Been here a couple of times now and the food is good. I wish they wouldn't have more options in the happy hour. We had a couple of drinks and those were great. The service was good. We got the gentleman. It was very nice and attentive. I like the outside seating. I would just recommend for them to put a TV outside to be able to watch the games.

Red Snapper Burger

Red Snapper Burger was a light and delicious "burger". Ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful. Recommend cutting it in half as the size is pretty big and can get messy, but not too messy. Which is great that it comes with fries. The waffle fries were also good as they were light, crunchy and a great scooper from any fallen ingredients of the burger. Service was helpful even if short staffed yet was efficient. Overall would eat this again.

It's been almost 2 years since I've been here and there's been a management change. No longer are there tanks along the wall right as you walk in. They now have sit down service with a full wait staff and a new bar. You can still order at the counter, but if you are dining in, you get the full experience. They also have a Happy Hour menu from 3-6pm everyday. Keep in mind that their sit down service doesn't start until after lunch if I remember correctly. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing TBH. On the one hand, if you are there for just seafood like how H.C. or Redondo Pier is, then all you need is a table. But with the full service, not sure if you are allowed to take up tables just for that. I did notice that there were tables outside. Maybe that's where you are supposed to sit if you just want the H.C. experience.

Lobster roll before they added filler and skimped on lobster

This is what the lobster rolls look like now vs a year ago im the other picture... They added celery as a filler and took away the amount of lobster they had before. And they also changed the fries to be thicker cut. Same price, less lobster... The aoli was good though.

I'm with a large group and we are rehearsing at a local school about 15 minutes away. We were looking at places to get good seafood and this came up as highly rated. We were short on time and ordered quick items so we could grab a bite to eat and then head back to work. The waitress was very nice and quickly got our orders. I got a bread bowl and clam chowder. The bread had a really cool design on top and had the right amount of sponge and chewiness for the sourdough. The soup was less desired and tasted like it didn't have much seasoning in it. There were good amounts of clam and potato, but the cream was the most powerful part of the soup. Seems like a very popular place and it's located really conveniently next to the water. Will try it again in the future.

First time to visit this place, and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered clam chowder, Captain's combo, and Cod fish and chips plus sides of bread and cajun corn. We enjoyed our orders but was underwhelmed with the clam chowder. Customer service was good- Caitlyn was attentive and warm. There is also ample parking.

There have been a couple of changes! The food is always fried well. Today I saw new staff, so thankful !!! The new girl is friendly and very welcoming. I held off on reviewing because I had interacted with some not so friendly staff a few weeks back. The friend fish combo is great as always.

Very measly in servings. The platter is $28.

Food taste is good! For this visit we ordered Clam Chowder, Captain's Platter and Ceviche. I'm grading it lower because of how the servings have been reduced to measly portions. Also, the two bowls of clam chowder were very salty. I liked the beer battered cod, calamari, and fried shrimp. Ceviche needs some salt. Chocolate Cake & Ice Cream is about $19 - it's not even good. Cake is dry and tastes like the paper it was probably wrapped in. Service is ok. Ambiance is ok, TV just a tad loud. This is a disappointing visit.

We drove all the way out from Los Angele to do some shopping and pick this spot to eat -- and we would absolutely make the drive again! The food was amazing. The lobster roll was fresh and flavorful, and the clam chowder was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Our server, Audrey, was the best -- super helpful, friendly, and attentive. The owner, Mr. Lopez, was incredibly hospitable and made us feel so welcome. Such a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Coconut Shrimp

On a total whim we came here for lunch since we were walking around the Channel Islands Harbor which is behind the Seabridge Marketplace. Service from the moment we walked in was phenomenal, warmly greeted. We took some time to look at the menu and our cashier/server was great at answering our questions. I ordered the coconut shrimp and my parents had the lunch specials. The place was clean...even though it is a seafood place, the place didn't smell "fishy". We sat in a booth and the food was brought to us fairly quickly. The coconut shrimp was by far the best coconut shrimp I have ever had and the orange sauce that accompanied it was phenomenal!!!! We all enjoyed our meal, the portions of the lunch special were perfect and the prices were reasonable. There was another worker there that thanked us for choosing the Fisherman's Catch and asked if we needed anything else. He was also so friendly. He was cleaning and getting utensils ready. I suspected he was the owner and on our way out I asked him if he was, he answered yes. I don't think he was friendly just because he was the owner, his way of being seemed to come naturally. I let him know that we really liked our food and that the coconut shrimp were the best! He told me that he isn't really a fan of coconut shrimp but that he enjoys these because of the orange sauce. Perfect, low key restaurant that I highly recommend! Plus, bathrooms were clean. Parking is a plentiful since this restaurant is located in a shopping center. AND before or after your meal, you can enjoy a super nice walk along the Harbor. Great little relaxing place.

Super happy that we have a seafood city in the 805. I have been on the late train of checking this…read morespot out but finally made it in today for a grocery run. I'd been doing Instacart orders from them but first time physically inside this weekend to check them out. The inside was super super clean. Major points there! In the time I was shopping around they had plenty of staff working, floors being mopped and all of the aisles were well organized and pretty. This market is a pretty standard Asian goods focused grocery store. I found about 85% of what I wanted here. I wish they had a premium sushi section and some more Hawaiian imported goods (aside from juices and sauces) but otherwise I was able to find everything I was looking for. Their hot bar is also solid. A wide selection of items to pick and I felt the pricing was reasonable. Actually throughout the whole store the prices are good compared to other grocery stores right now. I had a full bag of items for $50, good luck elsewhere getting those kinds of prices. I didn't have too much of an interaction with the staff while there, but again, lots of people working and keeping this spot in tip top shape. Also the woman working the register who checked me out was very nice. A great supermarket and I'll definitely be back more often now since checking them out.

My friend and I arrived at 8pm, checked into the event with a free ticket she downloaded from another app (I unfortunately for got the name of the app). It was pretty busy already with folks enjoying the DJ's tunes, filipino food and overall vibes. I bought the traditional Halo halo dessert (see my pic) and it was decent. Through out the night there was free gifts, contests and lots of dancing. Overall fun family event to enjoy. Seafood City is located in a strip mall. Lots of free parking. I occasionally shop here for speciality asian items that I couldn't find at Island Pacific. Prices are a bit steeper here. Service is decent here, for both the food court and supermarket.

Most of the goods are from Oxnard and not a random town thats hours away like other markets. The artisans are all pretty friendly and happy that you're there. The market had many more booths than I was expecting after reading the write up. They had a mix of food items for sale from fruits and veggies to desserts, to fish to drinks but they also had jewelry, clothes, toys, cremes and balms and other assorted items. Their fruits and veggies were impressive. It was so vibrant, colorful, fragrant. Enjoy my photos of the berries to see what I mean. I did buy a bakery item from the booth that had a lot of items, but no one in line, no wait versus the other booth that had a good amount of items but about 15 people in line. I should have known. My coffee cake item had saran wrap but it had a hole in it, and it was very stale. I am assuming that the hole led to it being stale and not that it was an old item not freshly made that day. It was very disappointing. If you are in the area, stop in and check it out.
