My friend ended up leaving with THREE shirts from Aphrodite. The prices are fantastic! Very, very reasonable (cheaper than you can buy online). The shop owner was very helpful and friendly. It's a cool place. Lots of stuff. They not only have clothing, but purses, jewelry and some unique items. If you do yoga and like yoga-inspired clothing, you MUST visit this shop. I called this store last week to inquire about consigning a wedding dress. Under the impression that I had all the information I needed I got in the car and drive an hour to get there. Upon arrival I was met with a tattered store front, dirty carpet, a moldy smell and a barefooted toddler with green snot running down her face. The woman I spoke with in the phone was there to greet me and was accompanied by a woman who appeared to be homeless and kept interferering with the conversation I was trying to have. The woman who worked there (who never introduced herself) was very rude and tried to make fun of me for my dress being wrinkled. I reminded her of the conversation we had last week in which I asked what the requirements were for the dress. She acknowledged me and still tried to put me down for it being properly prepared. She was VERY rude. I have worked in hispitality for 20 years and I would never dream of treating someone the way she treated me. Awful. I will not be returning.
