I ordered a $100 wreath, stand and flowers for inside the casket on 12/1/2025 for a funeral on 12/5/2025. It was to be included with a casket spray that was already on order. The morning of the funeral for my step-mom I walk in and NO WREATH, STAND OR INSIDE CASKET FLOWERS! Kassly had to drive up there that morning and pick them up for us. Added stress for an already hectic day. mueller even charged me a delivery fee. NO ANSWER on their phones and no voice mail. Guess I will go up on Monday and insist on some sort of compensation.Since Steven passed away, it's not the same AT ALL. read more

Went in today with a separate group of three others. No one was greeted. Cute store, I did purchase two items but apparently I grabbed the bag??? And it was my responsibility to return, a 25 minute trip each way. The lady that came out said you didn't see the note on the outside, well obviously not. She was laughing, no apologies or thank you. I was obviously was not pleased with the lack of customer service today. A simple thank you for returning the bag would have gone a long way. read more

Absolutely stunning flowers done for a relatives funeral. I ordered 2 separate arrangements, one from the kids, and one from the wife and gave them liberty to do whatever, but coordinate them. When i looked at the card i saw that they were from Steven Mueller Florist. I've never received our bought anything from them. My daughter from Washington state ordered them from him. Steve did the flowers for my wedding and he did an absolutely fabulous job. I was really impressed when we initially met with him, because as we were talking about what I wanted, he pulled together an ad hoc example of what my bouquet would look like. It really helped confirm my decision on what I wanted, to be able to see it in person beforehand. He really listened to what I wanted and kept everything within our budget. I wanted simple and classy, and that's exactly what I got. Everything looked (and smelled) beautiful. He really went the extra mile to make sure my day was everything I wanted. I had given him a locket that I wanted incorporated into my bouquet. It held photos of two loved ones who had passed away and wouldn't be with us (in person) on my wedding day. On the day of the wedding after the flowers were delivered, that was the first thing I looked for on the bouquet--and found that it was missing. I was a little upset but figured I'd just deal with it. We were within minutes of the wedding starting so there wasn't much that could be done at that point. Well, somehow Steve magically managed to get back to his shop which was about 15 min. from the church--and back--in time for the ceremony, locket in hand. Not sure how he did it (and am wondering if there's a speeding ticket I don't know about) but it really meant a lot to me. As a side note--his shop is beautiful. It's filled with so many neat things for the home and for gifts, too. read more
