Very roomy and plenty of storage in the closet space in both bedrooms. Huge bathroom upstairs with a jacuzzi tub and we love the look of the fireplace and the kitchen counter space is perfect for making big meals. I bake a lot and I really needed the room. We're very comfortable inside and cozy when it's cold and it has a great A/C system. It is an apartment complex so there are many people coming and going but that's apartment living. Von in the leasing office is so extremely helpful and professional, which in my opinion has made the experience flawless and easy. Not every community you choose to live in, no matter how much you spend in monthly rent, is this way. Von is there to greet you with a smile on her face, is there to answer any and all questions, and is excellent at following up with residents. They will tell you one thing when you FINALLY get ahold of them and then back track. They'll prob comment on this and say it's bc a bill got sent to collection BUT if they would have answered a phone call or email over the last 3 months it would have gotten settled before this. They then proceeded to tell us they would take care of that bill because they went in the day after we tuned in our keys to start cleaning and showing it. Just to show how much power they used. Our bill from 1-17 was $33 then from the 17-31 was $75. I use to recommend them to military members moving to the area but I will be sure to tell them to stay far away!!

The fact that I pay close to $1600; 2.The fact that I paid $350 to apply for this place and was told if I was approved that $300 would go towards the apartment prices and it did not; 3. I am not complaining that they allow pets but there are no pet waste stations around the lakes at all, all at the back of the property; 4. I am not complaining that on the day I was supposed to move in they refused to let me because I had not given proof of renter's insurance, so I had to re-arrange my movers; 5. I am not complaining about the fact that on my second night here, my neighbor told me I needed to be careful because his car was stolen out of the parking lot the night before; 6. I am not complaining that I paid more money for a third floor lake view so that I would not have to worry about people over me, yet I can hear everything underneath me. I can hear the kid running up and down the hallway, I can hear entire conversations (crying, screaming and cursing), I can hear people sneezing, I can hear people walking up the steps; 7. I am no complaining about the fact that they do not clean the breezeways, there are spider webs, stairs are dirty, walls dirty; 8. I am not complaining that they do not have a water filter on the refrigerator like most high end places do; 9. I am not complaining about the fact that they threaten to inspect people's apartments because people smell smoke and you will be fined $275 if you are smoking (I don't smoke so I don't care); 10. I am not complaining because they will fine you if they get complaints of you being too loud; 11. I am not complaining about the fact that the construction noise will wake you up in the morning and goes throughout the day. But what I am actually complaining about is the fact that they do not spray for mosquitoes and fleas on the premises. I found this out because one of the reasons I picked this place besides it APPEARING to be high end, is that I have a dog that I wanted to walk around the lake several times a day, etc. However the first week, I was getting bitten in my sleep, my ankles were itching, it was horrible. I treat my dog and cat for fleas so I had no idea what was going on. After getting eaten alive for two weeks, I sent an email to their office and asked if they sprayed for mosquitoes and fleas, assuming they did as they do have lakes and allow dogs. I was told they did not. I was shocked. I have NEVER lived anywhere where either the property owners do not spray or I pay to get the yard sprayed. I went back and forth with a Carla (who is supposed to be corporate)and she said that she would look into it, I checked back in with her a week later, she said she hadn't gotten a chance to talk to the boss yet, I checked back later and she said that they would probably not do it because she did not know the "effectiveness" of spraying. One of the most stupid things I have ever heard. You mean you do not want to spend the money but you have no problem charging outrageous fees to apply here, live here and get fined here. You need to fine yourself. I checked back for the last time yesterday and was ignored so here we are. They could easily spray for mosquitoes and fleas instead of letting their tenants (who they clearly do not care about) get eaten alive all Spring , Summer and some of the Fall. This may seem like something small to some people but I want to point out that you do not sleep peacefully getting bitten up all night when you live lakeside as I do, you cannot sit on your deck without being eaten up by mosquitoes and you cannot walk around the lake or go into the grass to pick up your dogs poop (which you in turn have to walk a mile to get to a pet station) when you are getting bitten by mosquitoes all over your body and the fleas are biting up your feet and ankles. So in the end, I would not recommend these overpriced apartments.

When we finally got it, a lot of things were just repainted. We were promised a new countertop for the kitchen that never arrived. In addition to this, we had issues getting a hold of management. They wouldn't respond to emails after we moved in. They were hardly ever in the office when we went over to try to talk to them and follow up on things. We also had trespassers that constantly walked through and littered our fenced in back yard. Our immediate neighbors had no regard for quiet hours (music blaring, kids screaming, loud thudding all past midnight). Overall, this neighborhood and leasing company are not good quality. Getting anyone to work on anything was always a pain. We had plenty of water damage and mold by move out. We only lived there for a year. They also claim that wifi/cable is included in rent. It is not. Not once did it appear on our itemized ledger. We paid Charter directly the entire time we lived there.
