I placed two orders of meatballs for dinner and lunch the next day. When I got home, half of the sauce spilled everywhere in the bag bc the to go containers had holes in them. They were steady in my car fastened with seatbelt. Had I known the to go container had holes, I would have brought my own and switch. This was my second time ordering meatballs from pie tap but first at this location and it doesn't seem this location gives enough sauce. I was really craving these meatballs and was looking so forward to enjoying for dinner. Also, meat balls seemed smaller than usual. Please get better to go containers, pie tap
Omg!!! Best. Caesar. Salad. Sandwich. EVER!! it has so much flavor and was perfectly dressed. The fries were crispy and soft at the same time, the food was absolutely perfect. Our server was super busy, but she was extremely attentive the entire time. I wish I got her name because she did great. Will definitely be back!
Bf and I have been here multiple times for date night. It's ALWAYS packed -- we always have to park a little further away and walk, but it's so worth it. The place is warm and inviting. Low light, always smells pleasantly of bread and marinara, and always a comfy temperature even on the patio. We've tried a few things here, but tonight we got the Garlic Rosemary Bread as an appetizer, and wow, what a sleeper. We loved this, probably our favorite appetizer we have had here. I also recommend the fondue as we have enjoyed that one in the past. Tonight bf got spicy rigatoni and I got carbonara. The carbonara here is great, very rich and tastes SO good when you mix in the poached egg. It's so rare to find a carbonara that isn't just Alfredo. Bf commented that the rigatoni actually had a kick to it (he says places tend to under spice a "spicy pasta") and he enjoyed his dish. We have also gotten pizza here before and highly recommend. Their dough and marinara sauces are incredible. Overall a nice place on the upscale side. On Friday nights like tonight, it can be LOUD, which is a downside. But with a reservation, we were seated immediately and all our service was very prompt by our waiter. Even with a full house, food was out in 15 minutes or maybe even less. I would recommend this!
Ordered takeout and got the chicken pie. Appreciate the sourdough crust! Although I was waiting for my pizza in store, it was not as hot which is the reason it wasn't a 10/10 pie for me.

To start we got the Garlic Puffs, house salad, and arancini, which I pleasantly enjoyed. The salad was fresh, and a great way to start the meal. The garlic puffs came with this salted whipped butter that pairs perfectly with the bread. The arancini was crispy and had a satisfying bite with some cheese pull which i liked :D For our pizzas, we got the margherita and egg mushroom pie. The crust on both were crispy and fluffy, and the tomato sauce the margherita had an amazing tomato sauce. I really enjoyed this place and would love to come back and try more soon!

Service was good and our server was attentive. We got the prosciutto, chicken, salami, and mushroom pizzas. The prosciutto and salami pizzas to me were fantastic and standout picks. The prosciutto pizza was well balanced and light but still flavorful. The salami pizza had a fantastic taste and a lot of meat, typical meat-lovers type pizza. The mushroom pizza was a little disappointing to me; I usually really like mushroom pizzas but the mushroom flavor kinda got lost and the egg made this a bit difficult to eat. The crust on all the pizzas was great and had a nice sourdough-esque flavor from the natural fermentation.
Really enjoyed our trip to Pie Tap. It was our first visit. I read about the sourdough crust from the reviews so I was open and curious. I loved the crust! Very tasty. The whole of the pie itself was new for us- its texture almost evaporates so definitely a different kind of pizza. For a person newly eating here I recommend just being open to a fresh take on pizza. We definitely liked it. This is an adult establishment with a great beverage selection plus mocktails. I enjoyed a frosé as my starter, and had wine with my dinner. My companion had a scrumptious blackberry smash. Cocktails are made with low shelf mixers as appropriate though it looked like they had some higher quality options if you prefer. Service was courteous. The atmosphere is trendy. We sat in the covered patio so it felt outside but also not in the blistering Texas sun. We will definitely return. BTW- extra props to the Business Owner who clapped back against the Yelper who reviewed in poor taste 6 months ago. If you love guilt-free pizza that's made fresh to order with fewer ingredients (dough that rests and rises for 96 hours ), this is the place for you! Our appetizer consisted of garlic rosemary bread puffs with a whipped Asiago butter dip, and a pizza pie--half prosciutto and half salami meat lover. 10/10 recommend!
Delicious pizza. Delicious beer & beautiful bar location. My favorite pizza i can't takeout isn't the best cause the goat cheese melts but boy is it delicious!! Such an easy option to go pizza very accessible when they have a busy day. You know a good place when they get busy!

