I like that! I started looking around and I really liked what I saw. One of the sales girls started following me around the store. I'm 41 and I can basically buy whatever I want. It makes me nervous to be followed around a store like a teenager. I left. The following day I went on their website and placed an order. It came very quickly (5 days with a weekend in the middle of it.) I'm thrilled with my merchandise and wouldn't hesitate to order again. I especially love to patronize a company with a social conscience. If anyone involved with this company ever reads this I get that shoplifting is a huge problem in shopping malls but making someone want to be in your brick & mortar location is important too!

Items not in stock can be ordered for you. There is a long wall displaying the latest issues of comics, and there are boxes of back issues. They focus on newer comics, so you will not find older comics here. If you plan to get an ongoing comic series, then it is recommended that you use the pull-and-hold service and create a pull list. Most comic shops offer this service and can reserve and set aside titles for you to pick up at your convenience. Pull lists and subscriptions help comic shops determine which titles and quantities to order for the entire store.

I was in for an auto service today. The two young ladies that took my information were good -…read moreprofessional, kind and wore smiles on their faces. I have no complaints of the service I received. However, I was waiting for my car to be finished when I saw a gentleman bring in my keys. He was unfriendly with me, even just as I smiled at him .. I didn't think much of it, just ignored it. A few minutes later, he jumped on a worker for "not working", while two tires were sitting by the desk. As the worker defended himself and said he was actually working with customers, the man said to him, "don't make excuses, just work." The other man said, "I'm not making excuses, Dom, I've been working." Dom, a word of advice to you - don't call out or belittle your team member in front of customers. Customers that have been sitting in seats, watching this man work behind the counter, asking the other young lady which tires were which, so that he could do the necessary paperwork. This isn't a good look for you, sir. It is unprofessional and it is also abusive to your coworker. It was, I am sure, embarrassing for him and it shouldn't be done at all. Do better.

After ordering and receiving the wrong poles for the shelves from Amazon, I decided to see if I could find them here. They indeed did have them, let me take my shelf into the store to see if it would work with their system, and it did. They have the ability to cut the poles to your specified size. Again, I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to price. I still maintain that they sell quality items here, so be prepared to pay for that quality. I did join their loyalty program, which includes 20% off of purchases. Since 4 poles cost around $120, I got $20 off, which makes it more palatable. Not everything in the store is hugely expensive, and it is an organizer's dream store.

We received friendly staff help on the floor. Checkout was efficient right before closing. If you get in their email you can get periodic discounts. The products and service standout and I'm comfortable with a full 5 star. I would highly recommend them.
