    I didn't think I'd be able to find a business nearby that does one-off t-shirt printing... let…read morealone at such an amazing price point! From the get go, Jackie was super kind and helpful. We emailed back and forth and she was always super prompt with her responses. When I finally sent my finished design to her, she texted me photos to confirm sizing and placement -- again, super prompt and communicative. I came in today to pick up my finished shirt and it looks absolutely incredible. Jackie was very kind and complimentary and even gave me a handful iron-on glitter stickers on my way out -- she clearly goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I cannot overstate how kind and flexible Jackie was throughout this entire process. A genuinely kind and hardworking woman who cares about the work that she does and making sure that it meets her clients' standards! I was able to get a shirt with a design printed on the front, back and sleeve for 34 dollars (small additional charge for oversized designs -- I think $2? -- which I was more than happy to pay!). A previous screenprinting job in New York cost me $50+ (not even including the shirt). Jackie's price points are unbeatable and the precision + care with which she does her printing are unmatched. I will happily give Jackie my business again -- and again and again! I am so grateful to have discovered her business!

    I called Xtreme 1.5 weeks in advance of my event. I spoke to Ron and he said that he would send me…read morethe proof within 2 days. However, I never received the proof until 6 days later. Over the phone and in 3 emails, I said I needed 9 v-necks and 11 mens crew necks by Thursday the 26th! On Tuesday the 24th, I decided to go into the store to make sure everything was on track with my order. I said to him "You will have these done by this Thursday?" He said "yes." So I expected that on Thursday, I could go pick them up! However, when I called Ron on Thursday, he blew me off and said they are not done yet. I asked him why and he gave no answer. I then told him that I need these by Friday. Come Friday at 4pm... an hour before they close... I get a call from Ron saying he doesn't have the V-necks! I was so angry and had to drive all the way to J.C. Penny to buy the v-neck shirts that he should have had!!!! He told me to drop them off at his place at 7am on Saturday... which I did. He printed on the shirts and it ended up looking ok. But, when it came time to pay, he threw charges on the bill that should have been comped by any good business owner. And he said to me: "I knew this was going to happen." He was charging us 6.50 for the crew necks that he supplied which was fine, but on the shirts from J.C Penny that we spent $7 on, he was charging us $4! That is a rip off but we did not want to argue with him so we ended up paying it. He was so rude on the phone and in person asking us dumb questions like what town we are from and stuff. My advice to you is do not use him ever unless you are looking for a cheap product and a side of attitude. A wise man once said, "For every customer you treat with disrespect, you will lose 10 customers. But for every customer you treat nicely and give them a good product, you will gain 3 customers."
