FISH HAWK PIZZA is refusing to accommodate a loyal and dedicated customer. I was treated like an angry and stubborn child after paying 45 bucks plus tip for sub par food. I was told that the manager was too busy to take my call and he would'nt take my call based on the description of the food. So I waited for 10 minutes before calling back. I was told that the manager would not be able to help me because he refused to come to the phone. Wow what a great shop, high prices, terrible customer service, normally awesome food except for today and Attitude from the so called manager David. He threatened to cal the cops on me if I called back. I only called 2 times. The first time i was hung up on and the second this guy David rudely interrupted the conversation on the phone. So basically his answer was... Just go ahead and eat the under cooked calamari so you could go and get sick, and the fries and union rings you can go ahead and shove up the your know what. Thing is, I was only asking then to make me new sides, the one thing they make the most money on and they flat out told me to go screw myself according to Dave the Manager! Okay pizza is really good... We are from NY, but some of the other food was not as good. Stopped in got wraps, chicken tastes like it was microwaved. Fried food tasted like the fryer needed to be cleaned out. I could taste other fried foods in my stuff. I was not impressed... Hopefully the owner reads this. You have a good place... Service is horrible. Placed order for carry out and showed up 10 minutes after pick up time given. Food was not ready I waited 15 additional minutes watch three kids working there did nothing other than talk. Then a second customer came in placed an order. The kid working the kitchen opens the oven and says oh I forgot about the pizza then placed it in a box and handed it to me. It was inedible yet they threw a fit when I asked for my money back. How does one write a review rating of 2 on their favorite pizza haunt? Today we decided to take visiting family out to our favorite pizza place... We have been fans of FishHawk Pizza for years..... There have been many great visits and a few poor visits... Today's visit was the worse and raises questions in my mind... How can you get two different pizzas when you ordered them identical? Currently, FHP is batting 4 out of five on getting the crust wrong... Numerous times of getting the cut incorrect..Today we had to ask 3 times for additional plates and tableware... What is now coming into question, is whether or not we are even getting a freshly made pizza; as opposed to one sitting on the shelf waiting for someone to order a slice (our odd pizza with all kinds of seasoning on it).. This is fully supported by the fact of the many times they failed to provide the correct crust or the correct cut. One time we even received a triangle cut pizza that was then cut with an addition square cut! What a mess that was... Numerous times we have ordered extra cheese, only to be disappointed with the resulting pizza... Through all of this, we have taken the mis-steps in stride...however today was just too much... I could go on, but we decided to leave after realizing the many mistakes once again plaguing our pizzas...We finished our drinks and moved on.. Best New York pizza near Fishhawk. I used to get my NY pizza downtown but now I just cross the street.

I got a to-go order cheese pizza and regular fries. There was a long wait, but hospitable staff. An employee, once it started to be bothersome, offered me a free soda. I came to have a nice outing with my family and son..... pizza was good, not the best! But what really got me is over hearing workers talking about a co worker sleeping with a manager and employee while having a family and fiancé at home! I go here with my brother and my dad occasionally and I've had several different selections from the menu including Pizza, Wings, Chicken Parmesan, Antipasto Salad, Calzones and Strombolis. Everything I've had has been great and the service has always been top notch. Great little place to hang out. read more

Consistently cold pizza and mozzarella sticks. They need to ensure their drivers have capability for keeping pizzas hot. Dominos or any other pizza service is better. Me and the hubby was out running around and decided to check out Fishhawk Pizza. The place was empty but it was around 2:30ish so after lunch and before dinner we took a booth and began to look over the menu. They offered a selection of Italian dishes but we both got pizza. I got by the slice (one regular and one Sicilian) I loved the regular slice but the Sicilian was to much bread and not enough sauce for me. Speaking of the sauce I was impressed. It was a good blend of herbs and spices which complimented the dough. The hubby got a 9" which is a personal pizza size it looked delicious he said he was also impressed with the flavor. The only real negative is there could have been more toppings added. But all in all I would go again and order personal pizza. read more

this place is terrible. i heard many negative remakes about this establishment from many of our friends however we decided to give it a try for ourselves. we dined in and waited an awful long time for someone to take our drink order and to order some food. kids/employees gathered around ice maker back bar but did not manage once to come over to our table until we had to call someone over after waiting 20 minutes. they seemed bothered that we were interrupting their conversation. I didn't see one adult manager. It's good to have kids employed but there should be an adult on staff to run the show. Kids need supervision. we finally received our order and it was wrong. the waitstaff blamed it on a new pizza maker, which he overheard and seemed to be annoyed that they were blaming it on him. they remade our pizza and it was wrong again. we were very annoyed at this point asked for a manager no one came over because there was no manager on duty we were told. never again will i be returning read more

