He was incredibly helpful, and did not try to push or oversell a single item on us. He gave us just what we wanted, and gave us plenty of time to think and make decisions for ourselves. This meant so much to us! We had two separate deliveries for our furniture, and both teams were phenomenal. I don't remember the names of the first group, but Robert Power was the name of the man who delivered our second round of furniture. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible, and definitely will be returning for my furniture needs.

I'm posting this message on behalf of my mother, who, despite walking into the store with fervor and ambition; knowing what she wanted to buy and being ready to buy it, had the exact same experience: being completely overlooked by the staff. If you've not guessed by now, both my mother and I are black, as was one of the staff members who was unfortunately already occupied. However, the rest of the staff was not only unwilling to even speak to my mother, but actively walked past her to cater to those who came well after she did. Giving the staff the benefit of the doubt, she waited, but no acknowledgement was received. Eventually, realizing that she was being ignored, she found another black lady who was also standing alone in the store and asked her if she shared the same experience. She did. Just to be thorough, she even asked other customers if they had been helped. Low and behold, everyone had received immediate service except these two lone black women, who then decided to leave. My mother was offended, and I told her to call corporate. All things considered, I am disappointed, and hope that the store makes better hiring decisions in the future.

It is very, very sad to me that in the day when we works so hard for money, that doesn't go very far at all and then to choose to spend it with this establishment and then be treated with such total and gross disrespect does not make any sense at all. If I were as evil as the manager was to me. I would say, I hope this business goes out of business. But that would put a lot of people out of work, and that would not be good. I manage an establishment with 20 employees and if I ever heard one of my employees talk to any customer or not make it right for any customer. I would unfortunately have to do some corrective action in a possible separation. To employ somebody who literally talks to People with blatant disrespect, literally waiting until you close your mouth so they can jump on top of you has to have the last word unwilling to do absolutely anything to help you is absolutely ridiculous. I will never in my lifetime. Go back to the store and anybody that I know that wants to buy furniture. I will make sure that they stay far far. Far away from this store. I will also be trying to see what I can do to seek some. Type of legal action. Because none of the things that I was told after purchase and receiving damaged furniture was disclosed to me at the time of sale or during my shopping experience. However, the sales guy was great. Unfortunately, like a previous reviewer, said, once you sign the papers, it's no longer an issue for them. Never again. You got me once, but you won't get me twice.
