My gf took me here for the first time for breakfast. I had scrambled eggs with a pancake. She had oatmeal and a blueberry muffin. She said her breakfast was "tasty". I thought her oatmeal looked sensational because it had fresh fruit on top and looked very healthy. My eggs and pancake were fine. It was filling. I couldn't finish my huge pancake. read more

Worst First Watch I've ever been too. We walk in and the restaurant is half empty. But still we are told it's a 10-15 minute wait so the "kitchen can catch up" ok sure. 23 minutes later, we've seen party after party get sat so I check in at the stand. I'm told we still have a 20 minute wait. Seriously? What a joke. Checking in online shouldn't put people ahead of us if they checked in after us. Not sure if it was the manager who was seating people but it was so poorly run with no customer service. There's too many other choices in the area to put up with that lack of service. read more

This was my second time here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. For a drink I always get the morning meditation. It had ginger and turmeric with beet juice and it is SO good. I tried a new food item this time which I can't say I recommend, it's the chickachanga. It was decent but not the best. I would opt for the salmon eggs Benedict or the avocado toast next time. Our waitress was fast and professional and ambiance was laid back and fun. read more

Decided on First Watch today, Crocker Park, before grocery shopping. It was busy, packed with families on a bitter cold, but sunny winter day. We opted to check in before getting there, a must if you don't want to wait too long to be seated. Per my usual, I started with the morning meditation, I'm a sucker for beet juice. I Ordered 2 poached eggs and the yogurt bowl. It was the perfect combination, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the bowl was full of fresh fruit...I think the sprinkle of powdered sugar is a bit much but it was great nonetheless. read more

I wish I didn't spend my money on this disappointment . The prices are higher than most what makes me frustrated is no inclusion of a side where others do . I understand it's to help pay for the more exotic ingredients but when that intrudes the actual flavor of your food then that's something that needs to be considered . I ordered the roast beef sandwich and the only thing warm about it was the bread everything in the middle was ice cold . The organic greens with lemon juice does not really help with the dish and is more of a spit in the face to force you to buy a side. I hope the best for your company but will not be try this again. Thank you for reading. read more

Our yearly get together for my cousin's birthday NEVER disappoints! The service was much more organized than usual, we got a table for 10 in about 5 minutes. The dining space is bright with an abundance of natural light pouring in! The space is simple yet inviting with light colored wood and muted tones. The food was a highlight, as I got a special (deviating from my usual huevos rancheros) which was a great choice! Chimichuri steak and egg hash! They also were very accommodating for my partners dairy allergy, and removed the feta from her omelet. Came for the family, stayed for the bottomless hot coffee! read more

We were a party of 3 who showed up and was advised a half hour wait. Around the 25 minute mark we had seen a number of people going up asking how much longer and a person next to us said they were waiting an hour for a 4 person party but the thing that was killing me was there were so many tables open both inside and out. And we asked a bunch of times but they just seemed to not be able to manage the tables well. We ended up leaving because it was super frustration watching so many tables be open and never get sat. read more

I got the healthy turkey for lunch with my colleague. The service was not great. My toast was dry with no butter and the table was sticky. Maybe I didn't get the right thing and something a bit more traditional and heartier would have tasted better. The only reason I ate here was because Dave's cosmic subs were closed. read more

We were a party of five from California. We had a wait time of 35 minutes which, wasn't bad at all. Our sever Leslie was fantastic and personable. I like the atmosphere and the ambiance. The food was seasoned to perfection. Hats off to the Chef. read more

Definitely a great breakfast spot. Love their coffees! They have a variety of different foods to select from from traditional to more modern options. Staff is always great. Wait is never too long. Ambiance is cute. Not a local family owned restaurant, but for a chain it feels welcoming. read more

Food: 5/5 stars Service: 2/5 stars Ambiance: 2/5 stars We ordered the Eggs Benedict, the "Healthy Turkey," and the Sunrise Granola Bowl, plus coffee and a mimosa. The food and drinks were OUTSTANDING. Absolutely delicious. I'm still thinking about it all hours later. I drink coffee black, and the coffee was superb. Portions were okay, probably a tad on the small side. I'm glad we each got our own meal, plus the Granola Bowl to share. Service was meh. Hostess wasn't at the stand when we came in, and no smile or friendliness when she arrived. Our waiter was kind; but, he disappeared a lot and we had to ask for things like water and the check. It wasn't very busy at all (dined in late on a Wednesday morning) but we felt forgotten about a lot of the time. Ambiance-wise, despite it not being super busy, it was still loud-- the farmhouse/industrial style leaves nothing to absorb or distribute sound. My husband and I actually had trouble conversing across our little table. Table had not been wiped when we were seated, and there was trash at the table. But would we go back? Haha, yeah, most likely. The food and drinks were that good. read more

I had the seasonal Barbados quesadillas Benedict. OMG!!! Fabulous! It is: Two barbacoa quesadillas prepared quesabirriastyle, topped with poached cage-free eggs and covered with our Vera Cruz hollandaise, ranchero sauce and scallions. Served with seasoned black beans topped with housemade pico de gallo. I did ask that the poached eggs be done well but one was and the other was drippy. Nevertheless, I would definitely get this again. Oh, and the coffee is very good! read more

