why he would have a negative reaction to me ordering Atomic. Yes, it's the hottest sauce on their menu and I Am A Boss. But seriously, I'm not trying to brag and I wasn't trying to show off for anyone-- I just "like hot food," as I told him, and that shouldn't be a problem. The wings were okay. My guy friend likes them better than BWW's Boneless because they have less breading and don't skimp on the sauce. But BWW's sauces are just better, sorry. My Hot wings were so bad they were inedible, and by the fourth Atomic wing my mouth realized they were way too sour for my tastes. I think the owners must've had a dream to have a wing place when they were 12 so they bought wings and put it in the refrigerator. 25 years later they opened this store and used those wings!!! The Atomic was hard to eat. It was pretty spicy but like most places too much vinegar. Cajun Rub was good but dry. It was silly to pay $1.00 for a side of dressing. Ok so I have a serious wing addiction and wingstop is definitely my favorite place to go to! I order wings from every restaurant I go to that serves them. Wingstop is my favorite because I love their mango habanero sauce (even more than bdubs). I have tried all of their flavors and have enjoyed them all. Their fries are delicious and they don't use the standard, out of the bottle blue cheese. I have never had a problem with their service out of the countless times I've been here. The food can take a little long to make when they are busy but that's expected. I will definitely continue coming back here for my wing fix. read more

It amazes me this place is still open. The entire staff is all high school kids who could care less about their jobs, let alone customer service. EVERY time we order the order is either wrong or not ready anywhere near when they say it would be. One time we ordered smoked BBQ wings for our younger son. He took one bite and started crying saying his mouth hurt (this was nowhere near his first time eating spicy food). We tasted the wings and realized they were extra hot and not mild. I took them back immediately and the girl at the counter started arguing with me. Finally they agreed to make some more SMOKED BBQ wings and I see the kid making them grab the Cajun sauce & cover the wings. I had to stop him to ask if he could read the label on the bottle to see he was making the wrong ones AGAIN and he told me they all look alike & it wasn't his fault someone put them in the wrong spot. Love the wings but so far bad service. Came here a few months ago and ordered wings and fries, got home and no fries. I ordered at least two orders of them. Called and they said they'd put my name on a list and next time I'm in to get them. I thought they should have done a bit more than that, but okay, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Come in today and let the girl behind the counter know I was lacking fries from last visit when I was here last, she said I see you need one large fry. I said, no it was two, no response?!? I said okay I'll take one order but that's annoying, no response, she completely ignored me. I then asked for extra sauce on the side and she charged me for it!?!?
