Located in Webster Groves, it sells all sorts of unique, handmade-looking (they're probably actually handmade, too) home goods. Everything feels like a statement piece with how personality they have, but they all have practicality to them. It makes it really easy (and dangerous) for me to justify all of the purchases. The prices are very fair, and I love that most products come in the same design and different sizes. Service is great, vibes are great, shop is beyond aesthetically pleasing (peep the gorgeous ceiling!). I think about Forth and Home a ridiculous amount and try to come up with every excuse to swing by, and I can't recommend it enough.

I like bookstores so was disappointed that it hadn't open yet, but was later told that the original was still open and within walking distance. So we walked over after lunch. It is very small inside (colloquially known as St Louis' tiniest storefront'), but very neatly organized with culinary books throughout. The proprietor was super friendly, and expressed her joy at the new storefront opening soon. They were selling gourmet tea (Big Heart $10.99) in front, so bought a box of that to support.

They have a great selection, everything from seasonal (currently Easter) toys, to dress up, stuffed animals, puppets, baby toys, books, board games, tonies, art supplies and so much more! The staff were helpful and friendly but let us roam around with our toddler without feeling rushed or pressured. All of the products appeared to be good quality and we felt good shopping local rather than Amazon. We ended up purchasing a neat little book that tells an audio story. They had others that were my first Bach book, my first Mozart, my first Ballet etc. that were more musical and less story. So much neat stuff, we spent quite a while in the store and I foresee us coming back for future holidays and birthdays.

She shared her inspirational rooms and pics that looked they they came out of a magazine for little money. I never thought I could imitate such a thing in my own home, and I was quite skeptical to try, but, she helped me find some items to fix up my oldest daughters room. Wowee, with her help, the room completely transformed into something that looked like it came out of a magazine, for a little more than a hundred dollars. With that succes, I came back a second time for my youngest daughter's room (wanting to give her a room transformation for her 13th birthday). I gave the owner some pictures of the room with a small budget. Watching her put things together is inspiring and fun. She is truly talented and gifted, and she shares this gifting with those who shop in her store for FREE!!! I have been learning a lot from her, as she teaches how to put different things together. I need to post some pics of these room transformations. It truly does something therapeutic to have rooms transformed in your home. This is the most amazing shop!!!!!
