With all due respect, I was extremely disappointed, bothered and feel ripped off. I recently made an order to pick up/to-go and when I ordered a salad online directly from the website, the order was missing complete food items. The salad I ordered was supposed to come with the sauce and the bread/toast but by the time I checked the bag, I saw and realized that there was no bread/toast or even the ranch sauce it was supposed to come with. Just that alone cost money to even add on any meal if I wanted more or to order but If I pay the full price (and it already comes with the bread/toast and the sauce), it should have been included in all of it when the order is made, like any order should. For example, if you went to Cane's and ordered the 5 piece (to-go/pickup) that already comes with the Cane's sauce and you only find out that you got a 3 piece with no sauce, it is extremely disappointing and bothering and ripped off because each item is a charge and to not have all the food that I ordered makes it feel like I was ripped off. That is a couple of dollars of food that I already paid for but was not given. That is like ordering or buying a car but it only came with 3 tires and no keys. Respectfully, I feel bothered and feel that I did not have a full order even though I paid for one. read more

Let's talk about the harvest farmhouse hash! It's amazingly delicious. I didn't have to add my usual "salt & pepper". Eggs, bacon, onions, peppers and avocado. It was a great meal even to go. There's also two hearty pieces of toast add some strawberry jam ... you have something that you make you happy and full. read more

This place was so good! I got the avocado toast & side of potatoes along with the Kale Tonic juice which was so refreshing! The menu all sounds so good and I can't wait to go back and try more! read more

Good food, friendly service, expeditious delivery of order. I ordered the works omelette which was an 8/10

Meh. Quite a long wait for mediocre food and mediocre/sub par service. I have the Elote Street Corn Hash and my friend had the Farmhouse Hash... pretty good sized portions. At a place like this is expect higher quality/more options for coffee, and fresh squeezed orange juice, not something that tastes like Sunny D. I'm a diner fan, so don't get me wrong.. this place wasn't bad, I just expected higher quality from a place that has so much hype around it. read more

Great menu, with seasonal options and yummy brunch drinks. Food came out delicious! Plus our waitress Kate was super friendly and helpful!

This is my favorite breakfast spot! It's always consistently good, there are many things on the menu so everyone can find what they like, and it's not expensive!! The millionaire dollar bacon is a must try, we order these each time. The standard breakfast is great as well if you're not feeling a sandwich or a Benedict. Their coffee is also one of my favorite restaurant coffees! Highly recommend. read more

My wife and I love this restaurant and have made it our official Breakfast/brunch spot. Great staff and very friendly. Food is an amazing selection of healthy alternatives to the common breakfast locations that offer usually processed fatty options. If your local to the area, this is the spot for your morning meals. Our waiter, Jesus, is always very welcoming and an excellent representation of how positive the customer experience should be. Our fist impression of this new location was an awesome experience since we didn't realize we showed up within minutes of their closing hours until after we began to order. The manager greeted us happily and seated us promptly. Overall, our experience was so good we had to come back. Their coffee is amazingly good, Jesus was kind enough to explain that it is a blend of 3 types of coffee bean; it is made specifically for their restaurant. read more

Breakfast was great! We used the app to check in before leaving the house and we were sat within 10 minutes. I had the traditional and added a waffle. Million dollar bacon is so good too. When the waitress first came by, we told her we needed to be out of there in an hour. They were not on a wait at this point so I didn't think it would be a big deal. We placed our order as soon as she hrought our drinks. She did not write our order down. TEN MINUTES LATER SHE COMES BACK AND HAD TO RETAKE OUR ORDER BUT THIS TIME SHE WROTE IT DOWN. We got our food after waiting 53 minutes. One dish was completely wrong out of 5 meals. When the food arrived I asked the manager for the check and togo boxes. He didn't bring it so I had to ask another two times. We were out of time and didn't even address the wrong food. He gave us a $20 gift card for our food taking so long. It was a nice gesture but it was too little too late. read more

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, & excellent "feel good about yourself" food (that's great for you & tastes amazing!). Fairly large portions, a bit on the pricey side for me, but it's brunch so that's to be expected I am also a BIG fan of not being given a straw unless asked for (because unless you're a child you probably don't need a straw) so shoutout to y'all for doing your part! read more

