The unhelpful person handling my problem acted like I was bothering him and told me to visit the store where I made the purchase. Went to the store where I made the purchase and both ladies at customer disservice counter told me I was basically S.O.L. (mind you I purchased physical gift cards at three other retailers that promptly assisted me, investigated and determined the card had not been used and reissued replacement cards without hesitation). Lowe's there was no way to trace my purchase. Really??? Also, my husband didn't have his Lowe's credit card and the customer disservice staff gave him the run around to locate his card info. She immediately start correcting my verbiage when she knew what I was talking about. I told her that I would come to review some of the facets that were available. She told me that I had to have an appointment to visit there show room. Which she said was not open. She also told me that I had to work through a plumber to visit and purchase items. I told here that I was a license plumber and thanked her for her candor. She hurried off the phone. I guess with an area code of 630 she assumed that I was not a plumber. Or that my articulation with words was not welcomed by her. I was left with the feeling that this southern Illinois plumbing establishment is not people friendly.

The prices are very, very reasonable (better than any local store or Wayfair online buying). I was very surprised at the amazing selection. I fell in love with so many things. And, since I am not at all artistic, nor good at decorating, and I am a bit intimidated by decorating my home, I really appreciated the helpful owner. She shared her inspirational rooms and pics that looked they they came out of a magazine for little money. I never thought I could imitate such a thing in my own home, and I was quite skeptical to try, but, she helped me find some items to fix up my oldest daughters room. Wowee, with her help, the room completely transformed into something that looked like it came out of a magazine, for a little more than a hundred dollars. With that succes, I came back a second time for my youngest daughter's room (wanting to give her a room transformation for her 13th birthday). I gave the owner some pictures of the room with a small budget. Watching her put things together is inspiring and fun. She is truly talented and gifted, and she shares this gifting with those who shop in her store for FREE!!! I have been learning a lot from her, as she teaches how to put different things together. I need to post some pics of these room transformations. It truly does something therapeutic to have rooms transformed in your home. This is the most amazing shop!!!!! I highly recommend making the trip to this shop.
