Mariano told me that he would need to put me on a brief hold. I waited 20 minutes and he never came back. So I called back and I spoke to Martin and he told me to expect delivery today between 4 and 6 pm. About 30 minutes ago I got an email telling me that my item was out of stock and that I needed to call the store to get a refund or pick something else. I called the store to get my money back and I was asked if I could go on brief hold. At this point I have been on hold 11 minutes. I would never do business with this location again.

He was incredibly helpful, and did not try to push or oversell a single item on us. He gave us just what we wanted, and gave us plenty of time to think and make decisions for ourselves. This meant so much to us! We had two separate deliveries for our furniture, and both teams were phenomenal. I don't remember the names of the first group, but Robert Power was the name of the man who delivered our second round of furniture. He took great care of our house and furniture, and helped us to get everything lined up and arranged perfectly. I am completely surprised by how awesome this whole experience was. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible, and definitely will be returning for my furniture needs.

The second visit, we got Ashley who greeted us, was very professional and made clear he would respect our privacy but also check in periodically. I'm not one to complain but it is very frustrating being a young couple in our 20s, going to spend thousands and get treated like we are kids. I get that we are young, but to assume that we are oblivious to information such as a card balance, how much the "monthly payment" is and to repeatedly not listen to what we wish to not add on to our purchase.
