I took my mother into this store to help her find a couple pairs of shoes today as she is elderly…read more.We found two pair pairs that she liked however, one of the boxes only had one shoe in it so I assumed the other one was on display. It was not. I looked around for an associate to help. A younger blondish female was walking out of the back area and I mentioned what the issue was and got eye roll and arms flap ! like getting help was a lot . She walked past without saying anything to me and talking under her breath as I followed her to the area of the brand of shoe assuming she was going to search . Still hasn't said a word to me so I I went to help my mom put the other pair on. When I went back to see what the progress on finding other shoe she had gone up to checkout area to start something else with no solution. Please keep in mind we were not expecting top notch level of service today but average would have been sufficient. She began to check us out! showing frustration or a bad day. If we ever decide to shop with Shoe Carnival again it will likely be at a different location or online hoping for a better experience. .
