The morning of the funeral for my step-mom I walk in and NO WREATH, STAND OR INSIDE CASKET FLOWERS! Kassly had to drive up there that morning and pick them up for us. Added stress for an already hectic day. mueller even charged me a delivery fee. NO ANSWER on their phones and no voice mail. Guess I will go up on Monday and insist on some sort of compensation.Since Steven passed away, it's not the same AT ALL.

I didn't see much in my size (more mature sizing) but the clothing selection wasn't too young, nor matronly.

Naturally, this shop was my first choice. The gentleman was super helpful I suggested a metal one with silicone housing. I purchased it, and went home. It didn't work for me regardless to how long it was heated. Nothing was falling so I contacted the store. The gentleman on the phone asked me to bring it in which I did today. I was told nothing could be done about it because there is no blockage; however, the product still doesn't work. I wanted a simple exchange and was denied by the worker and manager. So I basically have a non-working product. Thankfully, I just purchased one from a local competitor. After finding out what happened at this store, they even gave me a discount. Now they have the business of a 34 member smoke group.

We stopped going but decided to swing by last Saturday afternoon. They have no food menu to speak of anymore and there was about four other people in the whole place. The location and property are great but the management seems disinterested in running a the operation. I hope a new ownership team may come in sometime to bring it back to its past success.

I had found the most perfect Halloween card at a small town Hallmark store a week earlier and needed more of the same. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact card I was searching for. However, I did find two cards that will work for other recipients. It a large typical Gold Star Hallmark store. It's filled with all sorts of gift items that are great for teachers, grandma's and your favorite aunt. They also have a huge selection of Christmas ornaments that always catch my eye and end up on my tree. The reason for the 3 Stars was the check-out process. The young lady asked for my phone number and I kindly told her. She then said, in a kinda rude tone, "You don't have Gold Star? Could it be another number?" Told her that was the only number I've had for 25 years. She completed my sale. Having been a retail manager/employee earlier in my life, she should have asked me to join. I gladly would have done it. Customer Service on the floor while I was shopping and when I entered the store was good, but the closing at the cash wrap, was poor. The closing is just as important, as the greeting.

I walked slowly to my car with my full receipt in my hand just in case. No one ever came.
