Every First Watch is constantly good. This particular location for some reason is my favorite, perhaps it is that the wait staff doesn't seem so "rushed." Everything is fresh and made to order. The wait staff listens and if you say, no tomatoes your item arrives with no tomatoes! If you say no butter on waffles, your order arrives without butter. We are from California so everytime we visit another state we always look for a First Watch, because they never disappoint! We stopped in around 900am and it was already packed with many others waiting for a table. We were able to order at the front and get our food to go, wait was about 10-15 mins. The front hostess was very nice and friendy and efficient! They also have a small coffee station you can help yourself to while you wait. We bought a bag of fresh granola that they sell in the front, which they make and bag daily. I always order the Traditonal- eggs, bacon, toast, and potatoes- and it is always on point. My husband ordered the hash which was delicious. The difference with this place than most others is the QUALITY of the food, which always looks and tastes fresh. Its not drenched in grease, or overly seasoned. Coffee was really good quality too. You can never go wrong with First Watch! read more

I'm good with a standard breakfast. By standard I mean bacon crisp, eggs over easy, white bread toast, and coffee that sets your teeth on edge--served in a cracked thick white ceramic mug. But sometimes I want something just a little different and just a little better. And that's what First Watch is for me: just a little different and just a little better, but still a great place to kick back and enjoy the fact that I don't have to wield the spatula. First day open!!! Such cool decor with some bar seating (yes they serve cocktails that I will try next time). Service was fast, friendly and informative. My classic benedict was divine. Fresh ingredients, served hot. Seemed everyone was bustling along but able to give personal touches everywhere.
