Our Group Party was so much fun! Samantha took great care of us from start to finish. We will definitely be back soon!

place needs to be cleaned & sanitized, bathrooms were filthy, they force you to buy "sky zone socks" because your own socks are Not Allowed. wish they monitored the bigger kids running around pushing younger kids or hogging up sections while others wait in line never to get a turn...meanwhile, personal socks is where they draw the line! Zion or whatever his name is, is Rude and should worry about cleanliness all the way around and big kids being bullies rather than kicking parents out Not Jumping but sitting because they're Not wearing Sky Zone ONLY socks!! where NO WHERE IS IT STATED SKY ZONE ONLY SOCKS ARE ALLOWED! Did I mention FILTHY Bathrooms? They Are!! I left my in my jacket so I didn't get photos of restroom or of the wads of hair on another trampoline that had obviously been there for a long while read more

The place is large. Lots of play space. Unfortunately some of the areas were closed. Idk. I feel like, if multiple areas are closed, they should take a few dollars off of admission. read more

My experience started off bad. I will leave all of those details out. My 5 star rating is for the general manager, Lauren who was more than happy to step in and ensure our experience went positive. The custome service from her was impeccable and highly appreciated. read more

First off would like to thank the people who made it possible for my daughter's birthday party. The people who took care of us were great. it was the atmosphere that was the the problem. It was the pot smoking everywhere. It smelled like a rock concert. I don't mind people who want to use marijuana but we had a ton of middle schoolers there that was taught it was an ok thing to do. Does not fit the values we portray. We wont be back until that is no longer an issue. read more

very bad experience, kicked everyone out when there was a lot of commotion, were not letting people in for unexplainable reasons, and I was waiting in the line for 45 minutes at glow zone. read more

This is what happens when you have a business run by mostly kids! Birthday party: We booked the first time slot at opening hour, including an hour jump time before the party, which means the party room should be clean and ready to go. We went to the party room 15 mins prior to party time to setup, and all the birthday decorations from the day prior were still allover the wall, which they said aren't allowed, and they didn't bother cleaning up before the next day. Some of the kid staff aren't attentive to customer waiting to be helped. They literally have to be approached like Hello! before they realize they should do something about it. When you buy refreshment, even if you order the combo, kid still tries to charge the items separately which costs more, unless you tell them again to charge you by the combo. Definitely not enough seating, and the place get really messy on weekends. Look at the screenshot of their customer service when I tried to get Laser Tag info. read more

This review is based on my children's opinion as they were the true customers. My kids love Sky Zone! They say it's one of the biggest trampoline places to jump. They love their open areas that allow them to jump freely and flip. My children say that Sky Zone has some nice basketball ball hoops to play and dunk on. When my kids are invited to a Sky Zone party, they are super pumped up and can't wait. From the parent's perspective I am glad they have plenty of tables and chair for the waiting parents. I appreciate that Sky Zone offers free WiFi. The Sky Zone concessions offer a variety of snacks foods and pizza. They also have beer if you are feeling like a cold one. Good customer service goes a long way in my book and Sky Zone employees are friendly and helpful! read more

we drove an hour to give the kids a fun day out. Man this place has gone downhill since our last visit. Everything is so Very dirty. They also ran out of several items in the snack bar at 1200. I'm sure there are an increased number of jumpers with it being a holiday, which they seemed like they did not prepare for. Staff is nice but several are standing around doing nothing while one person is letting in people (line long) and one guy behind snackbar trying to work as fast as he can. There is so much potential for a business like this but when it's running poorly it makes us want to try out the other trampoline parks. read more

Good place to release energy, but some kids can be bad (typically 13+, junior high age) and they're repeat offender. Staff has 3 strikes ur out policy. It should be 1 strike ur out policy for 13+ year old. They should know better. Then, force them to be accompanied by a parent/adult. These specific kids go bad in the Dodge ball. Parents- make sure staff is in there. These specific kids are rude and don't care read more

This place is run by the teenagers who work there. The supervisors are only involved when there is a complaint, and even then, they seem to lack training as supervisors. The manager was nowhere to be seen. This place needs proper management and supervision. read more

My 17 month old spent a bit of his time trying to pick up trash that was laying around everywhere except on the trampolines. We went for the Little leapers activity at 9am so the trash must have been left over from the evening before or who knows how long. Seeing staff members standing around, I feel there is no excuse in having the floors so littered with filth. I also tried to change my toddlers diaper in the women's bathroom and the changing table must have been ripped off the wall because all that was there was a large hole.... Sky Zone at Fairview heights was no comparison to Top Jump in cleanliness and even activities for toddlers. We drove an hour for Sky Zone so next time we'll probably drive farther to Evansville or try Urban Air. read more

