They have a lot of great things for crafting, but they also have a lot of cheaply made crap they try to sell as "decorations" for outrageous prices. It's always hit or miss at this location if you're going to get friendly help from workers. I only go here if I am desperate for certain craft items I can't wait to be shipped to me from somewhere else. Prices are all over the place so they want you to use the 50% off coupon to make it seem like you get a deal. I wish this place was just....better. read more

Just came on here to say that Jennifer one of the employees was very rude and ruined the rest of my shopping day from what she said after budging into the conversation of me and another. What she said was very inappropriate to say to a customer. After the comment I kinda shrugged it off turned away and laughed but then she proceeded to say more. It really is sad how bad customer service has became over the years and how workers think it's okay to treat the customers or even other coworkers with poor respect. Rating a one due to how I felt after comment but other than that a pretty nice store read more

Hobby lobby is one of my happy places! I could spend hours in here just looking around. This store is so packed with stuff it's hard to see it all. I especially love the craft department. They have an amazing selection of paints, papers and brushes. The bead selection is excellent as well. They have a ton of silk flowers, frames and material. If you are into crafting I'm sure you've made a trip to Hobby Lobby. If you haven't...what are you waiting for?! A clean, nice store with friendly staff and treasures galore! read more

Staff is wearing masks and disinfecting carts. Inventory is really good. My issue comes at the registers. They have lines to stand behind but then when you check out they have zero cleaning. Other stores are disinfecting between customers not this one. Not one spray to be found. With numbers rising this seems like an easy fix. read more

Always enjoy walking the vast, well stocked inventory in Hobby Lobby. Usually have a 50% off sale on artwork and wall art. This visit left me a little disappointed since what I was searching for wasn't on sale. Will just have to visit again. Walked through the fabric department after seeing sewists on YouTube describe their great deals. Not much selection and was a "meh". read more

I walked into Hobby Lobby after Jo-Ann Fabric two minutes away did not have what I needed. I asked the greeter if they sold fabric and she pointed me to the fabric department. This is not something I normally buy. Once I found the fabric department it took me a few minutes to locate a sales associate that could help me and cut the fabric. Once I found her she was friendly and pleasant and told me where the black velvet was. It was $14.99 per yard and I told her I needed 5 yards which she measured out for me. As she was writing up a ticket 5 yards x $14.99 per yard = $74.95 she asked if I had a coupon to which I replied No. She asked if I had a smart phone to which I replied yes. She told me to Google Hobby Lobby coupon and a 40% off coupon popped up. Yay! Bonus! I got the $75 worth of fabric for $45. Phenomenal customer service! Thank you so much! Work project with the fabric completed! read more
