After moving out of my previous apartment (Greenmount Lakes), I knew I needed something nice but…read moremore affordable and in the same general area. Brookside Manor was the solution to my conundrum. I pay considerably less in this part of O'Fallon, but am still very close to all necessary places (i.e. Target, Starbucks, Global Brew) and shankings are not commonplace here --which is more than I can say for Belleville. It's a cute little complex, but I had several surprises: no microwave or garbage disposal and when you turn into the apartments, the curb is absolutely ridiculous. It's WAY too high and if you attempt going over it any faster than 5 mph, you and your car will regret it. It's been a month since my move-in day and overall -- I am quite content.
