This is a locally owned place that may not be able to hire more cashiers. All restaurants are dealing with the summer slow down. I always get the pescado de chicharrones which are deep fried tilapia nuggets over a bed of thinly sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and topped with avocado with a tangy/acidic hot sauce. Almost like tapatio and lime juice mixed together. Pulpos Fritas which are deep fried battered baby octopus. Both aguachiles verde/rojo are tasty and spicy. I always get extra tostadas or chips. And all of their ceviche's are yummy as well. You can also buy from an assortment of fresh and frozen seafood and very well priced from what i see. Definitely try this place out. They prepare the aguachiles a bit spicy so not for the weak! The ceviche is perfect each time. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the price, it is a bit pricey, but at the same time we'll worth it. Also because the bathrooms were not too clean and had missing seat covers in case your kid needs to use it. They have a sit down area to enjoy your food as well. I got some free tostadas so I appreciate that. Overall I would come again, but infrequently due to the price. However, if you are planning on buying some tomatoes or lettuce or any other groceries that you forgot to buy at the supermarket, be prepared to be RIPPED OFF. They will rip you off with no remorse. Yesterday, August 10, 2024, they charged me almost $5 for a lettuce head. I saw the lettuce today at WinCo and Ralph's for $1.10 and $1.25 respectively. Tomatoes for almost $4 a pound.
