Mariano told me that he would need to put me on a brief hold. I waited 20 minutes and he never came back. So I called back and I spoke to Martin and he told me to expect delivery today between 4 and 6 pm. About 30 minutes ago I got an email telling me that my item was out of stock and that I needed to call the store to get a refund or pick something else. I called the store to get my money back and I was asked if I could go on brief hold. At this point I have been on hold 11 minutes. I would never do business with this location again.

The techs upon delivery even said Rob is notorious for this and to notify the corporate office in St Charles. My husband had to remove the outside panel, wire it, and move it to the correct location himself. Hours worth of work! There are other places out there that make the delivery and installation easier and stand by what they say. Rob offered us a couple hundred dollars in free gift cards and apologized for the "miscommunication". If you get the sales pitch of "we take care of everything" - they only take care of taking your money! Go elsewhere!

I drove from Arnold to O'Fallon to pick up a new wall while the installers wait. Once installed the hoses immediately cracked and we had to go buy new ones. We thought our troubles were behind us until we tried to open our pool this year. There is a hole in the liner and the motor basket is cracked. I have owned a pool prior to this for 20 years and have never had so many issues. Installation was horrible and products are cheap. They also can't get you scheduled for service in a decent time frame. Buyer beware! Go to Pool King or Just Pools. Quality and service are much better there