This place is just amazing! The food is fantastic, The wait can take awhile at times, because everyone is wanting to get in there. Service is amazing especially considering how short staffed they are! This is my first time here even though I pass by it on a regular basis. I was able to put us in line through the NoWait app. Host/Hostess was friendly. Our waitress, Anna, was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Sunrise Granola Bowl and a chocolate chip pancake, and the Trifecta with a blueberry pancake. Pancakes are large with lots of blueberries and chocolate chips. Coffee was excellent, as well as the orange juice and grapefruit juice.. I highly recommend this place. read more

First time visitor and I was impressed. To begin with, the coffee was good and not your average run of the mill restaurant coffee. We ordered the Wake Up Call juice drink and it was quite pleasant. Coconut water, honey and lemon that was flavorful, light and the sugared cayenne rim was a nice touch. For entrees, we had the Chile Chorizo Omelette, Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl and a side of the Million Dollar Bacon. Okay, first things first. I do like quinoa, however it has it's time and place and for breakfast I am not eating something that looks like bird seed. That being said, the dish comes with quinoa, Italian sausage, roasted crimini mushrooms, tomatoes, kale, Parmesan, evoo and topped with two eggs. The sausage gave the dish some balance and flavor and it rounds out nice. However, the star of my show was the Chile Chorizo Omelette. Chorizo, avocado, green Chile's, roasted onions, cheddar and Monterey Jack topped with sour cream. Every bite made it that much easier to ignore the birdseed! All kidding aside, the omelette was well presented and an excellent choice. I also had a side of the roasted potatoes. Well seasoned and prepared perfectly, firm exterior and a nice, soft middle. The artisan bread was wonderful. A thick slice with a great crust and a considerable texture. Well done. I have always believed that the only thing better than bacon is bacon wrapped in bacon and I normally don't associate bacon with dessert. Do yourself a favor and order the Million Dollar Bacon. Four slices of hardwood bacon baked with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and a maple syrup drizzle. Gooey, sweet beginnings followed by the correct amount of heat and pepper on the finish. It was a treat. Jeff was our server and did an excellent job. He had some good suggestions and took good care of us. Finally, yeah First Watch is not two eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy for $5.99, but isn't that the point? Life is too short for dull food and bad coffee! read more

Love love love. Great service even better food. Fresh and delicious. Been to two different locations and they've Both even top notch

Great brunch, fresh ingredients. Full pot of coffee brought to the table. Loved that substituting fruit (for potatoes) and GF toast was no problem. A bit crowded but that was expected. Online wait-list helped--we only waited a few minutes after we got there. read more

Perfect place for breakfast or brunch! Great menu of selections with seasonal options too. I love that they source locally when possible! A little pricey for the portions, but it's worthwhile considering the ambiance. Plenty of parking. Although very popular, I've never really had to wait. I would recommend the pancakes, waffles, and avocado toast! read more

This first watch is nothing like the one in Grand Prairie or Mansfield. The food quality was lacking. The pancake was hard and spongy, eggs were burnt, and sausage had pink in center. The kale tonic was awesome. My eggs were redone and came out sticky. I was expecting better from a First Watch location. read more

Walk in this morning, just before 8am, no wait Got sat in nice roomy booth. My daughter and I's first time here since change. Two cups o' coffee...mmmmm coffee! Milk jug of cold water. Waiter name Mark, very nice. And, knew a little sign language, bonus for trying!!!! I had the tradtional egg breakfast; eggs, potatoes and pork sausage links. And, oh yeah their toast is a very nice multigrain. Daughter had french toast with an egg; 2 large thick slices. All was good. Only comment, they need orange marmalade, my favorite for toast read more

