What sets Publix apart from their competitors, well, there are actually a few huge differentiators. One reason is that their customer service is top notch. They really understand that the customer comes first and they do all they can to always make each trip to Publix a positive experience. They also have great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals. Two for the price of one is always a great deal. We also can never forget their subs made in their deli (affectionately called "Pub subs"). Being from New Jersey, one of the great places to get a sub, it us hard to state that a supermarket offers a great sub, but with Publix, it is a 100% true statement. My go-to subs are usually their Italian sub or their roast beef sub. Both are great choices and I would definitely recommend either of these great subs. This particular Publix location is definitely a good reflection of the Publix brand. The staff is friendly, the store has a pleasant enough ambiance while you do your grocery shopping, and again, we cannot forget their subs. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix supermarket. If you are in the area, go check them out.

I told the girl it was only me and I did not need a whole piece and she said that she could cut it in half for me. When I got up to the register to pay she told me that was only one serving of fish and it's not a lot of fish. It cost me $22 just for myself which I could pay going to a restaurant and having them cook it for me. The picture below indicates this is clearly two servings. I don't know why she changed her mind (the owner was right there) but I was upset about this and should have just left. They also asked for a tip just for checking out. Sorry Tasha's. I won't be going here again.

My experience at this supercenter…read morehas run the gamut from smiles and a restoration in my faith in humanity because of friendly, competent employees who strove to go the extra mile all the way down to crushing disappointment with the occasional employee who really couldn't give a flip about anything. It really is a hit or miss kind of thing. But I remain eternally optimistic. I often wonder if this is just an Walmart thing or not. I can't understand why if something is available in several different flavors they either don't have the one that I want or are out of it. This doesn't seem to be unique to this store either. I've experienced it at Walmarts all around the country. In a similar vein, frequently when I find something that I like, it doesn't seem to take that long for them to discontinue it. Then when I ask the people in charge of that particular product, they all seem to shrug their shoulders and say "well that's just Corporate". So it all seems to also be the luck of the draw on whom you get to help you. Some of these employees seem to be very unhappy for whatever reasons and maybe they want to share. Personally, I would say that if you were not happy in your job then you should find a job that does make you happy. On the other hand, I have been fortunate to find some associates who are kind, helpful, patient, and wonderful and they have my deepest gratitude for all the ways they have helped me. They are stoic, dedicated, and devoted to their customers and I think Walmart should do everything in their power to keep them because they are the company's greatest asset. May God bless them each and every one of them. It's good to know that Walmart is an American company because in some ways it's a lot like the country itself. The stores are ginormous and while they may not have everything one might want, they've still got a lot of stuff! It's also made up of a lot of people from all over the world and they're working hard to feed their families and improve the company. Things aren't perfect but we're all still trying to live our best lives in our pursuit of happiness. That's America!

Awful!!! I was supposed to get my groceries delivered after 5 because I know traffic is bad. Called Customer Service the next morning and they told me it would be 2 weeks before I could get my order. I cancelled my delivery and I heard everyone was getting the same service like me. And I just called today at 7: o'clock and it's still not resolved. I save so much money with Walmart delivery because I don't have a car and I'm handicapped. I can get three times the groceries with Walmart than I can anywhere else. I'm on a fixed income and I can't get nearly enough groceries I need that I need and I wish Walmart would get their Delivery Service figured out.

In the past six months, I returned Publix brand milk, four times, which spoiled a week before the expiration date. Many of the fruits Publix calls fresh, are frozen in the center and by the next day, turned rotten. I've returned oranges, pears and other fruits more than I care to mention. A favorite of mine is eggplant which is half rotten as it's being stacked on the shelves. Unforgivable!! Prices increased substantially as the quality of many products has gone out the window. The horrible reality is Publix isn't the only guilty market. As mothers shop, you can hear the word "no" repeadely being said to children mainly because the budget won't allow extras.

The will always laugh and tell you the state they're from. The girl at the counter was from Michoacan.
