Asking for Laser Tag info that is either not available or hard to find on their website, and the kid beat around the bush.

This is what happens when you have a business run by mostly kids! Birthday party: We booked the first time slot at opening hour, including an hour jump time before the party, which means the party room should be clean and ready to go. We went to the party room 15 mins prior to party time to setup, and all the birthday decorations from the day prior were still allover the wall, which they said aren't allowed, and they didn't bother cleaning up before the next day. Some of the kid staff aren't attentive to customer waiting to be helped. They literally have to be approached like Hello! before they realize they should do something about it. When you buy refreshment, even if you order the combo, kid still tries to charge the items separately which costs more, unless you tell them again to charge you by the combo. Definitely not enough seating, and the place get really messy on weekends. Look at the screenshot of their customer service when I tried to get Laser Tag info.

This review is based on my children's opinion as they were the true customers. My kids love Sky Zone! They say it's one of the biggest trampoline places to jump. They love their open areas that allow them to jump freely and flip. My children say that Sky Zone has some nice basketball ball hoops to play and dunk on. When my kids are invited to a Sky Zone party, they are super pumped up and can't wait. From the parent's perspective I am glad they have plenty of tables and chair for the waiting parents. I appreciate that Sky Zone offers free WiFi. The Sky Zone concessions offer a variety of snacks foods and pizza. They also have beer if you are feeling like a cold one. Good customer service goes a long way in my book and Sky Zone employees are friendly and helpful!

My 17 month old spent a bit of his time trying to pick up trash that was laying around everywhere except on the trampolines. We went for the Little leapers activity at 9am so the trash must have been left over from the evening before or who knows how long. Seeing staff members standing around, I feel there is no excuse in having the floors so littered with filth. I also tried to change my toddlers diaper in the women's bathroom and the changing table must have been ripped off the wall because all that was there was a large hole.... Sky Zone at Fairview heights was no comparison to Top Jump in cleanliness and even activities for toddlers. We drove an hour for Sky Zone so next time we'll probably drive farther to Evansville or try Urban Air.

The foam pit! So much fun ! Great for walking ages and up!

I am a huge fan. I come to this place multiple times a week, my kids like to jump, I do the skyfit classes & I bring my nieces to the toddler time. Staff is great and very helpful, and the activities they have to do are endless and all very fun and well organized. A tad pricey some may say but to me it's worth it. The sky fit has been my favorite , I recommend coming on Tuesday nights if you want to try it out. The instructor is amazing and makes you sweat... a lot which is exactly what you want from a good workout, right? Also, the toddler time is adorable. I took my niece last week to the super hero themed one and she loved it. They had face painting, capes for them to wear ( and keep!) and crafts! They played Disney music and the staff was very involved and had fun with all the kids.

My new favorite Sky Zone! They have it ALL! Jumping, Hoops, Climbing Wall, Jousting, Foam and Air Pits, Dodgeball, Warrior Courses, Warp a Wall, Laser Tag, and Arcade!!!! The owners are awesome and the staff is friendly! They have lockers and massage chairs. A nice selection of food at the snack stand. It was SO much fun for our whole family! They offer tons of specials and fun classes. Don't forget the party rooms for birthdays. Look forward to returning!

Wanted to bring 2 1/2 yr old grandson for some fun. Is he too young?

No, they do have an area for the littles. Beware, bigger individuals do try to go into this area because it has less people. Some employees will promptly ask them to leave that area others turn a blind eye! There is signage stating age groups for… Read more

The acoustics make it kinda hard to hear what the person across from you is saying, and the wooden chairs are not comfortable at all. Our server was a very bubbly young lady named Emma, who did a great job taking care of us. I had two glasses of wine and we ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer, a house salad each, and we both had the filet entree. I loved it all, but my husband thought there was too much sauce on the sprouts and wasn't crazy about the salad. He loved the entree though. We got the tiramisu for dessert, and took it home with us. The portions are big, so we had some sprouts and I had some steak leftover. I'm looking forward to having it for dinner again tonight!! We will definitely be back. I love that it's in town, and the food is delicious. It's pricey but worth it, especially when you're celebrating something.

There is a gorgeous garden, which is a photographers playground -- bees, beautiful butterflies and hummingbirds pollinating all around and enjoying the sweet nectar. Flowers everywhere -- it is so beautiful! It was super quiet as I walked around, it was just me and two hikers that went down to the little trail and back. This is such a wonderful play for kids! There are turkeys walking around loose, that just pass by, so used to humans, obviously. There are two pigs in a pen, a few goats chilling on their tables and a horse, two donkeys in the barn. Friendly, and curious if I had treats to give. (Which you can feed some of the animals, others have signs not too.) Groundhogs running around too but they do hide! Not scary at all. Lots of space for a shaded picnic lunch and a good sized play area for kids. It's well worth checking out. It is gorgeously maintained and the animals are beautiful, so very well taken care of. Just go, already -- It's good for the soul! :) Will definitely be back.

And that why the rate was only 11,000 points and I thought to myself this is gonna be brutal but..... when I got the front desk. I asked very nicely if I could have a set of keys and go up and inspect the room before I brought anything in out of my car. They let me do that and I walked into the room and it was spotless. As they said, they refresh the rooms so it appears that the bathrooms were redone and I just felt overall that it was gonna be a good inexperience for 11,000 points or $94 for a 15 minute drive to St. Louis. I did talk to the front desk about the plethora of bad reviews in the past and even recently. And all the gentlemen could do tactfully was say that there is now a new management team at the hotel, and they are working diligently to gain the trust of the Marriott Bon Voy travelers . What I would suggest and what I would do exactly is I would leave everything in the car and check into the hotel, walk up with your set of keys and inspect room and if the room doesn't meet your expectations calmly walk downstairs and ask for another room. The price , you can't beat the price.

Given how everything is now I would stay here the next time I'm in town.
