It didn't work for me regardless to how long it was heated. Nothing was falling so I contacted the store. The gentleman on the phone asked me to bring it in which I did today. I was told nothing could be done about it because there is no blockage; however, the product still doesn't work. I wanted a simple exchange and was denied by the worker and manager. So I basically have a non-working product. Thankfully, I just purchased one from a local competitor. After finding out what happened at this store, they even gave me a discount. Now they have the business of a 34 member smoke group.