I'm visiting Crocker Park and my daughter recommended FW. First of all, the staff was incredibly nice. We sat outside and think three separate folks checked in w us. The food was spot on, I like that they have healthy options and you can clearly see the calories. The Healthy Turkey w egg whites was delish and my daughters Honey pecan salad looked amazing. We both tried the cold brew w fancy foam and it's nice and strong. I was a bit under the weather so grabbed a morning meditation w Immunity boost and it also was exactly what I needed. The full menu is decadent, so there will be plenty of temptations. Next time, I'm going pancakes. read more

The house potatoes were delicious too. The pancakes I I was not impressed with but overall... this place is my new breakfast spot!! read more

I have had some good meals here, but today was not one of them. I ordered the Trifecta which included eggs, French toast and sausage. The sausage was fine. The eggs were barely warm and had shells in them. What was supposed to be French toast was apparently a piece of that toast made hours before and then slapped onto the grill to heat it up. Worse, the cook must have put a bacon press on it because rather than light and fluffy, it was very flat and very dry. Absolutely stupid thing to do, maybe trying to save the 20 cents a piece of bread costs. Disappointing. I would have given one star except the waiter was excellent. read more

I ordered the avocado toast, turkey omelette and orange juice. Everything was spectacular and so fresh! I was really impressed!

Good food but messed up 3/4 over easy eggs with hard yolks. How is a breakfast place gonna mess up eggs? And overpriced for what you get

Ordered takeout this morning after trying for hours. The app showed you could order in advance so I tried ordering the night before for the next morning, but kept getting an error message that it couldn't be placed. So the next morning, I started and still no luck. So then I called the store and they said the store wasn't currently accepting takeout orders and to call back in 15 minutes. I honestly would have just dropped it, but it was for my husband's birthday. I called back and placed my entire order only for that person to also say they were not taking orders. So then she transferred me to the store and I had to start over again. Food was fine, but sheesh not worth the hassle. read more

Nice place and location with indoor and outdoor seating with view to the streets of Westlake OH. Service was fast and attentive and the overall food experience was very good. Pancakes and French Toasts were excellent. However, the one thing that's unforgivable is dirty utensils specially for a high end place like this. And I say high end because of the price. To give an idea, for a party of 4 having breakfast the bill was around $85. read more

Needed to grab something to eat during our annual "Christmas Shopping Together Day!" and since this day is not one of my favorites, getting something great to eat is a necessity! And First Watch delivered. We both felt a good breakfast meal was in order even it it was well after Noon when we stopped in. Both our dishes were served pronto and piping hot. I know so many people that swear that First Watch is the best brunch place. That was not my experience. We had no problem waiting for a table but did not appreciate that the couches in the waiting area has springs poking through the cushions. Ouch! While we waited, I was disgusted to see that some tables were not being cleaned at all and that appeared to be causing a great hold up. At one point, I saw an employee clean part of a communal table (while leaving the other half full of garbage). They then seated people on the clean half. I would have been grossed out sitting next to dirty dishes. Yuck! The service was poor. We ordered a cinnamon roll as soon as we sat down but did not receive it until after our food was served (and only after we reminded them). My friend ordered a juice (which she orders every time she's there) but this time, it was the most awful tasting drink! It was made so poorly and the waitress admitted to us that it was not made consistently. The food was ok but the cinnamon roll was wonderful! I'm not likely to return to First Watch any time soon. read more

We did the Million Dollar Bacon - Four slices of hardwood smoked bacon baked with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and a maple syrup drizzle. the Banana Granola Pancakes these are beyond big - they're humongous! , Banana Granola Crunch....and A hash bowl with Mushrooms, Goat Cheese , spinach and eggs. read more

I love this place! My mom and I used to frequent this location pre- COVID. But I finally went back this week. They have social distant seating and are cleaning frequently. But they have the same menu, with some fall specials that sounded amazing. I got the steel cut oats with fruit and it came with a muffin. The oatmeal and fruit was amazing! Hot and fresh. I didn't add the milk and gave my fiancé the muffin, by how fast he ate it I'd say it was good. I like this place for healthy breakfast options. But they have an amazing market veggie sandwich, I dream about it. It's a really cute spot with quality healthy fresh food. Would recommend! read more

A great spot for breakfast or lunch in Crocker Park. My family and I had a delicious breakfast here on my last visit home. We arrived early since the wait can be long on weekend mornings. On the way in I noticed that First Watch provides coffee and water in the lobby for the wait. There are plenty of menu options to choose from. Everyone should be able to find something that they'll enjoy. Something unique is that they offer a selection of healthy options too. The menu also includes calorie counts for all of the meals to help with making good choices. I enjoyed the Biscuits & Turkey Sausage Gravy. The gravy and biscuits were great. The dish also included eggs and potatoes. It was plenty of food for me without being an excessive portion. read more
