He was incredibly helpful, and did not try to push or oversell a single item on us. He gave us just what we wanted, and gave us plenty of time to think and make decisions for ourselves. This meant so much to us! We had two separate deliveries for our furniture, and both teams were phenomenal. I don't remember the names of the first group, but Robert Power was the name of the man who delivered our second round of furniture. He took great care of our house and furniture, and helped us to get everything lined up and arranged perfectly. I am completely surprised by how awesome this whole experience was. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible, and definitely will be returning for my furniture needs.

I was able to order the same piece of furniture for $600 less than the mega-store. Schwarz quoted a 4-week delivery time and called 2 weeks later to schedule delivery. The delivery men were very nice and took care to place the furniture exactly where we wanted. They cleaned up all of the shipping material and even dusted the unit before they left. I highly recommend Schwarz Furniture and will definitely shop there again!

The second visit, we got Ashley who greeted us, was very professional and made clear he would respect our privacy but also check in periodically. I'm not one to complain but it is very frustrating being a young couple in our 20s, going to spend thousands and get treated like we are kids. The techs upon delivery even said Rob is notorious for this and to notify the corporate office in St Charles. My husband had to remove the outside panel, wire it, and move it to the correct location himself. Hours worth of work! There are other places out there that make the delivery and installation easier and stand by what they say. Rob offered us a couple hundred dollars in free gift cards and apologized for the "miscommunication". If you get the sales pitch of "we take care of everything" - they only take care of taking your money! Go elsewhere!

I bought a pool in 2025. They delivered the wrong wall so installation was delayed. I finally get…read moreinstallers here and the new wall has a hole in it. I drove from Arnold to O'Fallon to pick up a new wall while the installers wait. Once installed the hoses immediately cracked and we had to go buy new ones. We thought our troubles were behind us until we tried to open our pool this year. There is a hole in the liner and the motor basket is cracked. I have owned a pool prior to this for 20 years and have never had so many issues. Installation was horrible and products are cheap. They also can't get you scheduled for service in a decent time frame. Buyer beware! Go to Pool King or Just Pools. Quality and service are much better there
