Items not in stock can be ordered for you. There is a long wall displaying the latest issues of comics, and there are boxes of back issues. They focus on newer comics, so you will not find older comics here. If you plan to get an ongoing comic series, then it is recommended that you use the pull-and-hold service and create a pull list. Most comic shops offer this service and can reserve and set aside titles for you to pick up at your convenience. Pull lists and subscriptions help comic shops determine which titles and quantities to order for the entire store.

I pressed the help button in self checkout and no one came. The door alerted when I was leaving at my last visit, and no one came to make sure that I didn't leave any clothing tags on my items or anything. It was so odd. I waited at the door, walked back in the store, and then alerted the door again to get staff's attention. No one ever came and after a while of waiting at the door, I left. I didn't think much of it, just ignored it. A few minutes later, he jumped on a worker for "not working", while two tires were sitting by the desk. As the worker defended himself and said he was actually working with customers, the man said to him, "don't make excuses, just work." The other man said, "I'm not making excuses, Dom, I've been working." Dom, a word of advice to you - don't call out or belittle your team member in front of customers. Customers that have been sitting in seats, watching this man work behind the counter, asking the other young lady which tires were which, so that he could do the necessary paperwork. This isn't a good look for you, sir. It is unprofessional and it is also abusive to your coworker. It was, I am sure, embarrassing for him and it shouldn't be done at all. Do better.

She asked a lot of questions and got the measurements and info she needed, and I just shopped around and she came and found me when she was done. I had snagged a few kitchen items like I always and met her back at the closet section where she went through all the details, showed me different configurations, showed me the materials and what things would look like. It was great. We chatted while she was printing the specs for me to take home. I asked about the Bed, Bath, and Beyond oversized coupons hanging around the store. Turns out, they are owned by the same parent company so arriving soon Bed, Bath, and Beyond will take over about a third of the store! Not sure about Kirkland but there were some decorations from Kirkland, too so maybe it will be 3 stores in one! I will have to go back after the switchover occurs. After ordering and receiving the wrong poles for the shelves from Amazon, I decided to see if I could find them here. They indeed did have them, let me take my shelf into the store to see if it would work with their system, and it did. They have the ability to cut the poles to your specified size. Again, I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to price. I still maintain that they sell quality items here, so be prepared to pay for that quality. I did join their loyalty program, which includes 20% off of purchases. Since 4 poles cost around $120, I got $20 off, which makes it more palatable. Not everything in the store is hugely expensive, and it is an organizer's dream store.
