Mariano told me that he would need to put me on a brief hold. I waited 20 minutes and he never came back. So I called back and I spoke to Martin and he told me to expect delivery today between 4 and 6 pm. About 30 minutes ago I got an email telling me that my item was out of stock and that I needed to call the store to get a refund or pick something else. I called the store to get my money back and I was asked if I could go on brief hold. At this point I have been on hold 11 minutes. I would never do business with this location again.

There are other places out there that make the delivery and installation easier and stand by what they say. Rob offered us a couple hundred dollars in free gift cards and apologized for the "miscommunication". If you get the sales pitch of "we take care of everything" - they only take care of taking your money! Go elsewhere!

Where to start…read more.. When you enter in the store you think, "Oh boy I'm going to be in here all day". The last time you went in the entertainment centers are where the patio furniture is now. WTF? How annoying! Yeah, they do this every weekend. Enter in the commission based sales people... They help guide you around the store tossing in whatever add on sales to what you came in to potentially purchase. If you're like me and don't wish to be bothered while browsing furniture, then brush them off like a pesky fly. However, they'll be back to periodically check on you. Be VERY careful of the quality of the furniture. Those big sectionals that look inviting you sink down to the floor in them. Also, they get a lot of Ashley furniture castoffs that aren't marked very much down from the original price. In fact, Ashley furniture had lower prices on their sofas than Weekends Only. Something is off there. Entertainment centers are all traditional looking, wish they would get in some modern pieces. Steer clear of the ones marked under $100, they're not sturdy at all and look cheap (well, because they are). I will say they have nice looking bedroom sets and coffee tables (more so than they feature online). Do NOT buy the furniture protection plan, it's a rip off. This furniture is all engineered wood and not worth protecting. It's going to show the wear and tear pretty fast and there's always fees involved such as delivery men to come to your house and pick it up. Plus what will you do when you're without furniture because it's being repaired? OVERALL ASSESSMENT: You pretty much get what you pay for. Cheap furniture = lasting for 3 years at the most. Of course depending upon your children, pets, and how tidy your husband is. I'd shop and compare them to Ashley furniture first before making a big furniture purchase. You want to love it, not just like it.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Zero stars for the O'Fallon/Shiloh Illinois Lazy Boy Store! We purchased a…read morehigh end motorized reclining sofa and love seat with console, one of the most expensive sets in the store, on Labor Day 2022. We were told it would take a few months to get our furniture delivered. On 22 October the furniture arrived with both pieces having non-functioning motors! We were told they would be fixed or replaced soon. After hearing nothing for more than a week, I visited the store and the manager was present as I presented our displeasure with no one contacting us but he chose not to get involved. On 22 November the new furniture arrived and this time never left the truck as the first piece was unwrapped the truck driver discovered a large gouge and inch by inch V shaped tear in the leather on the left end that went down to the wood frame. Again, no one contacted us as we rejected the second set of furniture. We visited the store and asked for the manager who told us we could not get a refund! He would contact the warranty company on our behalf and see what he could do. We told him after two failed attempts to deliver a quality product, we weren't interested in furniture that clearly left the Chicago warehouse in poor or non-functioning condition. A warranty does not go into effect when nothing has been delivered. Again, the store manager refused to refund our nearly $10,000 purchase! He said he did not have the authority to refund. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!! There is another furniture store next door; there is also a store in Fairview Heights that specializes in leather. We still don't have our money back or any offer of a solution!
