The new playground is a lot of fun. My children love to play there. The pond is a great place to fish or check out the ducks and geese. You will see a lot of them. Longacre Park is great! We were told when scheduling the party that the kids would be able to go into the pool at 1pm. We didn't get shown to a party room until 1:15pm. Then I had to take 8 girls to the changing room to get them all changed for the pool. They didn't get into the pool until 1:25pm. There were 2 lifeguards on duty and they were BOTH on their phones. The slide was opened when the girls first got in the pool but was closed way before 2:15pm. The kids were then called out of the pool at exactly 2:15pm. I then had to get 8 girls showered/changed. We didn't get back to the party room until 2:30pm. Our pizza was cold. There was no pitcher of water that I asked for. There was no plastic silverware. The girls had barely finished their pizza when we were told we only had 15 minutes left in the room. We had to hurry up and light the cake, sing happy birthday and eat the cake. There was no plastic silverware to serve or cut the cake. By the time the girls finished their cake it was 2:55pm. My daughter still hadn't opened presents. My husband had to ask the facility to give us 10 extra minutes so that my daughter could open 6 presents. After the ten minutes, All of our guests (and us) were pushed out of the room. For the amount of money I spent on that party, there should have been more time. They clearly don't take peoples time into consideration. The kids should get 1 hour and 15 minutes in the pool like we were told when booking. There is no physical way you can undress into a suit, swim for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the pool, redress, eat pizza, talk with friends, sing happy birthday, serve and eat cake and open presents in the amount of time they give you when booking a party. I am extremely disappointed.

My kid made a simple mistake by moving too quickly and the asshole asked him what his name was and proceeds to scold him in front of all the other kids. If you don't explain the rules, DON'T ASSUME that everyone there is a gymnast and knows only one kid can do a thing at a time. Teach them so they learn. Don't yell, discourage, or embarrass a child. This same jerk who scolded my son was also putting other children in time out. Imagine going to a birthday party and getting put in time out. WTFFFFF Facility is decent. But beware of that one staff member. Wish my husband was there and he could be a tough guy to him instead of a 6 year old. Pathetic!
