The bowling was exactly what I expected. The rates were okay, since ours came with a pizza. The food took FOREVER to make and half the orders were wrong. Then when you check on the food after waiting over 45 minutes, the kitchen staff get mad at ya. Come for the bowling, not dinner. read more

Went for a birthday party. While there my friend and I went to get a drink for someone and we were trying to think of ideas so we asked the bartender on the main floor for suggestions and he completely lost his mind. He told me and my friend that he ,"Didn't know what the fuck we wanted and that he wasn't going to serve us.....". There had been no conversations with this man beforehand so there was absolutely no reason for him to act that way. I was told by others that he seemed to have an attitude. He was a bald guy with glasses so if your there and you see this guy at the bar just know that he clearly is not a bartender and doesn't care about customers. Someone even told he may be a part of management which is why I will not be going back. read more

Lanes are damaged, but food is good/good deals. Wouldn't go if you are doing it for sport, but for fun I guess it's ok. Parking lot entrance is a little dangerous too. read more

Who doesn't have fun while they are bowling? This place is a little dated, but who doesn't love a place with some character. Went with some of our family so we were able to get the family deal. For about $30 or so we got unlimited games for two hours, fries and a pitcher. A pitcher was pretty refreshing, however the fries were just real basic. Fried just to the point where it wasn't mush on the outside and the portion was fairly small for a family. But we didn't come for the fries! We were able to get 1 3/4th of a game in between 3 adults and 2 children. Towards the end of our time we asked if we could at least finish out the next few rounds of our game. They agreed, so we played on until the end. This location offers many different bowling nights and packages to choose one. Either way it will be a fun time. read more

12 of our family, grandparents to little ones, got together at St Clair Bowl for a couple of hours of fun. Two lanes worked perfectly. Loved how the little ones easily engaged the gutter bumpers so they ended up with good scores to boost their confidence vs a night of just gutter balls. We had some snacks and they were pretty good! I came here after a late lunch with a friend. We decided to go bowling because it's something we both enjoy and don't do very often. Since we were in Fairview, we came here. I had been here a couple of times since I was on the bowling team in high school. The alley is average and a little outdated, but the lanes, balls, and seating areas were fine for us. We went to the counter and we were not treated kindly. We ask said we wanted to get a lane and the lady only said "bowl fast, were cleaning the lanes in 20 minutes." Like I said spending time in alleys before, I understood this. So, we said we would just want one game. I guess there must have been some miscommunication, but she was extremely rude and began yelling at us. After confusion was taken care of and she understood it was one game for each of us and on the same lane, she said I will put you away from the oiler to you have more time. Then, she put us only a few lanes away from where the oiler began so I don't understand what she was thinking? We were rushed in our one game. This would not have seemed so bad if it weren't for the terrible service we received at the counter. Since we felt our time together had been cut short, we decided to be goofy and go to the arcade. I got cash out from the atm and got $10 worth of coins. I immediately regretted my decision. 80% of the machines took my tokens without working and the change back didn't work. Then, most did not even give out tickets. When we tried to tell someone, no one was at the counter. Overall, what we thought would be a relaxing afternoon turned out to be a terrible lesson.@ read more

A very loud alley, not just regular noise people let their kids run rampant up and down. Also, bowlers etiquette must be unknown. The lanes are oiled in a good pattern, just very inconsistent on how heavy it is. Other than that some of the friendliest staff at any alley in the area. They have a full bar both upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs a pool table stands where as they have two arcades one being slots and one traditional arcades. If you eat at the snack bar, pizza or nachos are gonna be on your list. read more

The woman running this place is clueless. My son worked there for a week and because I wouldn't allow him to "close" on weeknights, which meant he wouldn't be home til 1am (he's a sophomore), she called and told him that this wasn't the job for him and not to come back and made up some sorry excuse that he wasn't working, when he was actually running his tail off being everyone's b$&@h and the rest knew that, but too scared to speak up and piss this Trudy off. The place is a hot mess and shows it's age and has gone downhill. I got to see firsthand how it is ran so I agree with the other reviews that management sucks !! read more

The Children love it here they are in a youth bowling team on Saturday morning. It helps with a bowling scholarship. It also teaches them team spirit. There ate mamy leagues to choose from. I am on one on Thursday afternoon it is a lot of fun. The staff is very helpful the pro shop is awesome. read more
