Birthday party: We booked the first time slot at opening hour, including an hour jump time before the party, which means the party room should be clean and ready to go. We went to the party room 15 mins prior to party time to setup, and all the birthday decorations from the day prior were still allover the wall, which they said aren't allowed, and they didn't bother cleaning up before the next day. Some of the kid staff aren't attentive to customer waiting to be helped. They literally have to be approached like Hello! before they realize they should do something about it. When you buy refreshment, even if you order the combo, kid still tries to charge the items separately which costs more, unless you tell them again to charge you by the combo. we drove an hour to give the kids a fun day out. Man this place has gone downhill since our last visit. Everything is so Very dirty. They also ran out of several items in the snack bar at 1200. I'm sure there are an increased number of jumpers with it being a holiday, which they seemed like they did not prepare for. Staff is nice but several are standing around doing nothing while one person is letting in people (line long) and one guy behind snackbar trying to work as fast as he can. This review is based on my children's opinion as they were the true customers. My kids love Sky Zone! They say it's one of the biggest trampoline places to jump. They love their open areas that allow them to jump freely and flip. My children say that Sky Zone has some nice basketball ball hoops to play and dunk on. When my kids are invited to a Sky Zone party, they are super pumped up and can't wait. From the parent's perspective I am glad they have plenty of tables and chair for the waiting parents. I appreciate that Sky Zone offers free WiFi. The Sky Zone concessions offer a variety of snacks foods and pizza. They also have beer if you are feeling like a cold one. My 17 month old spent a bit of his time trying to pick up trash that was laying around everywhere except on the trampolines. We went for the Little leapers activity at 9am so the trash must have been left over from the evening before or who knows how long. Seeing staff members standing around, I feel there is no excuse in having the floors so littered with filth. I also tried to change my toddlers diaper in the women's bathroom and the changing table must have been ripped off the wall because all that was there was a large hole.... Sky Zone at Fairview heights was no comparison to Top Jump in cleanliness and even activities for toddlers. I am a huge fan. I come to this place multiple times a week, my kids like to jump, I do the skyfit classes & I bring my nieces to the toddler time. Staff is great and very helpful, and the activities they have to do are endless and all very fun and well organized. A tad pricey some may say but to me it's worth it. The sky fit has been my favorite , I recommend coming on Tuesday nights if you want to try it out. The instructor is amazing and makes you sweat... a lot which is exactly what you want from a good workout, right? Also, the toddler time is adorable. I took my niece last week to the super hero themed one and she loved it. They had face painting, capes for them to wear ( and keep!) and crafts! The owners are awesome and the staff is friendly! They have lockers and massage chairs. A nice selection of food at the snack stand. It was SO much fun for our whole family! This place is a super good value for all that's included with your ticket (warrior course, rock wall, basketball hoops, foam pits, etc). Us 20-somethings we're having a lot of fun and felt like kids again. It was also really nice to see that there were other people our age there - not just kids. Unfortunately, I landed wrong on one of my jumps and hurt my ankle. The staff was quick to rush to help me and offer me anything I needed, and the general manager was more than accommodating and extremely generous to us. He even brought out a wheelchair for me and had somebody help me get back to my car so I could head to the hospital. I can't say it was a good day as I'm in a ton of pain, but when I think back to his kindness and generosity, and the general helpfulness and positivity of the rest of the staff, it makes me smile. When I'm healthy again, I'd love to give that warrior course another go - but I think my trampoline jumping years are now behind me . We have planning our visit to skyzone from out of state. Had 4 children and 3 adults in our group. Be prepared to pay for your socks $2.50 but can be re used but that does no food if you live out of state. Very well kept facility. Food options which we didn't try. We rented a locker. Also another cost but needed. Reason for the 3 stars is that all exhibits weren't open and we had to ask and they'd rotate staff. When you only pay for an hour you don't have 10minuets to wait for staff to walk over to open a zone. They seemed very annoyed by the request but for $100 plus an hour it would be nice to use all zones. read more