The chicken was my next favorite and the salami was good too but I'm not a big fan of salami and sausage since it's a bit too oily and salty for me but the other people on my table enjoyed that a lot! Service was amazing and the vibes are good. It has a dark style inside so it can be great for dates or friends. I did see lots of families too. It gets so busy so fast so make reservations ahead of time!!
Delicious pizzas, friendly and fast service, and cute place! Came here for the first time on Tuesday ($15 pies!) And had the prosciutto and chicken pizzas with the side sauces and margaritas. Wow don't be sleeping on their AMAZING brunch food and service. Went with two friends today to try a few items from their brunch list. From $4 mimosas and $3 froses, to my prosciutto eggs Benedict that came with probably the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had (crispy and flavorful in the best way possible), to the breakfast pizza that we all shared that had the perfect balance of flavors and texture. The WORST pizza we've ever had. One pizza was so dry, no cheese and had no toppings, the other was the prosciutto pizza which was covered in white sauce...guessing it was supposed to be mozzarella. There are way better pizzas out there. Will not eat here again. read more

Crust was crustin. So thin and crispy. The glaze was bussing on the prosciutto but i also just really love prosciutto so idk. I went alone and was seated near the front. I also got a frosé which packed a punch but also left me with a slight brain freeze. The pepperoni was a classic, great vibes, great ambience. read more

We absolutely love pie tap! Every visit is always good and you can never go wrong with any of their pizzas. We like the salami and pepperoni pizzas. Their in house sourdough bread is so good as well as their sauces. Their garlic only appetizer is so freakin good with whipped butter. Pie Tap looked like a really great place from the outside. The inside was my style as well. Much to my disappointment, the food was nothing to write home about. The "chicken", as their bbq chicken pizza is so creatively called, was the least flavorful of that style of pizza I've ever had. All I could taste was the dough and the bourbon bbq sauce which was more sweet like jam. Could not taste the smoked mozzarella, the rotisserie chicken, the red onions, cilantro, bacon, or pepperoncini. My wife had the same remark. Our kids got the mac n' cheese and chicken tenders. Weirdest mac ever for kids - too exotic? The chicken tenders tasted all right, but it was pounded flat and heavy on the batter, so not that much meat. I can see Pie Tap being a fun spot to have drinks with friends and some apps to mindlessly munch on. But for a great dining experience there are better places on the same street. read more

By farrrrrr the most AMAZING pizza we have ever had!!! The sourdough crust will blow your mind!!!!! The crust is very thin which we love but the edges were fluffy and yummy With it being cooked in a fire pit oven it makes the crust slightly crisp but also flaky We had the bbq chicken which we were apprehensive about but it was incredible they make their own rotisserie chicken and bbq sauce and wow you can really taste the freshness we also had one pepperoni and one pepperoni with jalapeños again incredible!!! My friends and I went for lunch on a Friday. $7 for cocktails during their happy hour which runs from 11-6. We got an order of arancini to share and their lunch specials half pie + caesar salad for $12! There is construction going on outside but the inside is very nice. Casual but intimate. The lunch special is definitely worth it. Each half pizza is the size of a kids pizza but the portioning of the salad was pretty good. Our server checked in on us frequently and gave us good recommendations. I enjoyed my prosciutto pie which was sweet but savory and really loved the arancini.