Garlic bites are delicious. Pizza came out fast, but it is quite thin and flimsy. We ordered pepperoni and it was quite greasy, which is expected with good pepperoni, but when coupled with the flimsy crust, it just made it that much more flimsy. It was good overall, but not excellent. I like the fact we can purchase a 2 liter of soda because there were 5 of us eating at the time. read more

The pizza at FHP is beyond compare, and the staff is pretty friendly. Sometimes, it can be a little sketchy, but it's overall good food and a great experience. Would definitely recommend! read more

We've been here a couple times within the last few months and something is different but in a good way! The salads were generously portioned packed full of veggies. The buffalo chicken pizza is wow-so good! Just the right amount of kick and great flavor. The stuffed pizza with all the different meats and oozing with melted cheese totally hit the spot- just one slice will do you in! Between the five of us this was a hefty pizza and well worth the price. Our little ones enjoy playing in the arcade section while we wait for the food so that's a plus. A small group of us with kids found the pizzeria after a game on Saturday morning. Pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff, greeted right away when we walked in. Very welcoming. Wonderful waiters, very attentive. Expansive menu and casual atmosphere. We would frequent more if we lived closer. We enjoyed the food and felt very comfortable asking for anything. Very nice place. we have been long time customers of this place for years and had great experiences in the past, but over the past few months we have noticed the quality decline. The pizza barely has any cheese, even when you ask for extra cheese. We recently catered a large order from them and it was not good. The worst though was the quality of the sausages in the sausage and peppers platter, they all had bone pieces and cartilage and we threw out half the platter. I stopped by for a quick bite last night. As I was ordering, at the check out register I noticed a German roach. I'm not talking about a palmetto bug that could have flown in, I'm talking about a German roach, the kind that is only found at dirty and unsanitary places. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she started screaming and caused a commotion. The manager came out and made a cashier say that she was wrong and there are no roaches in the restaurant. Since the change in management the food is not good. Gave it three try's and will not go back. One visit asked for crispy wings they came out like rubber when said something they gave us an attitude. Last nights visit was the worst my kid lost $5 in the change machine the owner comes out with a pissed off look on his face puts a $5 bill in and the change comes out and then question my kid but gives him the change. Then as we are all sitting there eating he comes over and say's my son did not put the money in the change machine. I say what he replies I looked at the video and walks away. So I ask my son where the money is and he say's I put it in the machine. I check his pockets the money is not in there and my son has never done anything like this before. So now I was pissed off asked the waiters for the check and gave her $5 and say give it to the owner and tell him my kid does not lie and that I was insulted that he thinks we came there to beat him out of $5 and will never be back there again. Everything is great except for the pizza tends to be greasy. The service is great and so is the sizes of the pizza.

We travel frequently to the Fishhawk area and have family in the area. We tried this place. Not so nice.. they serve pizza on paper plates. The wings came out within minutes already pre cooked with hot sauce poured over the wings. The Caesar salad was not fresh or cold and the cheese was sub par and dressing was from a store bought bottle not freshly made. We spent over $40.00 for 4 people, and I will not go back. Too bad as this restaurant is in a great place but obviously they don't understand what fresh food, customer service and real plates are about when we dine out. read more

ordered delivery, they forgot 1 item (MY PIZZA), only handed over the bag of wings. it was clearly stated on my receipt what my order was. i told the delivery guy who brought it to us and his response was "not my problem i only delivery the food" - okay rude!! so i called the store they told me i can pick up my missing pizza because the delivery drivers are busy so i did that, and my pizza order was wrong. i wasted my lunch hour with this crap. this establishment is a disaster! read more

I went to fishhawk pizza for a quick lunch. The food took a little longer than expected but the experience was overall good. When I came in it seemed to be pretty busy and I only seen one server at the time. The servers name was Catalina and I think she did a really good job for having around 8 or so tables at once. She was polite and always had a smile she made me feel very welcomed. Also what seemed like the busser was very kind and helpful as well. They made my experience fantastic! Keep it up!