Brought my 8 and 9 year old here today. You need to buy socks from them is you don't already have a pair from there. By the time you pay for entry and then buy your socks you look at about $30 a person for 90 mins jumping. The kids enjoyed it. We went on a weekend and it was overly crowded. There isnt enough places for the parents to sit so you end up standing. read more

I am a huge fan. I come to this place multiple times a week, my kids like to jump, I do the skyfit classes & I bring my nieces to the toddler time. Staff is great and very helpful, and the activities they have to do are endless and all very fun and well organized. A tad pricey some may say but to me it's worth it. The sky fit has been my favorite , I recommend coming on Tuesday nights if you want to try it out. The instructor is amazing and makes you sweat... a lot which is exactly what you want from a good workout, right? Also, the toddler time is adorable. I took my niece last week to the super hero themed one and she loved it. They had face painting, capes for them to wear ( and keep!) and crafts! They played Disney music and the staff was very involved and had fun with all the kids. read more

The best trampoline park in St Louis area. We found this place to be fun for adults and kids!!

My new favorite Sky Zone! They have it ALL! Jumping, Hoops, Climbing Wall, Jousting, Foam and Air Pits, Dodgeball, Warrior Courses, Warp a Wall, Laser Tag, and Arcade!!!! The owners are awesome and the staff is friendly! They have lockers and massage chairs. A nice selection of food at the snack stand. It was SO much fun for our whole family! They offer tons of specials and fun classes. Don't forget the party rooms for birthdays. Look forward to returning! read more

he children had a blast. From laser tag to dodge ball, the team, laughed and played for hours. In between paying I bought a few snacks, and was very pleased with the pricing, I had expected movie theater prices. I was wrong, they were very reasonable. After the kids played we adjourned to the Party room for pizza and pop and pizza. It was pizza hut, that's all I'm going to say about that. The kids had a great time. read more

Brought my two oldest kids here on a Saturday afternoon and were very impressed with the setup of everything, the cleanliness of the place, and the professionalism showed by all staff members. We were checked in promptly, our kids had a blast, and everything was highly enjoyable. One of my favorite things about being a parent is seeing my kids have such a great time- and they did at SkyZone. Thank you! We will be back! read more

This place is a super good value for all that's included with your ticket (warrior course, rock wall, basketball hoops, foam pits, etc). Us 20-somethings we're having a lot of fun and felt like kids again. It was also really nice to see that there were other people our age there - not just kids. Unfortunately, I landed wrong on one of my jumps and hurt my ankle. The staff was quick to rush to help me and offer me anything I needed, and the general manager was more than accommodating and extremely generous to us. He even brought out a wheelchair for me and had somebody help me get back to my car so I could head to the hospital. I can't say it was a good day as I'm in a ton of pain, but when I think back to his kindness and generosity, and the general helpfulness and positivity of the rest of the staff, it makes me smile. When I'm healthy again, I'd love to give that warrior course another go - but I think my trampoline jumping years are now behind me . Also, on the plus side, the grippy socks you get there are super helpful when you're bound to crutches! Hah! read more

This location has only been open since May so it still has that new feel. It's the largest Sky Zone that I've been to with more variety such as laser tag and a warrior course. I was extremely impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the facility. If I could give six stars I would. This is a MUST SEE! read more

So my daughter and I want to sky zone there were no hours on the door the doors were open we walked inside fill all the paperwork out why would he watched us online and then 10 minutes later they told us they don't open for another five hours. When I asked about the reason that there was no signs, they just shrugged her shoulders. What a piece of shit place read more

We have planning our visit to skyzone from out of state. Had 4 children and 3 adults in our group. Be prepared to pay for your socks $2.50 but can be re used but that does no food if you live out of state. Very well kept facility. Food options which we didn't try. We rented a locker. Also another cost but needed. Reason for the 3 stars is that all exhibits weren't open and we had to ask and they'd rotate staff. When you only pay for an hour you don't have 10minuets to wait for staff to walk over to open a zone. They seemed very annoyed by the request but for $100 plus an hour it would be nice to use all zones. read more

This place is amazing. They have all kinds of stuff to do. They have laser tag, dodge ball, ninja warrior course, 3 warped walls, trampolines, foam pits, rockwall and tons of other stuff. I highly recommend going here instead of the flying spider. This place has a lot more stuff to do. Its a lot better than the sky zone in chesterfield. Go check the place out. read more