My first time in Dallas and first time at this restaurant. I'm giving a five star for a tasty meal and cool atmosphere. I know you're saying, but what about the service/server. Oh the service you ask. The servers who brought out our food was absolutely nice but my server who took our order for a table 21/1 guest of 2 ticket 10093 by the name of Stevie was just TRASH! Let us begin. The wait time was 45mins it was not a bother, it was Mother's day, so I get it, the wait will be long. That's not the issue though. We got to our table and we are excited. We already know what we want to order. Stevie is our server. We placed our drinks order, he came back with our drinks we asked for straws. He didn't have any straws on him. No biggie. He will be back. Stevie took a whole 5 mins to return with straws. Before he came back i notice all servers (except Stevie of course) had straws in their apron I kindly ask one of the servers going by if I can have 2 straws. We got our straws from this server who was not Stevie. By the time Stevie came back he was sharing out straws to all the tables he was servicings. Apparently everyone had the same request. My friend said hey do our server looks like he is out of it. I said i have not really notice it. By the time Stevie came back with the straws he said oh u got straws. We said yes, can we place our order? He said sure. We placed our order. My friend wanted a hot chocolate to come out with her meal. Okay cool. Fast forward. Our food server came he was super friendly gave us our order everything looks great and was correct. The hot chocolate came out like it came from a scene from Disney. Just beautiful and delicious. About 3-5 mins here comes Stevie with a dull cup of hot chocolate. He said oh you have ur hot chocolate already we said yes it came out with the food (in my mind: yea like we requested)my question was why did his hot chocolate look so dull. No whip cream with chocolate drizzle? He said you can have this one I said no that's okay, my friend said as long as you don't charge us for it. Smh. Any who, by this time, I'm noticing that Stevie looks tired or just out of it, not engaging with us. He was like a zombie from the walking dead. As we took our first initial bits Stevie brought us the bill and said no need to rush. In my mind im like are you kidding me the bill already! He did not offer us any water, extra napkins, nothing. He visited our table the least compared to the others around us. As he passes back and forth to other guests I would looked at him from the corner of my eyes and see he would only look at our table by the time his back is towards us. I notice another table they got their bill after he picked up their plates. Do you know when he picked up our plates........ at 2:30pm time of closing. Out of the other 3 tables that i saw him servicing we were there first and left last. Oh we finished our meals way before the other tables left (in case you were wondering). As we were leaving the cashier asked how was everything. I said hmp the food was great but server not so great. We were offered to speak to the manager as there were complaints already made on Stevie. I declined. First Watch if you're reading this my only suggestion is to re train Stevie. That is all folks. read more

Delicious food and nice environment. Very clean and modern. Unfortunately, they are very very very slow. If you don't believe me just read the other reviews. We waited 10 minutes after being seated before anyone spoke to us. It was another 25 minutes before they delivered only one of our two meals. The second meal was delivered about 5 minutes after that. Which is just weird. read more

I love how they put the green salad next to your very great portioned omelette. Our waitress was also very sweet. I love to eat spicy and she tried everything to accommodate us! If your on a diet or love to eat fit food, come here, why cook? Lol I recommend everyone to come here at least once! Place is very clean, it gets pretty packed as well. I left full and satisfied. Always busy and for god knows why. Food is usually cold and service is strange. Very hit or miss one service.

Great breakfast/brunch food. No alcohol, so if you are looking for mimosas, keep going. But they have tons of delicious and even healthy menu items. The breakfast quinoa bowl is outstanding-- also the eggs Benedict, breakfast tacos, multigrain pancakes, chia pudding bowl, and especially the shrimp & grits when that's on the menu (seasonal). The juice is also good: the Kale Tonic and Morning Meditation (ombré! Instagrammable!). The one bad thing: the coffee is terrible. It's a really light roast and brewed weak. The iced coffee is not good either (I tried). To add insult to injury, you don't get real cream to try and redeem the bad coffee-- just those little shelf-stable packs of half & half or international delights oil-based flavors--ugh. It surprises me that a place so focused on local and sustainable food would have fake-tasting cream with non-environmentally-friendly packaging. I would absolutely pay extra for a french press full of french roast and a little pitcher of half & half. However--it says something about the quality of the food that we keep returning even though the coffee is undrinkable. There's a Starbucks in the kroger in the same parking lot where you can stop before and grab a cup of decent coffee while you wait for your table--that's what I recommend. read more

I love this place! The staff is so sweet every single time I come in. I watch my 3-year-old little cousin during the week and he LOVES coming here to see his friends on staff :-) The prices are pretty reasonable for REAL, quality ingredients. And the portions always leave me feeling satisfied. I love the avocado toast most of all! It's just mashed avocado, lemon and sea salt, but it's delicious. And I add pink salmon to it every once in a while when I'm feeling fancy. I highly recommend this place for all my foodies out there. Great vibes, great staff, and GREAT food. read more
